The Beginning of the Problem

Reina was a good friend of mine since childhood. We spent a lot of time together. From the little things to the big secrets.

That day Reina told me that she got a scholarship to attend a favorite High School in the capital. Continuing college there too. It was no surprise considering he had been studying hard since childhood. All his hard work is now paid off.

Once he graduates from this school he will leave this city. Then what about me? I want to get out of this city too. I'll talk about this with Dad.

We had a big fight because he kept denying. I know I was wrong. But I'm disappointed he betrayed me by reporting me to dad.

Since he got the scholarship he started to change. I feel like he's getting away.

"Then, just make her lose her scholarship," suggested Yura, one of my classmates who was quite close to me. Yura also offered me to buy about the leak.

The least I thought of was Reina. He admitted to theft that was not committed. I know that behind all that there was a father's involvement.

Dad scolded me and locked me in my room. Dad also paid bail for Reina's release. Not just for me, but to keep his reputation. For him his reputation and the family's good name is more important than his own daughter.

After returning from school Reina had to experience bullying at school. And it was all done by the children on my behalf without my knowledge. If only Arya hadn't told me, I would never have known.

A few days later I heard the news of his father's sudden death. His father died of a heart attack. When I came to his house, only one word was said to me.

"Pargis! Get the fuck out of here! I don't want to see you!" His face red with anger was drowned in the sobs of sorrow. I can't say anything to be forgiven.
