Chapter 59. Stupid Woman

"Baginda!"

Queen Cetta shouted as she ran towards her husband. She lifted her dress to make it easier to use for running.

"Queen." King Abraham reached out his hand as Queen Cetta arrived right in front of him.

"Don't run like that, you can fall Queen."

"Baginda. Is our kingdom really under attack?" Queen Cetta asked in a panic.

King Abraham took a slow breath and touched Queen Cetta's shoulder.

"The Queen need not be afraid and anxious. I make sure they won't be able to touch our kingdom one bit. I'll go to war with King Alec."

"Sheel." Queen Cetta began to tear up.

"Pray for my safety and that of our soldiers. For a while, stay at the Queen Mother's palace. It's much safer there for you. And as long as I'm not here, take good care of our child-to-be, Queen." King Abraham rubbed the flat belly of Queen Cetta.

King Abraham kissed Queen Cetta's forehead gently.

"So you're going to the battlefield now?" Lady Xena appeared suddenly.

Lady Xena soon meets King Abraham when she hears of the impending war.

"Who leads the army of the Kingdom of Cardania, Brother?"

"King Alec himself with General Azel."

"That means General Azel will be in the front row." Said Lady Xena.

"Of course."

When all was ready, King Abraham said goodbye to his wife and family shortly before going to war.

"Where is Lady Xena? Why haven't I seen him since?" Queen Cetta asked Lady Xena's personal servant.

"N-Miss is in the room, Your Majesty. Miss is not well."

"really? I saw she was okay. I'm going to his room to confirm his condition. And you, call the doctor immediately." Said Queen Cetta.

"No-no need, Your Honor. Miss is sleeping after taking the medicine. The Queen's better come to visit when Miss is awake." Prevent that waitress.

"Why does your attitude look suspicious? Are you hiding something?" Read Queen Cetta while giving a sharp look.

The waiter looked increasingly nervous and frightened.

Queen Cetta narrowed her eyes. "Say where is Lady Xena now?"

"Miss is in the entourage of His Majesty towards the battlefield."

"What did you say? Why did you let him go?" Jerk Queen Cetta.

"Hamba has tried to forbid, Your Majesty. However, Miss threatened to kill herself if the servant forbade her to see General Azel." The servant's light.

Queen Cetta was sitting down. The servants immediately helped him to stand up.

"What have you done, Xena? Why would you risk your own life?" Queen Cetta said in tears.

Lady Xena sneaked into the freight train, as the soldiers were busy running here and there. Lady Xena opened the door a little to peek at the situation outside.

"It looks like we've gone far away from the palace. I'm sorry brother and sister-in-law, this time I didn't obey your words. This may sound stupid, but I really want to see General Azel. I'm afraid that after this, I won't be able to see her again." Lirih Lady Xena's.

The entourage of King Abraham had arrived and was soon joined by the soldiers of Cardania. But before, the Sun Kingdom soldiers who were at the very front of the line got the remaining protective clothing.

The spies came and reported that the soldiers from the Gorzan and Liam Kingdoms had arrived. The two armies stood facing each other. All the weapons were in the hands of the soldiers.

The Cardania and Sun warriors were divided into several groups under the leadership of King Alec, King Abraham, Marquess Filan, Marquess Andry and General Azel, as well as General Philippe of the Sun Kingdom. A general from the Kingdom of Gorzan approached King Alec's troops while riding his horse.

"Include me, I am General Hugo, the great general of the Kingdom of Gorzan. There is a message from His Majesty King Aramos to the King of Cardania and the Kingdom of Sun." His shouting.

"What is the message from your king?" Ask King Alec.

"Please! How dare you humiliate our King!" Jerk General Azel while brandishing his sword.

"Tell your king, we will not kneel before him. And let's fight to the death." Said King Alec with his cold gaze.

The general of the Gorzan kingdom immediately returned to report. The trumpet has been rung as no war has begun. The Gorzan army launched an attack on thousands of their arrows, but were repelled by Cardania's forces who made their shields as protectors. Some of the arrows had hit Cardania's forces, but they did not hurt much because they were protected by protective armor.

The two great armies advanced and drew each other's weapons. Instantly King Alec turned into a bloodthirsty monster. King Alec killed his enemies mercilessly, as did General Azel and King Abraham. The same was done by King Aramos and King Henry. Many necks were slashed by the King of Aramos with his sword.

General Azel was directly confronted by General Hugo. There was a fierce fight between the two. Their two swords swung at each other and attempted to injure his opponent. General Hugo scooped up the sand as he fell and threw it in General Azel's face.

"Basic loser! You want to cheat." Jerk General Azel while rubbing his eyes.

General Hugo laughed. "Anything can be done to win. Now you're dead."

General Hugo drew his sword towards General Azel, suddenly a soldier repelled his attack.

"Less a**r! How dare you get in my way. Get the fuck out of you, before I slash your head." Shouted General Hugo.

"I'll never let you hurt General Azel." Shouted the short-bodied and skinny warrior with slightly trembling hands.

General Azel who had cleared his eyes was shocked to hear the soldier's words. General Hugo was furious and instantly swung his sword to slash the soldier's neck.

And prang!!!

General Azel's sword hit him so hard that General Hugo's sword came loose and fell to the ground. General Azel kicked General Hugo hard in the stomach, then beat him to the ground.

"What are you doing here, Lady Xena?" Ask General Azel.

"I-i... I'm..." Lady Xena replied stammeringly out of fear.

"Sad. All women are the same, always troublesome, especially you are the most troublesome. You stupid fool." General Azel's ejek with an annoyed face.

"I am a fool, General Azel." Lady Xena said with trembling lips.

"It's good that you're aware. You better get out of here. This is no place for a spoiled woman like you." General Azel turned and walked away from Lady Xena.

"I'm a fool because I've fallen in love with you, General Azel."

General Azel stopped his steps and turned around again.

"And so foolish was I who was terrified when I heard you go to war. How foolish it is that I am willing to lose my life just to be able to see you, as if it were for the last time." Shaking the lips of Lady Xena accompanied by a tear that began to drip.

"W-what did you just say?" General Azel could not believe what he had just heard.

General Azel walked over to Lady Xena. Lady Xena widened her eyes when she saw General Hugo had stood back up with an arrow pointed at General Azel's body.

"General Azel." Shouts Lady Xena.

Lady Xena immediately ran and hugged General Azel's body, then twisted it so that the arrow stuck right on his back. General Azel was surprised and immediately swung his sword firmly and stuck it in General Hugo's stomach. General Hugo fell on the ground and died instantly.

"Lady Xena hold on. I'll take you to the treatment hall." Said General Azel while restraining Lady Xena's collapsed body.

Anxious rails covered General Azel's face.

"I'm glad you survived, General. Promise me you must survive and not die on this battlefield. I don't regret loving you." Lady Xena with her mouth spitting out fresh blood.

"Don't talk first, your energy can be drained later." Said General Azel.

Lady Xena smiled and slowly closed her eyes, making General Azel even more panicked.

"Hey, open your eyes. You can't sleep. Please hold on." Shouted General Azel as he patted Lady Xena's cheek gently.

General Azel carried Lady Xena's body and led her to the medical hall.

While on the battlefield King Alec and King Abraham smiled to see the army of King Aramos and King Henry are diminishing. But the smile on their lips evaporated when suddenly thousands of troops appeared from behind the horse of the King of Aramos.

"It's impossible." Pekik King Alec.

King Aramos grinned at the shock on the faces of his enemies.
