The Meeting of Angga and Absham

After Melya's visit at that time, Angga felt there was something stuck from Melya's story and wanted to check it directly.

Shortly after escorting Melya away two days later she visited the forest Melya told her about.

Sure enough the forest was the same forest that Melya had in an accident seventeen years ago. With his ability Angga managed to find the location of the forest guard, Absham.

"My smell is pretty sharp and my memory is pretty strong. The leaves have a unique smell. That's why I can recognize him immediately."

The leaves on the palm of Angga fell in the wind. It was just a leaf she took from Melya's hair. But the one with the leaves had an odor similar to the one he had smelled seventeen years ago, when he visited the site of Melya's accident. And her conjecture was right, Melya had come to this place again without her noticing.

"What is your purpose in actually bringing my sister to this place?" ask Angga.

A large owl flew over the head of the Angga and descended perched on one of the tree branches.

The owl let out a voice as if speaking to Angga, "Your tone is full of prejudice. Don't think bad about me. I have absolutely no intention of hurting her."

"Say, how can I believe you won't hurt her?" tanya Angga was suspicious.

For a moment he was silent, then said in a fishing tone, "If I have bad intentions, what can you do. I can even kill you right now."

Angga instantly prepared from the attack and increased his alertness many times over. Angga was aware of the supernatural being in front of him could not be underestimated.

"Great! you're ready to come here apparently. I'm just testing you. Don't take it seriously. I'll say I mean."

"There's one creature I have to eliminate because it's dangerous. But he's trapped under a building by an unknown person. Unfortunately the seal could only be opened by the same person who had already locked it."

"Wouldn't it be better if he stays locked up?"

"No way, over time the seal will be destroyed from the inside."

"Then let the seal break by itself. Once the creature's out you can instantly eliminate it."

"If you wait for something to happen, it will be very dangerous. He is one of the devil's worshipers. It would be very troublesome to get rid of it if it got stronger during the confinement there."

"So you have no choice but to free that thing now?" tanya Angga made sure to go back.

"Then, what does this have to do with my sister?" ask Angga.

"I need the girl's power to unseal it. He's the only one who can open that door" Absham replied.

Angga had a suspicion that this might be connected to a supernatural being who had helped his sister. His grandfather once said there was a high-powered supernatural being who had saved his sister's life.

"I don't know for sure, but the girl is connected to the owner of the seal" Absham said as if reading Angga's mind.

"It's too dangerous if I let my sister unseal it. He could have been attacked by a creature trapped inside. And again there's no guarantee my sister can open it. What if he fails? Is there another way?"

"What's that?"

"If the owner of the seal dies then the seal will be destroyed, in other words if the girl dies..." Not yet had time for Absham to finish his words, Angga immediately took a stance to leave the place.

Whatever Absham planned there was none that was good for Melya, her sister could be in danger if she did not hurry to warn him.

Realizing Angga tried to escape, Absham gave an attack. Several flying owls darted towards Angga landing his sharp claws onto his face.

Angga managed to get rid of the birds, but he did not expect from behind the crowd of owls a tiger jumped to attack him and dropped him to the ground.

The tiger held him back and stood on his body.

"I won't let you ruin my plan. So shut up here." Those were the last words Angga heard before losing consciousness.

When he regained consciousness, he was at home and heard the news about his cousin's sister.

"I went with your mother as soon as I heard you had an accident in the woods." That's how Angga ended his story.

Angga and Melya were enjoying their morning on the terrace of Melya's house. My father is still out of town. His father wanted to go home as soon as he heard bad news about his daughter. But Melya prevented it by saying that she was fine, no serious injuries to worry about. He also gave his report to the police.

At first he was confused what to tell the police, but because Alvin had told everything, Melya was forced to tell everything she experienced to complete Alvin's story.

During the forest, police did not find the person Melya and Alvin were referring to, but they found the skull of the adult man, who was suspected to be the culprit, stuck in a tree.

"Do you think that's what the rangers did?" melya asked Angga in front of her as she recounted the police discovery.

"Can be. The forest guard is strong and dangerous. You better not get involved with him anymore. I'm grateful that you made it out of the forest safely" Angga replied.

"But, I've talked to them, their attitude is good."

"Who knows. The higher the abilities of supernatural beings the smarter they hide their intentions" Angga warned.

"Is this related to my undercover?" ask Melya again.

"Maybe. Do you remember what he was like?" ask Angga back.

"I'm not sure, but I talked to a black cat who said it would save me. From her voice it seemed to be female," Melya replied while recalling her dream.

"Do you remember everything?"

"A little bit, I remember it vaguely. Like dream. I also remember about my old friend, Ello." Melya looked down sad. Now he understood the strange feeling that had been bothering him all along when he saw the apparition of Ello. How could he forget his best friend just like that.

"We promised to play together when we met again" Melya said sadly. The voice of Ello who invited him to play again continued to ring in his memory. Even though he knew it was just Absham's disguise, it still made his chest tight.

"There's nothing you can do to change that. He was destined to die,"

"I knew. How could I forget it?"

"Maybe it was the effect of the accident that time some of your memories were erased" said Angga.

Melya sighed trying to calm herself down. A lot of things happened.

Melya took a leave of absence from her job. She is currently enjoying her holiday in her hometown.
