Chapter 65. Desire of Pregnant Mother

"What did you say? King Alec and Princess Viviane's marriage hastened? And they're having a grand wedding in the Liam Kingdom?" Duke Ramon hardened his jaw with both hands firmly clenched.

"Yes, Sir. But the feast was reserved exclusively for the Liam nobles only and with very strict guard. We had trouble sneaking in there because King Alec's shadow warriors were everywhere." Answer Dean.

Duke Ramon was wasting his breath rough. "Don't let this news spread to my sister's ears."

"There's nothing to hide anymore, brother. I've heard it all." Queen Roseline's words shocked Duke Ramon and Dean.

Queen Roseline is standing at the door with Marie.

"Alice. Since when have you been there?" Ask Duke Ramon.

"Since Dean arrived and told him about King Alec's marriage to Princess Viviane." Answer Queen Roseline.

"Are you okay?" Duke Ramon was very worried about his brother.

Queen Roseline smiled. "Sister need not worry. I don't care about that guy anymore."

Duke Ramon smiled happily.

"Why did you come here? Ah, I know you must want to make sure I catch a deer for you?" Ask Duke Ramon.

Queen Roseline smiled. His face looks very enthusiastic.

"You don't have to worry, my men are slaughtering him right now and the waiter will cook it specially for you." Duke Ramon.

The eyes of Queen Roseline sparkled imagining delicious venison. His saliva almost dripped. He could not wait to eat it as his dinner.

"Thank you, my dear brother. Brother is the best in the world." Queen Roseline hugged her sister.

Queen Roseline has unusual cravings. One day he craved fruits, vegetables and did not want to eat meat at all. Just smelling the smell of meat makes him dizzy and nauseous. And the next day the opposite, Queen Roseline was very eager to eat meat and did not want fruit or vegetables. The same thing happened in the following days in turn.

Today Queen Roseline is eager to eat venison. Duke Ramon happily goes into the woods to hunt a deer with Felix, despite the snow falling with his thickness. When the venison meal was cooked, Queen Roseline immediately ate it greedily without feeling the slightest nausea.

"Chew your food before you speak. Look at your lips until they're like this." Said Duke Ramon while gently cleaning the lips of Queen Roseline.

Duke Sullivan and Mr. Ronaf chuckled at him.

"Good night everyone." Said Arabella who entered with her lesion face.

"Are you sick, Ara?" Ask Queen Roseline.

"Just get the flu, brother." Answer Arabella.

Queen Roseline felt sorry to see Arabella's nose blushing. "Have you taken any drugs?"

"Uncle Ronaf gave me the medicine earlier. And I'll drink it again after eating." Said Arabella while forcing her smile.

"Then eat. After taking the medicine and get back to rest." Duke Ramon's words were answered with a nod of the head by Arabella.

"Have you just cleaned up the guest pavilion, Ronaf?" Ask Duke Sullivan.

"Yes, Duke. There would be some people from far away who wanted to stop by this village and they were about to rent that guest pavilion. So I cleaned it with the waiters." Answer Mr. Ronaf.

"The view of Sherya village is indeed very beautiful. Although it was enveloped by snow did not take away its beauty." Duke Sullivan. "When will they get here?"

"Tomorrow. Since it's still snowing heavily, I even heard there's going to be a blizzard tonight. And it's possible that the person who's about to rent the pavilion will arrive by night." Answer Mr. Ronaf.

Queen Roseline finally gave up, and could not eat her food anymore.

"I'm so full." Said Queen Roseline while holding her stomach.

"Of course you're full, my sister. A few pieces of meat you have eaten with greed. You better go back to the room and rest. Felix will bring you some firewood to keep the fireplace in your room lit, as well as a fireplace in Arabella's room." Said Duke Ramon.

"You don't have to worry, my dear daughter. We won't touch your flesh at all. We'll eat the other meat." Duke Sullivan.

"No, Dad. You can eat it. I just asked him a little bit for me to eat if I felt hungry again later. After all, tomorrow I definitely can't eat it anymore. It's a pity if it's not eaten." Queen Roseline's.

Duke Ramon took a few slices of venison and placed them on a plate. "Marie, take it and keep it in Alice's room."

"I'm done eating, too, and I'm going back to my room. Good night everyone." Said Arabella who left the dining room.

"What's the latest on Ramon?" Ask Duke Sullivan.

"Today King Alec is married to Princess Viviane of the Kingdom of Liam. Their wedding day is set, Dad." Answer Duke Ramon.

Duke Sullivan and Mr. Ronaf were shocked.

"Did Alice know?"

Duke Ramon nodded. "Alice said that she no longer cared about King Alec. But from the look of his eyes could not be denied if his heart was in pain at this time. He's trying to keep looking tough and happy in front of us."

"Whatever happens, we should always give her support. The mental and emotional condition of the mother can affect the health condition of the fetus in the womb." Said Mr. Ronaf.

"You're right, Ronaf. We have to make Alice always happy and enjoy her pregnancy." Duke Sullivan's.

"Is Miss okay?" Marie asks who broke Queen Roseline's daydream.

"I'm fine, Marie. You don't have to worry. You better go back to your room and rest. I'll sleep in a minute too." Answer Queen Roseline.

"Is Miss sure? I can sleep here to accompany Miss."

"I'll be fine, Marie. Believe this. If I need you, I'll call you." Queen Roseline's words were reassuring.

"Alright, Miss. If you need anything, just knock on the wall next to this bed. I'll definitely be here soon." Marie.

Queen Roseline nodded. Marie came out of the room and Queen Roseline was alone.

"Mommy promised me, Mommy make sure you'll always live happily without any flaws even if you don't get your Daddy's affection." Queen Roseline (Alice) rubs her stomach.

Queen Roseline climbed onto the bed and closed her eyes. Pregnancy makes her body often feel tired.
