Steel Empire
Visiting Graz 2

After eating with her in-laws, Berengar took a bath before entering the room reserved for her. It's down the hall from Adela's and Ava's. However, he had no intention of visiting any of them at night. Adela is too young for her interest, and Ava, well, she doesn't want it, though she worries the woman might pull something in her sleep; therefore, she doesn't, she made sure to lock the doors and windows into her room thoroughly. One can never be too careful. If Berengar was in the modern era, he would probably look for insects in his room before resting, but this was a medieval world; such advanced technology did not exist today. Therefore, he could sleep all night without worry.

By the time Dawn got up, Berengar naturally woke up, after all his body was used to waking up at such an hour; nonetheless, Berengar naturally woke up, he had nothing to do as he had no major job issues while he was in Graz, and most of his gym equipment was at home. Because of this, he decided to do small exercises, where he did routines such as push-ups, situps, and squats. As for his pullup, he wouldn't be able to do such a thing since he didn't have a proper pullup bar. Therefore, he missed it for the day and ran around the city, even though he was dressed like a farmer to avoid any deceit that might occur on his way.

After his journey was over, he returned to the castle where he wanted to take a bath, yet as soon as he opened the bathroom door; he noticed that there was already a figure inside the bathtub, and that there was already a figure in the bathtub, her large chest was visible as she rubbed herself with soap, her long blonde hair wet, and draped on her delicate shoulders which looked as if she was carved from jade. Berengar immediately recognized the crate in front of him as belonging to Ava, and he stared at it for a few seconds before coming to his senses. As she returned to the real world, she saw Ava's pretty face flushed red in embarrassment and her mouth gaping; she looked like she was about to scream, and therefore, she was, Berengar quickly closed the door and hid behind it.

Ava immediately sank into her bathtub in embarrassment after Berengar closed the door; she completely forgot to shout, and she did not realize that she had forgotten to lock the door. Therefore, he struggled to cope with what had just happened. Berengar, on the other hand, quickly walked away as if nothing had happened, with a smile on his face. When he did, he thought to himself.

'That is being deposited into the memory bank ...'

After that, she arrived at her room and waited until the time where she felt as if Ava was about to leave the bathtub, which was thirty minutes safe. After waiting, she returned to the bathroom where she knocked on the door; when there was no sound, she walked in, stripped naked, and began to bathe. It was a very long bath as he clearly thought of the scene he had witnessed not too long ago; in times like these, he was glad he had a photographic memory.

After coming out of the bathtub, Berengar returned to his room, where Ava was waiting for him, sitting on his bed, fully clothed and embarrassed. Berengar had no desire to do anything to her, and because of that, he simply sat on the chair across the room from her. He left the door open in case he tried anything. After sitting on the chair, Ava wriggled for a while before she asked the question in her mind.

"How much do you see?"

Berengar plays an idiot and tries to avoid awkward situations that present themselves.

"Not much; the steam was blocking my view. I think that's a good thing..."

Berengar's words stung Ava's self-esteem as a woman, the way she communicated her last sentence making it sound as if she had no interest in him at all. Therefore, he began to frown before revealing his thoughts.

"Why am I not good enough for you?"

Berengar laughed as he heard this statement and explained where he stood in the matter.

“You are my fiancee's sister and married with three children. Sorry Cousin, but I'm not interested in your body. Maybe if you are a few years younger and still pure, but the ship has been sailing for a long time. This awkward situation is entirely on you for not locking the door while you shower."

Hearing Berengar's harsh words, Ava began to grit her teeth; Berengar instantly admitted that he was a secondhand, and he had no interest in such a thing. Not only did he walk in while taking a bath, but he also had the courage to insult her afterwards. He quickly realized that he was the worst type of person. Therefore, he got up from his chair and walked towards the door before asking once more.

"You really don't see anything?"

Berengar nodded his head with a blank expression; now, he was skilled at lying to women, and therefore, Ava insulted him before walking out the door leaving behind words.

Berengar, of course, laughed while he was out of hearing range; he had to admit that Ava did have a big chest, but Linde's chest was better, though, size was not everything in judging such a topic; therefore, he sighed and voiced his thoughts out loud.

"I just dodged a bullet with that one..."

The last thing Berengar needed was to get entangled with another man's wife. Especially if she already has children, she may be vulnerable to beautiful women, but she is not completely brainy. Therefore, after calming himself down, he left his room and headed to the dining table, where he joined the others for breakfast.

Sitting at the breakfast table was Count Otto, his wife Wanda, Ava, her husband, and her three children, as well as other Adela brothers. Adela is also present and rescues the chair for Berengar, who is happily taken advantage of by Berengar. After sitting next to his little fiancee, Berengar ruffled his hair as he greeted her.

"How did you sleep last night?"

Seeing the look on Berengar's charming face, Adela smiled and answered her question.

"I slept pretty good."

Berengar nodded in agreement. Only after he said his greetings to Adela did he see Ava looking at him with an overwhelming sense of anger, which did not go unnoticed by others sitting at the table. However, they attributed it to Ava who was upset about how she insulted him the day before; after all, she was quite famous for being petty.

Hell has no anger like a scorned woman, and Ava is furious, Berengar not only catches a glimpse of her naked body, which if she was honest with herself did not bother her too much when compared to the fact that Berengar once again treated her liking her worth as a worthless woman. Therefore, he was furious with Berengar; he could not understand why he would react in such a manner to his plump body. Therefore, the atmosphere on the table was quite tense as Ava continued to stare at Berengar as if she wanted to make him burn with her mind.

Berengar, on the other hand, was quite amused by this, but he was completely uninterested in Ava; therefore, he spent his time at the dinner table to pamper Adela, that only further increased the anger in Ava's heart. Berengar was talking to Adela and noticed that she was wearing the color of her house, with the jewelry she gave him for his birthday.

"You look good in those colors, Adela!"

Although he praised her, there was also a political statement behind her intentions. However, Ava was just pouting, even though she could already get some Berengar fashion design, it was never as good as Adela could get. The reason for this is simple. Berengar ordered the best clothing designs, made from the best materials for both women; everyone should get clothes and accessories that are still better than anything on the market, but not according to the quality that Berengar gave to his women. Therefore, Ava continued to behave like a weary lover to Berengar, and she ignored him. Wolfgang finally caught the gaze he gave Berengar and began punishing his wife with a voice low enough that it could not be heard by anyone else present at the table.

"Stop glaring at him like that! You look as if he has stolen your innocence!"

Wolfgang knew that such a thing had never happened, but still it made him angry to see his wife looking at another man passionately, even if it was mostly anger. The only people who seemed to sense something had happened between the two were the Count and the Countess; who quickly made a mental note to find out what had happened between Berengar and their eldest daughter. They may be willing to sell Adela to Berengar for a political alliance in their favor. However, they would be damned if they let the young Count do to Ava what he did to Linde; of course, they did not know that the reason Ava was so angry was because Berengar refused his invitation. Having said that, breakfast continued with a lot of drama at the table, which Berengar could only eliminate when it was finally done.
