After three days in the hospital, Sean was finally allowed to go home. Katherine drove him home to the apartment with Lady Imelda.

"Why don't you go home, dear Sean?" Ask Mrs Imelda.

"No Mom. Sean would rather stay here, free of all Daddy's rules. Especially marrying a woman I don't love." Answer Sean ketus.

"Sean, watch what you say."

Sean did not answer and instead busied himself with his phone. Katherine forced her smile towards Madam Imelda. Madam Imelda felt bad.

"Alright, then Mommy comes home first. You rest well. Katherine will accompany you." Mrs Imelda.

Sean just nodded. Lady Imelda hugged her son.

"Be careful, Mom."

"Aunty's home first huh, Kat."

"Yeah aunty. Be careful on the road." The two embrace each other.

"What do you want to eat, Sean?" Katherine asked after escorting Lady Imelda to the front door.

"I'm not hungry. Be sitting. There's something I'm talking about with you."

Katherine sat down.

"Are you really meeting Alice in her office?" Sean asked coldly.

Katherine widened her eyes and took a slow breath before replying.

"really. And I came there to tell the woman that you already have a future wife and ask her to stay away from you."

Brakk!!!

Sean kicked the table in anger.

"Suppose you! Who do you think you are? How dare you interfere in my personal affairs?" Jerky Sean.

"I am your fiancee, your future wife. It's my duty to keep seductive women out there away from my future husband." Katherine's voice shook with anger.

"You're the fiancee I never expected. Don't dream that I'm going to marry you. Catch that!"

Katherine squeezed the dress. It was so sad that his heart heard the words coming out of Sean's mouth.

"Why are you silent? Does your heart hurt by hearing my words? When are you gonna be like this, Kat? Don't you have the dignity of being an honorable woman?" Read Sean.

Katherine smiled wryly.

"You're still not totally healthy, Sean. You better take a break now." Katherine.

"Enough Kat. Don't divert the conversation. I want this to be over soon." Reject Sean.

"Enough!" Shouted Katherine.

Katherine stood up.

"My plane will fly in 2 hours. I'm gonna go back to France and give you time to clear your head, Sean. I hope when we meet later your heart can accept my existence. And when that time comes then I will make you fall in love with me and make you mine forever."

Katherine's getting out of Sean's apartment. While in the elevator, her tears were unstoppable. Katherine immediately removed it and put on her sunglasses.

"I'm sorry Kat. I never meant to hurt your heart, but you forced me to do it. I think of you as my own sister and my feelings will never change." Mumbled Sean.

Sean's phone rings. Billy called.

"Bosses. The man who harmed us that night has managed to leave this country. It seems like there are people who are deliberately trying to eliminate their tracks."

"Give all your men to keep looking. If you need to pay someone who is an IT expert to track his whereabouts."

"Good, Boss."

Sean ended their conversation and put his phone on the table.

"Whoever that person is, he's been looking for trouble with the wrong person." Said Sean with his cold face.

Quinn Cooperation will have an important pending meeting with Parker Groups. It was held at the Quinn Cooperation.

"Welcome Mr. Parker and Mr. Billy. How are you guys doing? I heard you guys had an accident?" Alice asked kindly.

Sean slightly disliked Alice's attitude which came back cold.

"As you can see now, Alice. Lucky we didn't get any serious injuries." Sean replied with a smile.

"Why don't you come see me, Alice?" Lirih.

"Please take care of your professional attitude during this meeting, Mr Parker." Alice's repulsive speech surprised Sean.

"I'm sorry, Miss Quinn."

An important meeting discussing the development of the Suarez Corps tender went well. After the meeting was over, Sean met Alice in his room.

"Is there anything I can do for you again, Mr Parker? Didn't we reach a mutual agreement at the meeting?" Ask Alice.

Sean shakes.

"What's Alice? Why has your attitude changed like this?" Sean asked softly.

"Nothing has changed, Sean. I just don't like it when we work we're being unprofessional." Answer Alice.

"Is it because of Katherine? I don't know what he told you. But believe me Alice, I have no feelings for her. This engagement happened because of coercion, not because I wanted it." Bright Sean.

"You have to or not, Katherine is still your fiancee. Your status is clear. As a woman, I understand how she feels. No one wants their partner with someone else. You should be able to keep his feelings." Said Alice.

"But I don't love him. I love you, Alice." Sean said with a pushy look.

"Sorry Sean. You better throw away your feelings for me. Katherine's the one who deserves your love, not me. And I'm an honorable woman who will never be the third woman in your relationship. As a man, you shouldn't be trying to get a woman when you're still tied to another woman." Firm Alice.

Sean sighed and tried to calm himself down. "I know I was wrong. I haven't finished my relationship with Katherine, and tried to get close to you. With or without you, my relationship with Katherine will never work. I'll still finish our bond."

"You should know Alice, my feelings are sincere for you. Let me remain your friend." Please Sean.

"Alright, but stay within reasonable limits. I don't want any misunderstandings to affect our relationship."

"Thank you, Alice." Said Sean.

Alice entered a party room in a very spacious mansion building. Alice is dressed in a red knee-length sleeveless dress and her black hair is half updo. The charming ruby necklace had also coiled around her neck and made her even more dazzling. A black mask covered part of her beautiful face. Alice is currently meeting a party invitation from one of her business partners with the theme "Mask Party".

"You're beautiful tonight, Alice." Praise Jason with a happy smile.

"Thank you, Jason." Alice answered briefly.

"I want to be your dance partner later." Jason.

"I'll excuse you, Jason. I'd like to see the owner of this party, Mr and Mrs Brown."

Alice immediately went away and approached the owner of the party. Jason continued to look at her from behind while rubbing his lips.

"Tonight you must be my dance partner and be mine to the fullest, Alice." He muttered while smiling cunningly.

Sean approached Alice. It is undeniable if the appearance of Alice tonight makes her stunned.

"Hi, Alice." Say hello Sean.

"Hi, Sean."

"It's nice to see you tonight. You look so stunning tonight." Praise Sean with a face not much different from Jason earlier.

"Thank you, Sean. You look amazing tonight, too." Said Alice.

Jason who was standing not far from there was angry to see the closeness of the two.

"The man should be in hell by now if the fools are doing their duty well." Okay Jason.

Alice sat down and chatted with Mrs Brown on a long sofa. Mrs Brown looked delighted and familiar to Alice. They toast the other women.

Alice moved away from the crowd as the dance was about to begin. Seen once Sean wants to invite him to dance, Jason even first expressed his desire. To be honest, she didn't want to dance with anyone tonight. As dance music played, both Sean and Jason continued to circulate their views. They are looking for Alice's whereabouts.

"Where is Alice? Wasn't she with Mrs Brown?" Mumbled Sean.

"Damn! Where did Alice go? I can't lose him tonight." Grunts Jason.

Alice, realizing that the two men were looking for her, hid behind a curtain, and suddenly a hand smothered her mouth and pulled her away from the party room. Alice tried to rebel and break away.

"Calm down, dear Alice. Or they'll find you." Whisper the man in Alice's ear.

Alice rounded her eyes when she heard the voice of the man who had disappeared for several months. When Alice calmed down, the man let go of his arm. Alice turned her body.

"Xander!"

The man grinned behind his mask.

"Did you miss me, my pretty date? Because honestly I miss you so much and our pending date." The man answered, none other than Xander.

Alice looked suspiciously. The man who had previously sat on a wheelchair, was now standing upright before him.

"So you've been tricking me all this time." Alice said cynically.

"I've never lied to you, Alice. When we first met I was a disabled man who was hanging from a wheelchair. But I'm cured now." Xander explained.

Alice was still loyal to her cold face.

"I'm a little disappointed. I thought you'd be happy to see me healed and be able to stand in front of you." Xander.

"For what else did you meet me? We have no business anymore." Ketus Alice's.

"Did you forget you still owe me a day's date?"

Alice folded her hands in front of her chest.

"It looks like you forgot Xander. You alone ended our dating contract on the last day of our date and returned my ruby necklace." Alice Sahut.

"Did you hear it in my mouth, Alice?"

Alice poked her lips.

"I did tell Scott to give you this ruby necklace, but not to end our date. Our dating contract is still going, baby. And I'm coming to collect it now."

Xander pulled Alice's body into his arms.

"Take me off, Xander. You perverted, self-didn't know." Screeched Alice.

Instead of letting go, Xander even more tightened his embrace. "Let's dance, Alice for our last date. I beg you."

"Why don't you just dance with your sex lady?"

Xander chuckles. "Are you jealous ?"

"It's only in your dreams." Answer Alice.

"What you're seeing isn't necessarily the truth." Xander's Whispe.

Alice fell silent and thought. Not wanting to waste any more time, Xander immediately pulled Alice's hands together and wrapped them around her neck. While both of his hands hugged Alice's waist possessively. The two danced to the music that came out of the party room. Alice is bewitched and moves with Xander's every move. Alice stared at Xander's current face without wearing her sunglasses. Alice opened her eyes.

The heart is beating very fast.
