Rain Chants And Ghost Hospital Part 4

Angga POV

Laila waved her hand from the side of the road. I rushed over. The rain had subsided, but the dark clouds had not yet escaped.

"I don't think you'll come again" he said as I approached. "Why don't you take your sister with you. He'll be a big help to us."

"You obviously know why I didn't bring it."

"Where's Sendy?" my many.

"Sendy confirmed to the school about the reports of the loss of a family member from a guardian or a child's parent" Laila replied.

"The body of the new victim was successfully lifted from the river. Allegedly while the victim is a student from our school because his school uniform is still worn. It's possible he was attacked on the way home from school" he continued.

"I'll check the bodies of the victims" I said.

"I'm coming!" exclaim Laila.

"You stay here. Wait Sendy!"

I rushed into the crowd. A body was lying there. I wanted to get close, but a police officer prevented me.

"You can't come any closer!"

"Let him in!" another officer was checking the body of the victim.

"Are you from that organization?" ask the officer to me.

"Certainly," I said.

"alright. Please check it out."

Laila's right. This is our school student. It found many sharp objects puncture wounds. He died of blood loss not from drowning.

This is clearly a human act, not an attack by supernatural beings. Police brought the body of the victim to an autopsy.

From a distance I saw Sendy, our colleague and the head of our OSIS school, arrive and talk to Laila. Sandy said we were asked to go to the meeting room today to discuss the case.

In the eyes of a normal person we seem like ordinary Junior High students. But the truth is that the three of us are members of an organization that specializes in dealing with supernatural things. Probably something like a paranormal organization. It's just that here is not limited in number and age. We have been in this organization since the age of five at the request of our own family head. That's why the three of us have known each other since childhood.

We entered the room where three others were waiting. One of the three is the person who most do not want to meet. Hans, if it's not wrong he's been in High School this year. I immediately took a position to sit down. I don't want to show my disputes with him to the other members.

"Tumben you're coming? Not babysitting your sister anymore?" tanyanya.

"We're just starting this meeting. Because it looks like no one else will come" Sika said leading the meeting. Among the six of us he was the oldest. And he currently serves OSIS at his High School.

"Where are the others?" ask Sendy.

"Then I'm the first one to give my report" Sandy said. He seemed to want to quickly finish this meeting.

"To this day there have been no reports of missing family members who entered the school. Five students have not attended school since three days ago. And out of those five students was only one who could not be contacted."

"Are those five students on the organization's protection list?" ask Sika.

"No. They were just normal children without the ability to see supernatural beings. So they're not on our protection list" Sendy replied

"The victim died from stab wounds all over his body. There were no irregularities to the body of the victim as well as its location. And if it's true as eandy said, then we can hand over this case to the police for deception as a regular murder case" I said.

Right, if this is just an ordinary murder case then it is not our realm to interfere. However, this community was formed to deal with things related to supernatural beings or something that could not be reached by the police.

This city does look normal for normal people but not for us, who were born with an inner eye capable of seeing subtle beings. This town is a nightmare.

The number of fine creatures living in this city is much greater than the original inhabitants. And every day their numbers are increasing. In contrast to the human population that shrinks over time.

That's why this organization was built. Under the pretext of maintaining harmony between the two different beings living in this city, we covered up the real reason. The purpose of this organization is to keep an eye on these subtle-creatures so as not to injure or inflict harm on humans.

The members of this organization are the heads of families who have inhabited this land for generations and its successors who have an inner eye like ours.

"You're in too much of a hurry to conclude, Angga! What a dull intuition for being your sister's nanny" Hans said. Like I thought, he would start looking for reasons to argue with me again.

"What do you mean, Hans?" many challenging.

"Because you've been out for a long time, you've missed a lot of news" he continued. I looked towards Laila and Sendy but the two girls just shrugged. They also had no idea what Hans meant.

"Read on!" hans said throwing some paper in front of me.

"This is the third incident in a vulnerable near future. The same two cases have occurred before. The first and second victims are on the organization's protection list. What concerns us is the victim to these two cases, Yana."

I started reading the paper while listening to Sika speak.

"Yana sent us a letter of request. In his letter he wrote that he was bullied, followed even to the point of being threatened by a rain girl."

"ghost girl rain? The delicate creature that often appears as a woman wearing an umbrella?" ask Sendy to make sure.

"really. We had time to go to Yana's house directly but neither she nor her family were found. The next day he was found dead drifting in the river. Just like the first and third cases, Yana's body was found with multiple stab wounds on her body."

"Therefore we decided to hunt the ghost of the rain girl" Hans said.

"Wait first! What do you mean hunt him? He may have actually met Yana but that doesn't prove she killed him. As Angga said the wound on the victim's body was a human act," asked Laila puzzled.

"A lot of complaints that come into us. the creature makes restless. So we decided to arrest him" Hans said.

"But, this is not the first time he has appeared in this city, he has lived in this city for quite a long time. Why are you acting now? So far he has done nothing that could hurt the townspeople. I'm sure there's a misunderstanding here" Laila argued.
