Behind The Lies

Behind The Lies
Is This a Bad Sign?

Space stupefied on the bed.

"You lied about Asa. You lied about your past, too."

"I'm sorry, but I don't want to talk about that."

"You always said that you don't have friends here because you grew up in America. I foolishly believe."

"There's no time, I have to find Asa." Ashilla was about to step up, but Angkasa quickly got up and held her back.

"I think I know you well enough."

"Keep what?" Ashilla raised her chin. "You married me? I know you're approaching me because you think I'm Aruna, aren't you?" accuse Ashilla.

Space clucked. He just didn't think he was between two men of the same fate, one Iyash and the other Daniel. However, what made her not understand why Ashilla thought like that?

It was too early to fight because it was their second day as a couple, but since yesterday the relationship with Ashilla was less harmonious. Is this a bad sign?

Angkasa threw his butt into the bed, he sat back down stupefied.

"Everything is clear, other than the father who did not want me, the mother who did not know my birth, and all the men who idolized Aruna more, I was just a sinful man who never expected."

The sky looked at his wife. "Why you?"

"Give me, there's no point, you won't understand." Ashilla then goes out and returns to find Asa.

While Angkasa instead felt drawn to the past when Daniel did not want military school, at that time Daniel explained that there were other things he had to account for. However, his biological father Daniel insisted that Daniel become a member of the TNI AU. So Daniel was forced to follow his father and move from Jakarta. He did not expect that the meaning of the accountability Daniel said was about Asa.

Angkasa's chest rumbled, he could not forget Daniel's expression when he first saw Ashilla from behind the hotel door. Even Daniel's call to Ashilla is exactly like the one who's known each other for a long time.

Angkasa also can not forget how Ashilla refused after seeing Daniel, even last night he also felt the awkwardness that Ashilla felt. Although he was upset and considered that Ashilla was selfish, but apparently there was nothing wrong with his wife's wishes.

Meanwhile Ashilla was busy surrounding the house in search of Asa, however, she suddenly heard Yayan's voice at the door.

“Pak?”

“Non, I asked mom to deliver this.” Yayan gave her luggage.

“Still, Sir.” Ashilla looked out. “What in front Father saw Asa?”

“Ngak, Non.”

Ashilla sighed. “Father wait inside, I want to help Asa get ready.” He then stared at the clock on the wall which had shown six o'clock past five minutes. “But, Asa don't know where.” He breezed in followed by Yayan who then sat on the sofa.

Ashilla continued to circulate her gaze, asking Asa to everyone she saw, including her father and mother-in-law. But no one saw Asa.

“Angkasa,” call Ashilla while going up to the second floor and back to the room. He's clucking pissed. “I've searched everywhere, Asa no.”

“He's the same Daniel,” Space replied while putting the phone on the table.

“Hah?” Ashilla's forehead frowned in surprise.

“I called Daniel. He invited Asa to run around the complex,” said Angkasa.

“Crazy you. Why shut up, should you follow him?” Ashilla turned and was about to leave, but Asa held her hand.

“Let alone,” says Angkasa slowly.

Ashilla turned around and ignited emotions. “Truly you said?” tanyanya.

“He's his father, ‘kan? You should give him a chance close to Asa.”

Ashilla flabbergasted. "Nyesel I told you this same story."

“Oh... When do you want to hide this?"

Ashilla.

"You need to know, this is not Daniel's will either. I remember when he–”

“Enough! I'm disappointed in you.” Ashilla breezed away.

“Shill,” call Space. “Shilla.” He was chasing his wife. “Please talk about this with a cool head.”

“You will never understand.” Ashilla kept going.

“You will never know and will never know how I went through everything from zero.” Ashilla's voice shook.

The lighted space saw the wounds in both of Ashilla's eyes. She thought Ashilla was a strong woman all along. However, he finally realized that the power Ashilla had was with Asa.

Space quickly warmed the wife. “I promise all will be well aja.”

Ashilla cried in the arms of her husband. “I don't want him to take my son.”

Space shakes. “I know Daniel won't do that.”

Ashilla immediately released the embrace of Space. “I don't want to stay here, we go back to the house Opa.” The woman returned to the room and packed her clothes.

Space takes a breath. He went to follow Ashilla. “OK, if you do not want to stay here, later in the day we will return to the house Opa,” said the man at the door.

“I want it now.”

“Can't, Shill. I have to tell Papa.” first

Ashilla stopped packing her clothes. He approached Angkasa, honestly he was also hesitant if he had to return to the Ganjar house. All the gifts he received yesterday were in the Space Room. He couldn't possibly have brought all those things to his grandfather's house.

Ashilla's approaching. “We buy town house aja.”

Space stared at his wife.

“Please. You can use my money first.”

“Mama ...”

Suddenly a voice stopped their conversation. Ashilla and Angkasa quickly turned to the origin of the sound.

“Asa.” Ashilla hugged her son. “Where are you from?”

“Even run the same Om Daniel,” replied Asa plain. "Badan Asa fitter, Asa so not limp anymore" said Asa in the arms of her mother.

“From yesterday Mama came to you.” Ashilla let go of her embrace. “Other times do not go with strangers,” he added while grasping Asa's cheek.

Asa looked at Daniel. “Om Daniel is not a stranger, Ma.”

Daniel smiled.

Asa looked back at her mother. “Om Daniel his sister Papa Angkasa, ‘right? So, she's Omnya Asa too.”

Ashilla's face was red and staring at Daniel. “Other times don't ever take Asa away."

Daniel cringing. "Why? Asa's already a big boy, isn't she, Sa?"

Asa smile. "Mama's just worried, Om."

"Oh, then Om should apologize to Mama, right?"

Asa nodded.

Daniel approached, but Ashilla retreated, but Daniel kept getting closer to the woman, even ignoring Angkasa who was standing at the door. "Never take Asa away, or I'll tell you everything" Daniel warned slowly.

Both of Ashilla's eyes were puffed up. His hands clenched tightly.

"You told me the same Space, right? Thank goodness I didn't have to bother."

Ashilla wet the throat. He looked at Asa. "Some, let's take a shower, Mr. Yayan is waiting below, uniform same bag is already in your room."

"Yes, Ma." Asa then went to her room.

After Asa left, Ashilla looked back at Daniel.

"Since you left me, Asa is no longer your son, so don't you ever expect to be close to her."

"You might forget, when you told me you were pregnant, I said I'd take responsibility."

"Where were you when Opa asked you to come? I followed you to your house, but your neighbor said you've gone to Borneo."

The sick Space Chest witnessed this. He felt it was nothing for Ashilla. Somehow he felt that something was holding back Ashilla's feelings, so the woman continued to doubt him, even though Ashilla was actually just doubting herself.
