When Love Should Determine

When Love Should Determine
Chapter 126

Larissa waited for her husband to return with anxious hopes. She had been following the nurse who had brought her baby but had not returned. He only wants one, embrace and breastfeed his newborn child.

The door opened from the outside, Hamzah appeared behind it. But the hope of Larissa to immediately embrace her son was in vain because her husband returned empty-handed.

"Where's our son?" larissa asked when her husband had thrown his body on the chair beside her bed.

"There is in the baby's room," replied Hamzah lightly, his back that had felt sore was thrown on the back of the chair. "Ah..comfortably...."

"Why not just bring it here?."

"The word nurse, our baby can not mix with adults first, fear contracting the disease. Corona's plague is getting more and more crazy."

Larissa sighed listlessly. "I wanted to suckle him from there. Lookie! I'm flowing like this."

Hamzah raises his shoulders. "You know how else, the plague has not subsided. All for the common good. Newborn babies are still very susceptible to disease."

"Unfortunately, no other baby is given?."

"I noticed that no one was given breast milk, all babies drank formula milk."

"So our son also drank formula milk? That's not good!."

Hamzah raised his shoulders again. "I don't know, I don't know either."

Forced Larissa to swallow disappointment because she could not breastfeed her child for a while. On the one hand breast milk is very important for babies, but on the other hand babies are susceptible to contracting the disease if mixed with adults. An equally difficult choice.

Hamzah straightened his body again, remembering something very important. "Have you eaten yet?" he asked.

"Not yet! You weren't back-and-forth. Where can I buy my own food with this condition. To wake up my head is still dizzy, to move is still hard."

Hamzah cengengesan did not clearly hear the grunts of his wife. "Sorry! Not intentionally, but it's all just finished. And once I'm back here too!."

Larissa blinks. "Reason! Just tell me you're not satisfied to see your hero."

Hamzah grinning the horse. "He he he, yes. Yes, I bought it first. What do you want to eat?" tanyanya got up from the chair.

"Whatever, how it is." she replied. "Oh yeah one more, please buy me some warm tea too. My stomach feels so good" she added as her husband was about to step up.

"OK!" hamzah answered while lifting one thumb. "Is there anything you want to buy again?."

Larissa shakes. "No, that's enough!."

Hamzah opened the door and disappeared behind it. While Larissa tried to close her eyes that had felt heavy.

...****************...

"Encus, let's get up. He said he wanted to eat, and now he's sleeping?" hamzah said as he shook his wife's body gently.

Larissa gasped, waking up from her sleep. Intentions just want to close their eyes for a moment while waiting for the arrival of her husband, not to mention he even kebablasan. "I'm sorry, I fell asleep earlier. Now where's the food? I'm so hungry!."

Larissa tried to get out of bed, but her head suddenly turned back. "Oh.." complained of pain while holding his head.

"You why?" hamzah asked frantically, holding his wife's head.

"My head is so dizzy, Entik."

"Yes, you better fall down again. Let me feed you."

Larissa complied and returned to the body. Hamzah took a tablespoon and opened the food wrapper."

"What food did you buy?" larissa asked as her husband started scooping food.

"I bought pecel rice, that's all there is."

"No pa pa, the important thing is there is food." Larissa is not typical of people who like to choose food. All he eats while halal and healthy, especially if the price is friendly bagged.

Larissa opened her mouth and accepted her husband's bribe. Slowly he chewed and swallowed the food. "Don't kid!" he said while continuing to chew.

Hamzah smiled seeing his wife like the food he bought. He painstakingly fed his wife until the food was unceremonious. Then he offered a glass of water along with the medicine he had to take.

Larissa seems to have trouble drinking the drink. Hamzah raised his head slightly up to make it easier for him to drink.

"Thank you very much!" said sincerely. "Have you eaten yet?."

"It's over!" answer Hamzah briefly. " Then before I came home, I bought me some food."

"Oh yeah almost forgot! Whose mother and sister are you going home with?."

"Same sister aziz."

"So Aziz's wife came home today."

"Yes, this morning he came home."

Before Larissa was transferred to the hospital room located on the fourth floor, Mother-in-law and her brother said goodbye to come home first and promised to come back tomorrow.

Larissa let them go home first given the condition of the elderly mother-in-law. Moreover, there was nothing they could do here because only one of them could accompany him in the room.

Aziz's own sister is Larissa's neighbor. Their home is only four houses apart. It just so happened that his wife gave birth in this hospital too. And when he found out that he was going home today, his mother-in-law and brother asked permission to participate because the vehicle at that hour did not exist.

"Thank God that's it. Pity me too if late in the hospital."

"Yes, I'm also not happy with your sister's wife if it continues here. They have a lot of fun too."

For a moment they were both silent, not knowing what to talk about anymore. But a moment later Hamzah reopened his voice when he remembered their son who was only a few hours ago born. "Oh yeah you know, just now after cleaning, our son is like an onde-onde nurse."

Larissa frowned, not understanding what her husband said. "What does he mean?."

"So gini, our son was placed in a large talam and then sprinkled with baby powder. Then he rolled over an onde-onde kayak" Hamzah said, practicing what the nurse had done. "I patted my own tongue and said, 'Oh Allah, my son is an onde-onde' child'."

Larissa laughed and heard her husband's story. "If I had seen it myself, I would have done the same with you."

After mastering the laughter, Larissa asked one very important question. "Have you had your son arrested?."

Hamzah nodded his head. "Already! I adzani in the right ear and iqomah in the left ear."

"Good then. And what about his face? I saw a little less clearly when the doctor showed me."

Larissa is a glasses guy with a high minus. He could not see clearly if he was wearing his visual aid.

"Our son is very handsome. His face is a fusion between us, but it's more towards you. His skin is also a yellow like yours. While her hair was pitch black and bushy like me."

Their conversation continued, until finally Larissa yawned widely because of tired and sleepy.

"Sleep! Looks like you're sleepy."

Larissa nodded and prepared to go to sleep. But before his wife's eyes really closed Hamzah again said, "I want to go down first to smoke pa pa pa right? My head's a little dizzy from not smoking all day."

Larissa nodded in allowing. "But not for long."

Hamzah nodded in agreement with his wife's words. "You want me to buy you something when I get back?."

"No need! The tea you bought just now I haven't had time to drink" Larissa said as she pointed at the tea on the nightstand.

"Yes, that's it. Now sleep. I'll just stay downstairs first."

Larissa nodded and closed her eyes. Hamzah disappeared behind the door.
