"Actually this is not because we have a husband and wife relationship, but because last night I continued to cry and stress" said Larissa Lirih.
"What do you mean?" hamzah asked not to understand. But then he recalled that last night Larissa kept crying without knowing the cause. "What made you cry last night?."
Larissa seemed hesitant to tell the truth. But then he was determined to be honest. Moreover, this concerns the safety of the fetus in its womb.
"Actually yesterday....." Larissa also recounted all the events she experienced when Hamzah was not home. About how cruel Iqbal made baseless accusations against him, as well as how humiliation he should receive. He also told her about the threat of the mother if she said this to him.
Hamzah's face went red after Larissa told him everything. He looks very angry. His eyes were gleaming red, teeth were grinding, hands were tightly clenched, jaws were hardening. "Bad! I have to teach your brother a lesson!" yell Hamzah angry.
Larissa was terrified at seeing Hamzah's anger. Never had he seen Hamzah this angry. Grasping the husband's hand while rubbing slowly, trying to relieve his anger. "Don't do this, Yank. I beg!" larissa said with tears. His body shook with fear.
"No! I can't just let Iqbal. He's been so outrageous. He could have done this to you. Moreover, this concerns the life of my son who is in your womb" cried Hamzah, still filled with anger.
"I know he's outrageous. But help! don't be like this!."
"No! I can't allow this. Iqbal should be taught a lesson. He could have done this to you, his own brother."
Hamzah's anger was unstoppable, as hard as Larissa tried to calm him down. Even Hamzah to take out a sword from the closet, a sword that is always neatly stored without ever being used, making Larissa tremble even more in fear.
Hamzah set foot towards the door, but Larissa quickly came to the end. She hugged her husband's body, trying to stop him. "Don't be like this, Yank. I beg! You've scared me so much!" larissa said with tears in her eyes.
"Do you think I'm afraid to face your sister? Move aside! let me kill him!" shouted Hamzah, he did not care about Larissa who was getting scared. He was too overwhelmed by anger.
Larissa cupped the husband's face with both hands, forcing him to look at her face. "See me, yank, look! Aren't I okay now?" lirih.
Hamzah looked at Larissa's eyes. Slowly the anger began to disappear.
"Please! don't be like this. You're scaring me so much."
"I know you've never been afraid of anyone. But try to think, if anything happens to you, then who will take care of me."
Hamza seemed to be starting to wake up. The anger is gone. Even the sword that had been grasped tightly had now been released. He tightened his embrace. "I'm sorry for scaring you. Really am! I was so angry to hear you were treated like that" said Hamzah Lirih.
"I can understand your anger, Yank. But please, don't be like this again. What matters now is that I'm okay."
Hamzah nodded his head. "I'm sorry again!" lirih.
Momentary silence. They dissolve in each other's minds.
"I have one request for you!" 7cap Hamza.
"Say!."
"I promise, Yank. I'm not going to hide anything from you anymore" Larissa said, drowning her face in the chest of her husband's field.
"Now rest. I don't want you to be exhausted. Didn't the doctor tell you to rest!" hamzah said after a while.
Larissa nodded her head. "My company. I want to sleep in your arms" Larissa said.
Hamzah nodded his head. They also lay their bodies on the bed with positions facing each other. Larissa drowned her face in the chest of the husband's field, while Hamzah stroked the wife's beautiful hair. Until Larissa fell asleep, Hamzah still did this.
Actually Larissa did deliberately invite the husband to sleep.he just reasoned to want to sleep in his arms. She was afraid that her husband would come back when he was sleeping. He knows very well the character of the husband.
Hamzah is the type of person who is never afraid to face anyone, especially if he feels he has done nothing wrong. He will avenge everyone who dares to touch him. Even more than what that guy did to her.
Larissa vividly remembered how Hamzah had said honestly about his past.
Hamzah Day invites Larissa to meet. He wanted to say something important to her. They were still dating. They also agreed to meet on a bridge on the beach known as 'BOOM LOVE'.
"What's important you want to tell me, yank?" ask Larissa when they met.
"I want to be honest with you. This is about my past" Hamzah replied.
"Say!."
Hamzah sighed before starting to tell a story. "I'm not a good person. I used to get drunk a lot. I also often hit people. I did this because I was disappointed with my family. To make me wrong association," said Hamzah. "You must have seen a tattoo in my hand, right?."
Larisa nodded her head. He had seen a tattoo on Hamzah's right arm once, but he did not dare to ask.
"Tatto was my friend who made. He mentatto me when I was unconscious after a heavy hangover" Hamzah explained.
Larissa was flabbergasted to hear this fact. But he was amazed by all his honesty. And Larissa really appreciates that.
"Now the tattoo is no longer in my hands. I've already deleted it. I even stopped drinking after I met you. I want to be a better person. All I do is for you" Hamzah said.
"All I have said to be honest. Now it's up to you. You either want to be with me or not. I will accept all your decisions" said Hamzah lirih. The head he bowed.
Larissa smiled, she clasped Hamzah's fingers. "I appreciate your honesty. I'm so glad to hear that. At least I know all of you. If you ask me if I still want to accept you or not, then my answer is 'YES'" Larissa said.
"Forget all the past. What matters to me is how you are now. I don't care about all your past. What has passed cannot be changed. We can only change ourselves for the better in the future."
Hamzah was so happy to hear Larissa's reply that he was repeatedly let out by the smooth hand that held his fingers. "Thank you, Yank. I promise, I will never let you down" Hamzah said with sparkling eyes.
That is, and because of the honesty of Hamzah that makes Larissa steady to accept him as a husband. Moreover, Hamzah also showed that he had indeed changed. And Larissa had never seen the other side of her husband before today.
