EPISODE 49

S2 \~ FEELING

\~ I love you so much, Kalila. Let me fill your life with a love I never gave you.\~

I followed Kalila's footsteps into the palette cafe. Tiny cafe with a beautiful interior, full of soft colors and pictures that look funny.

I looked around me, looking at how neat and organized this cafe was. Looks like Kalila's been living well the last two years. Maybe the rest of the money selling his house, he used to build this cafe from scratch. I'm pretty proud of his independence.

I took off my jacket and placed it on a round table of wood. The table has a bright finish and also glossy, maybe Kalila ordered it with a glossy finish to make it easy to clean.

“Sorry, yes. The floor is wet all.” I apologized to Kalila, the water dripping from my shirt made the fruits of her hard work end up in vain.

“Nothing, Sir. I can mop it again later.” Kalila walked to the bathroom.

My focus turned to the pictures from charcoal pencil scratches and also oil pastels. Portraits of children's faces until the animals are drawn so nicely. I was attracted to a picture of a man who had no face, looking down in silence.

“You drew everything?” my many.

“Betul, Mr.”

“You are talented apparently.”

Kalila smiled again in response.

“I take a shower Sir. You should also go home soon to clean yourself.”

“Mandilah. I'll wait for you.”

I called Mr. Gino, told him to deliver dry clothes and sandals. I still want to be with him longer.

“5 minutes to arrive, Sir!”

“Ready, Boss.”

I smell the scented remnants of coffee. The name is also a coffee shop, of course, the aroma of coffee fragrance is always thick.

I wonder, how has his life been for the past two years? Does she have a boyfriend? What about the school? Did he drop out of school?

“Hallo, Aleina? Investigate a girl named Kalila? He owns the palette cafe. I want your report tomorrow!” I called Aleina so she could find me information about Kalila's life. I want to know everything about him, I want to know him more deeply.

“Good, Mr.” replied Aleina.

Shortly after turning off my call, Mr. Gino came, complete with a paper bag in his hand. I removed my pants in the cafe toilet, replaced them with dry clothes. I gave Mr. Gino a wet shirt and told him to go home.

After washing my face and wiping my wet hair with a dry towel, I went back to the front to put on my shirt. I just got three buttons and Kalila's done cleaning herself.

The soft fragrance of soap and her wet hair back sedated me with its charm. Why can I be so rustling just because of this kind of triviality? Do I really love him so deeply?

Wild thoughts are back playing in my mind. I want it, I want to******* her beautiful lips and play with it.

I shook my stupid mind and sat down at the bar table. Waiting for him to make a cup of coffee. I smiled seeing his skill in concocting that spirit-boosting drink. Her tiny, wiry hands deftly added milk so that the leaf-shaped latte art was drawn on top of the foam creamer.

Unknowingly I smiled at her ability, “the atmosphere is fragrant, you are very good at making it.”

Kalila smiled and put a cup of coffee and baking food in front of me.

“Consider Tua—akh.., Kak.” he said clumsy.

We both looked at each other in silence. The thick aroma of coffee and the sound of the seconds of the wall clock accompanied our respective minds. Long enough you were drugged in our minds, until I finally ventured to express my feelings to her.

“Kalila, I know you must be surprised to see me right now. But believe me, I really miss you. I love you Kalila.” I got up to get closer to him

I want him to know that I'm here really because I need him. Because I love her, I want her.

“I want to know all about you, I want to know more about you, Kalila.” I stood next to her, the sweet and gentle fragrance of her body pulling back on me, as if bewitching me to keep wanting to be around her.

“Kak Arvin, please don't do this. We don't even know each other enough to be able to say miss, what else is love.” Kalila rejected my declaration of love, making me feel a long sigh in my stomach.

“Sorry, Kalila. I'm sorry I was late to see you.” I'm sorry I didn't look for him in the past, it's not my fault I doubt my feelings now.

“Kalila, I really love you.” I grabbed his arm, pulled him into my arms. I'm not giving up.

There is no distance between us now. His eyes and soft lips made me look forward to having him back soon. I wanted to kiss her, pulverize her until the sighing was heard again.

“HUUUAAA.. MOMMY!!” the sound of a baby's cry breaks the silence. Kalila let go.

I let go of my arms. The baby's voice continued to sound and was getting louder. Makes me want to know, who's crying that hard?

I'm sure my eyeballs must be round and my pupils are shrinking.

Is that baby Kalila's son?

Is he my son?

As I recall, I never used safety when I had sex with him.

“Who is he, Kalila? Is he your son? Our son?!” manya curious.

If it is true that he is my son, then the prayers of Papa and Mama are answered. I'll bring their daughter-in-law and grandchildren home.

“Sssstt.. soften your voice, Brother! You'll wake him back up.”

I don't think I want to wake the baby. I chose to wait for Kalila to finish putting her to bed again. I closed the door slowly.

My feelings were so flogging, between happy and sad. If the baby is my son, how cruel I am to let them both live a hard life all this time.

“Argh.. jerk!!” I cursed to myself.

I straightened Kalila's arm as soon as she came out of the room. This curiosity can kill me if I don't get the answer right away. I swear, I feel like I'm the most depraved man in the world if that baby is really my son.

“Kalila, tell me what baby is your son? Our son?”

“Keano my son, but not your son, Kak.” smile Kalila.

Kalila's words stunned me, does Kalila have any other men besides me? Is Kalila really your woman**han who can sleep with anyone?

Shit!! My heart hurts so much!

“Do not lie, Kalila!!” I shook his body.

“I'm not lying, brother. Keano is not your son!! And don't try to think about me!” Kalila seemed to be able to guess the contents of my head that accused her of being a woman you**han.

“Then whose child?” ask again.

“He's Melody and Raffa's son. He's my adopted son.” Kalila immediately brushed off my hand and walked back to the back of the bar. Make up the money in the cashier drawer.

“Child lift?” I asked as if I couldn't believe it.

“Really, Brother! Do I need to call her mom to make her believe?”

I took a deep breath and threw it away slowly. Thank goodness Keano is not Kalila's son, nor is he my son. If he were our son, I would be very disappointed. Disappointed at not being able to take care of Kalila while she was pregnant, accompanying her in labor, and also whispering prayers to the child's ears as she was born into the world.

“E... Brother, it's night. You better go home!! I want to rest” Kalila opened the door for me.

“I'll be back tomorrow.”

Kalila just smiled and nodded slowly. Maybe he's still not sure of how I feel. He could still assume that I was a striped-nose man capable of screwing any woman I wanted. That's why Kalila thinks I'm gonna go back to giving her pain.

Oh... how could I do that? I love you so much, Kalila. Let me fill your life with a love I never gave you.

“Good Nite, Kalila,” kukecup slow nose pointed.

“Good Nite, Arvin.”
