Choosing to avoid is one way for cowards. But, that's exactly the path I took since the events of that night. Feeling so stupid and insulted by the words of Mas Karang and Bang Daffa, I chose to go home to Mr. Agung without Adit coming with me.

Three days I have been at the house of Mr. Agung, and there is no sign of Bang Daffa will pick me up. Not even calling me. Only Ms. Asri occasionally called Bu Mega to ask me about my situation.

Always avoid Bu Mega and Kak Risma when asking why I came home without Adit or Bang Daffa, once twice successful. But, I don't think it's gonna work this time. Because this afternoon, everyone had gathered and looked at me with their questioning gazes.

"It is not worth asking, Rose. Because I think you are a wise woman. But, it's been three days, and you haven't returned to your husband's house. What's the matter, actually.?" Said Mr. Supreme.

The sound of birds in the garden behind Erik's house adds to a beautiful afternoon with a perfect twilight. Sitting under the Kelengkeng tree, with two cups of coffee adds a delicious atmosphere that is inversely proportional to my heart.

Erik continued to swear and swear an oath that was always done when we were in normal circumstances. And this is the first time since Kak Melati's marriage, my relationship with Erik has returned to normal. It's okay, not so share the burden with Erik, and at least hear the happy news Erik has been able to reduce my own burden.
