The wind broke down the door of the old house, which stood arrogantly in the middle of the forest. Like a storm, the strong wind broke through and ravaged its contents.
A girl came in, dragging a big man. A large tendril snared the man's neck, which was barely conscious. There were a lot of cuts on his skin.
The girl easily pulled the man's large body and threw him into the basement angrily.
"Cursed creature! How dare you do such a lowly thing! You used the accident to scoop up those poor souls and make it your crash? You're even the soul of this poor girl?"
The little girl slammed the big body of the man many times onto the floor. He groans sickly. But can't fight. He knows very well who his opponent is. She's no ordinary little girl.
"You're wrong to choose this girl as your victim, because I've decided to save her life. I won't let you have it." Said the little girl in an adult voice.
He dragged the man again and threw him into a small room.
"Pests like you must be wiped out before more casualties."
The door of the room was closed.
"Before I disappear, I'll make sure you're locked up forever and rotting in there. I will use the rest of my power to lock this room. No one will open it."
Another little girl wearing a nightgown appeared with a sad face.
"Curse your stupid master, no one can save him and don't beg me to set him free. Because I'm not gonna do it." After saying that, the little girl who had locked the big man away left the old house.
The little girl tracks the forest with her bare feet. Suddenly the roots of the tree snared her tiny legs.
"A human child dares to infiltrate my forest like an insect, and make a fuss. Tell me, who are you?" a strange man emerges from the darkness of the night with a white tiger beside him.
Under the gentle moonlight the two views they met. The man was surprised to see a pair of red eyes like rubies on the boy. The exact same eyes as the 'nation'. Though the child in front of him is clearly human, but there is a power that is no stranger to him to protect the child.
The little girl used the wind to slash at the roots of the tree that was trapping her feet. After he left, he immediately escaped out of the forest.
"You're not after him, sir?" ask the tiger to his master.
"No." Answer's flat. Half his brain was still thinking about the little girl who had run away.
"Do you know the girl, sir?" Ask the tiger again.
"I'm not sure, because I've never seen that face before," the master replied hesitantly.
"I think she looks like a princess. Forgive me if I'm wrong" said the tiger again. His master just kept quiet while continuing to think.
Since that meeting, he has been quiet. So that he continuously watched the child silently from a distance.
Today the girl was playing with her friend in the field.
"Melya, let's bring the ball here!" call a friend from the middle of the field. Kids are playing ball on the field. Melya was asked by his friends to take the ball that was thrown out of the field.
Instead of returning to the field, Melya instead approached a child sitting on the sidelines.
"Why not play?" ask Melya.
"They didn't invite me" replied the boy. Melya pulled her hand and took her to the middle of the field to mingle with the other children.
"Friends, he wants to play. Can ya?" exclaim Melya while holding her new friend.
Melya jolly child who likes to befriend anyone without discriminating. Hands out and help anyone in need. But that kindness now felt wrong in the eyes of others, because they did not see what Melya saw.
Melya realized something and immediately let go of her hand grip.
"I didn't mean to scare you. I just love watching you guys play. I didn't expect you to just pull me in without asking who I was. I'm sorry!" said the boy then disappeared.
"Well, who the hell invited him to play! Just be scared!" Whisper one of the crowd of children.
"How else, suddenly he asked to come along," another whispered.
"Surprising. He said he could see ghosts, what if he invited his friends to play with us. Ih scared!"
Melya did not not hear what they whispered, only she did not want to respond because it would hurt her.
"Melya, if you want to play with us don't talk weird like that. Or we won't ask you to play anymore. Understood?"
Hearing the warning from her friend Melya nodded. He realized that now he was different from the other children.
"Sorry!" Melya did not understand why she had to say that word. It's not his fault he's different. But not always the difference is acceptable.
"Melya, get the ball!" His friend ruled. The ball was thrown far enough off the field. It takes time to take it. When he returned his friend had disappeared. The boys had already dispersed leaving him alone in the field.
Melya hugged the rubber ball tightly. It's upset, it wants to be angry, but it doesn't know who to be. Ever since he survived that accident his world has changed. Wasn't it! But the way people look at it has changed. The people around him no longer treat him the same way they used to.
"There's so much pity. He left his friends again." A voice came closer to him.
"Hey, just play with us! We'll be your friends forever! I won't go like them!" A figure of a girl appeared from behind, holding her shoulder and whispering in her ear.
"Really! Aye! Come play with us! We can play more fun than them!" A boy appeared in front of him.
"If you want you can also repay them for you, how?" said another girl who brought her face closer to Melya. It was so close that Melya could see her two empty eyes. There was nothing but darkness that filled the two eye holes.
"Brains!" A familiar voice sounded to him calling. Angga stood by the roadside. He was on his way home from school and saw Melya alone in the middle of the field.
"Revelation! Bullies coming!"
"Go quickly! Before getting caught!"
The children who had been swarming Melya noisily and panicked upon hearing the voice of Angga calling. One by one they disappeared.
Angga ran over to his sister.
"What is alone here?" tanyakanya.
"I was playing with my friend" Melya replied
"Hem? Friends?" ask Angga not understand.
"Thus. They were here. But now it's home. So I'm alone" Melya explained.
After leaving the hospital, Angga realized there was a big change in Melya. He was more moody and sad alone than he was laughing as usual.
Angga rubbed the red dirt stain that stuck on Melya's cheek. There were a few tears hiding in the corner of his eyes. Angga chose to keep it and pretended not to know.
"Let's go home together, today auntie cooked your favorite chocolate pudding. You hungry, 'Kan?" Melya. Angga took his sister home.
