As Conrad, Elma, and the other agents slowly make their way to Kufstein and the shelter he provides. Berengar was on his way to Graz, where he had planned to meet with his Uncle and discuss his plans for the future. While not entirely, after all, poisoning Conrad after taking over the Regent position was not something he wanted the public to know.

However, Berengar also had a much more critical goal at the moment, which was to meet Adela; it had been months since the last time he could see her cute little face, and he began to wonder how much he had grown at the moment. So, in fact, the encounter with Otto was a cover so he could spend time with his cute little fiancee. For this meeting, he left Linde in Kufstein; after all, he was quite certain that Count Otto would not approve of him bringing his lover and illegitimate son to the meeting. 

As Berengar and his Caravan approached the city of Graz, they could see that the days had passed better. Despite the fact that the city of Graz had not been besieged; the flames of war had destroyed much of the surrounding area, which provided it with supplies, and thus, the people struggled to feed themselves. When the city guards saw House von Kufstein's banner flying in the wind, they quickly went to tell Liege that Count Berengar of Tyrol had arrived. Of course, Count Otto already knew that Berengar was going to Kufstein; berengar had made sure to tell him about his visit, therefore, he was welcomed in the city with open arms. 

Soon, he and his caravan had reached the castle, where he stepped out of the carriage and greeted Count Otto in the footsteps of his castle. The man had a friendly smile on his face as he welcomed his nephew and future son-in-law.

"Listen, son, nice to meet you. How's your dad doing?"

Berengar smiled as he returned his Uncle's greeting.

“Although I did not have time to visit my parents, I have received regular reports from staff who meet their needs, and they seem to be quite adapted to life in the countryside. Naturally, they are quite protected from the potential of the invasion trying to get into my land as we speak.

Hearing this news Count Otto and his wife Wanda smiled; glad to hear that their relatives were fine. As for Adela, she stood in line with her other brothers, ready to welcome Berengar; however, before she could do so, Ava stepped forward with a sultry smile on her face and began to analyze Berengar's appearance from head to toe. She was very sorry that she was not engaged to her cousin when they were young. Although she was sickly in the past, she had grown into a very handsome man and was much more suited to be her husband. As the woman stepped forward, she hugged Berengar as if she had seen her long-lost lover. He made sure to press his large chest, which was even stronger than Linde, into his chest; this was an act of provocation to mess with Adela's head; as he did so, it was a provocation act to mess up Adela's head; as he did so,

"My dear, is that you, Berengar? You have grown so handsome over the years; I remember that you couldn't even eat meat when you were so sick! Surely times have changed."

Berengar did not fall in love with his tricks; he immediately saw an annoyed expression on Adela's face and could guess Ava was using him to torture her younger sister. Berengar immediately released himself from Ava's grip and barely noticed her at all. After all, Ava's breasts might be bigger than Linde's, but Linde had better shape and firmness; she could quickly figure out such a thing just from making the woman suppress her. Instead, she simply received her greeting with a nod before pushing her aside to visit Adela.

The action greatly angered Ava, she thought she could use her figure to seduce Berengar and thus cause some mental anguish for Adela, but it turned out that the man was not interested in her. Is he a lolicon? Of course, he had no idea that Berengar was not easily impressed by Ava's efforts after a long time with Linde. After approaching Adela, Berengar hugged the girl and openly expressed his affection for her, which caused her face to redden in embarrassment.

"My sweet little Adela, I miss you so much!"

When Berengar hugged the girl, he made sure to check her progress, and therefore, he noticed that her chest had grown a little bigger than the last time he saw her, she said, which pleases him a lot because he is not, in fact, a lolikon. Of course, she would not express such thoughts, or her immoral actions, and instead, she simply presented herself as someone who missed her fiance greatly. 

After clinging to Adela for some time, she almost fainted from embarrassment before finally being able to talk to the man she loved. Finally, he found his voice, but he stuttered as he tried to present his mixed thoughts.

"I am too!"

Ava soon realizes the mind games Berengar plays with her younger sister and finds Berengar's character to complete herself, thus making her frown with jealousy. Adela struggled with the humiliating situation she was in, and finally, she just blurted out her thoughts.

After which, she immediately began to frown, which caused Berengar to laugh; adela was too sweet while being upset. Seeing the young couple get along well, Count Otto was overjoyed; it seemed Berengar still treated Adela well even though she was unfaithful; as for the Countess, she was even happier upon seeing "disputes" little Berengar and Adela to him it was a sign that they were destined for each other. However, she glared at Ava and her attempt to seduce Berengar; even if it was meant merely as a means to provoke Adela, the young woman had gone too far. Fortunately Berengar had seen through his actions and had only chosen not to entertain such illicit behavior. 

After saying their initial greetings, Count Otto made a suggestion.

"Listen, you must be tired from your journey; how about we all sit at the table and discuss your journey while partying?"

Berengar smiled and nodded while holding Adela's hand before replying.

"Lead."

With that, a group of nobles entered the castle and approached the dining room, where they sat in their respective seats. Ava's husband, Wolfgang, had witnessed her overly affectionate appearance when he greeted Berengar. As such he was unhappy with his appearance, yet he was too foolish to realize that it was not an earnest attempt at seduction, but merely a means to annoy his younger sister; therefore, it was, he did not talk much during the initial portion of the meal. As for Berengar, he ate a delicious meal that Adela brought from Kufstein's recipe. The chef in this castle was as talented as the chef in his own castle, and as such, he thoroughly enjoyed the food served to him. For beer, it is still the standard light beer brewed everywhere in Europe; it is not the magnificent doppelbock or Oktoberfest beer he makes in his region. However, that was enough to quench his thirst. 

Sitting at a table, enjoying his meal, Count Otto began discussing with Berengar his journey from Kufstein to Steiermark; after all, to get to the Count's territory, he had to pass through the occupied territories of Bavaria. 

"So, how was your trip? I hope it's not too dangerous..."

Berengar shook his head as he dug into the grain of beef that was on his plate before answering the question.

"Not really, there was an attack on my caravan, but with the weapons I was carrying, the Bavarians were easily repulsed. There is a reason why I brought so many troops; it seems that Salzburg has completely fallen into the hands of the Bavarians, or at least as far as the roads and fortresses among them are under Bavarian occupation, he said, whoever the Prince of that region is, must have failed in his duty."

Berengar is aware that Ava's husband is Prince of Salzburg and actively attacks her; in his opinion, it is very embarrassing for the man to remain hidden in Graz while his brother is left to take care of the territory that Wolfgang is responsible for. Berengar was therefore not afraid to insult the man directly on his face. As for Wolfgang, he pouted at the comment. However, everyone present at the table agreed with Berengar's statement, even if Wolfgang was too stupid to notice it. Instead, the man attacked Berengar and used one of Ava's talking points that he always used to scold Adela.

"If your forces are so capable, why don't you bring stability to the whole of Austria. Instead, you hide in Tyrol like a coward!"

Berengar smirked when he heard the poorly thought out response, he was more than happy to spar with this man verbally. Wolfgang was clearly out of his means; therefore, Berengar responded in a condescending tone as if he was educating a fool about the art of war.

"My troops are needed to protect my borders from constant invasion; although I work overtime to draft new troops, these things take time; I cannot just make troops out of thin air. Don't worry, son; I'll win this war by the end of the year."

Berengar, a few years younger than Wolfgang, called him "boy", which made the man very angry. However, Wolfgang could not think of an answer to such a well thought out statement. Instead, he simply gritted his teeth and accepted his loss. Ava was completely fed up with her husband's stupidity for fighting Berengar in a war of words; after all, the man was famous for his quick wit. As for Adela, she chuckled as she sat next to Berengar; the whole situation was hilarious to her. After this brief quarrel, the dust had subsided, and Berengar was able to enjoy a good meal with his fiance; he would discuss his plans with Otto at a later date. As for Wolfgang, Berengar was more interested in talking to his younger brother about the issues at hand. The man in front of him was a fool who would only mess up whatever work Berengar had given him. So the night passed, and Berengar was satisfied with his first night in Graz.
