Chapters 87. Prince Leon

"Where do you know the truth about me, witch Nigel?" Ask Queen Roseline.

"On the night of Queen Roseline's death and Miss's arrival to this world has been greeted with a red full moon. It's a sign that destiny has changed and is not in line with our predictions. "You've met me now, haven't you? What is your real purpose, witch Nigel?" Ask Queen Roseline.

"My goal here is to protect and ensure the future prince is born safely." Nigel answered while touching Queen Roseline's distended stomach.

"Prince said?" Exclaimed Queen Roseline while rounding her eyes.

"True Queen. The baby who is the Queen of birth is currently a prince." Answer Nigel.

"How can we trust your words?" Ask King Alec.

Nigel smile. "Baginda can prove for himself whether the servant's speech is true, when this baby has been born."

"If you were indeed trying to protect our baby, why would you help those noble princesses to harm the Queen and the baby in her womb?" The King of Alec.

"For servants can show their evil before His Majesty." Answer Nigel.

"So you deliberately disguised yourself as a medic to expose their rot. So that His Majesty can give punishment to them. And you also know that His Majesty will carry out mass executions." Queen Roseline.

"Queen's right. That way, anyone who intends to harm the Queen and the future prince should think a thousand times." Nigel Sahut.

"I know the story of the Kingdom of Loh. King Howard, the king of the Loh Kingdom has lost his wife to the sorcery of a black witch. King Howard vented his anger at all the witches in his kingdom and slaughtered them mercilessly."

"My father helped several groups of witches who survived the massacre and made a new home that King Howard and his army would never find." King Alec.

"And you're one of those witches." Added.

Nigel nodded.

"Nigels. I want to ask you. You're a witch and a fortune teller, aren't you?" Said Queen Roseline.

"Yes, Queen." Answer Nigel.

"I want to ask, am I going to stay in this world forever? Or am I going back to my world?" Ask Queen Roseline.

King Alec was shocked. "Do you want to go back to your world, Alice?"

Queen Roseline was silent.

"Hamba apologizes to the Queen. The servant cannot see or foresee the Queen's destiny. Only God knows. The servant can only say that everything in this world will return to where he came from." Answer Nigel.

King Alec holds the hand of Queen Roseline.

After their conversation was over, King Alec released Nigel from custody. Nigel asks King Alec to be allowed to live around the palace and disguise himself as a commoner in order to more easily protect the Queen and her womb. And King Alec granted it.

"What's up, baby? What's making you so upset?" King Alec asked as he hugged Queen Roseline as the two had already returned to the room.

King Alec realizes the change in attitude of Queen Roseline who becomes quiet. Queen Roseline hugged King Alec very tightly. "I'm afraid that someday I'll have to part with you and our children."

A thread of tears dripped from his eye patch. King Alec broke their arms and his hands covered the face of Queen Roseline. He gently wiped away the traces of Queen Roseline's tears.

"We're not going to part, Alice." King Alec said softly.

"But we are from a different world." Queen Roseline's voice sobbing.

"I knew. And you should know Alice I love you, love you so much no matter what world you come from." Said King Alec softly.

"If the Lord has ordained us to part ways I promise you Alice, I will look for you to the ends of the world though and I will make sure I find you. Whether it's in your world, or anywhere else I'm sure we'll be together again." Added.

"How can you be so sure?" Ask Queen Roseline.

King Alec put one hand of Queen Roseline to his left chest. "Because my heart will only beat so hard when it's near you. Only you can make my heart feel the pounding of love, Alice."

Queen Roseline smiled happily looking at the loving gaze in King Alec's eyes. "I will always remember your promise, King Alec."

"You have to put it inside your smart brain, my dear Alice." King Alec.

The two embraced again and their two lips intertwined with each other.

One week later, King Alec with Prince Cello and Princess Celine accompanied Queen Roseline on a walk around the park. They enjoy the beauty of colorful roses that begin to bloom.

"Honey, if it's true that our third son is a prince, I'd like to name him Leonardo." Queen Roseline said as they rested under the cherry tree.

"Leonardo?" King Alec shouted while scrunching his forehead.

Queen Roseline nodded. "Yes, Leonardo. I'll call him Leon, which means lion. I'm sure that later with Princess Celine, he'll be a strong and powerful man when accompanying his older brother Prince Cello to the throne."

King Alec smiled. "If that's what you want, how can I refuse it, my love."

Queen Roseline's heart melted instantly and her face blushed in embarrassment.

"Why are Mommy's cheeks flushed? Is Mommy sick?" Prince Cello was worried.

"No Cello baby, Mommy's not sick. Maybe because the sun's starting to get hot." Queen Roseline replied with a gentle smile to her son.

"Cello, Celine. Daddy wants to ask you both something."

"If this baby brother in Mommy's stomach is a boy, would you agree that we'd call him Leon?" Ask King Alec.

"Again Daddy." Answer Prince Cello and Princess Celine compact.

"What a compact you guys. You guys seem to like that name too?" Said Queen Roseline while chuckling.

"Yes Mommy. Because our baby sister will be the most beautiful baby in this kingdom. Isn't that right, Brother Cello?" Princess Celine.

Prince Cello nodded. "Celine's right Mommy, Daddy. We already know if our sister's a boy."

King Alec and Queen Roseline round their eyes. "How did you know?"

Prince Cello and Princess Celine shrugged both of their shoulders.

"We know anyway." Answer the two that increasingly makes King Alec and Queen Roseline curious.

King Alec and Queen Roseline tickle Prince Cello and Princess Celine in a fit of anxiety.

"Hello, my handsome brother, Prince Leon." Call Princess Celine while stroking the Queen's belly.

Dukes... (The baby inside the belly of Queen Roseline immediately kicked and shocked everyone)

"Bright... Looky. Looks like your brother is happy to be called Leon." Queen Roseline said with a happy face.

"Prince Leon, my strong and great brother." Said Prince Cello did not want to lose and of course immediately made his baby brother kick back.

Prince Cello and Princess Celine were delighted. King Alec and Queen Roseline smiled happily at the closeness of their children. Every time they called Prince Leon, the baby kicked harder. Suddenly Queen Roseline's stomach felt cramping and pain.

"Aargh!" The screech.

"Queen!"

"Mommy!"

"It looks like our Prince Leon is about to be born, baby." Said Queen Roseline to King Alec while holding her stomach.

"Marie! Quickly call physician Fey and the palace doctor. The queen will soon give birth." Shouted King Alec.

King Alec immediately carried Queen Roseline back to the Queen's palace. Prince Cello and Princess Celine followed him from behind.

"Hold on baby, Fey's doctor will be here soon." Said King Alec while gently rubbing the head of Queen Roseline.

"Good Leon's sister, don't make Mommy we're in pain. Brother Celine please." Princess Celine said as she sobbed.

Prince Cello and Princess Celine sit next to Queen Roseline.

"Celine darling. Mommy's okay. Leon's sister didn't make Mommy in any pain at all. You don't need to worry, soon your beloved sister will be born." Queen Roseline smiled trying to appease her two twins.

Physician Fey arrives with the palace doctor and the nurses. Marie immediately brought out Prince Cello and Princess Celine from Queen Roseline's room.

"Her Majesty the Queen has opened five, Sire. Soon the Queen will give birth." Report Physician Fey.

The contractions that Queen Roseline feels are getting more frequent and more painful. King Alec faithfully accompanied and kept trying to calm him down. Queen Roseline contracts from day to night.

"Let Her Majesty the Queen spell it out even more." Speak to Physician Fey when helping the delivery of Queen Roseline.

Queen Roseline let out her entire calm to push. But the baby is not out yet. Queen Roseline regulated her breathing before straining back.

Outside the palace, the people of Cardania were struck with a rare phenomenon in which a full moon appeared perfectly round and shone with great light.

"Welcome Prince Leon." Nigel murmured while looking up at the sky and smiling.

"Oek... Oh.co..."

Finally there was the sound of a very loud baby cry. King Alec can't hold back his tears anymore. King Alec expressed his gratitude to God.

"Our son has been born dear. Thank you for all your sacrifices. I love you, Alice." King Alec kissed Queen Roseline.
