Dave's forehead looked wrinkled. "Are you sure you don't know him? Do you remember again?"
Jeslyn looked to the upper right. He seemed to be trying to remember something. "I don't know him, Dave" replied Jeslyn confidently. "What's wrong?"
"Have you been to the Middle East 4 years ago?" Dave looked at Jeslyn's facial expression. He wanted to know if Jeslyn would be honest with him or vice versa.
"Earlier. I went to one of the conflict countries to volunteer there," Jeslyn replied honestly, "why, Dave?"
Jeslyn, of course, wondered why Dave suddenly discussed the issue of his visit 4 years ago to the Middle Eastern state.
"When you were there, did you ever help a man?" ask Dave with a serious face.
Jeslyn chuckled. "of course. I went there to help a lot of people, not just men, but women and children as well. Many casualties were caused by the prolonged conflict there." Jeslyn felt Dave's question was a silly one.
"I mean, have you ever helped a man who was in an accident named Glen Sebastian Tanujaya?"
Jeslyn seemed to be trying to think. He tried to remember what happened a few years ago. "Glen..? Glen Tanujaya Compound?" jeslyn muttered as she continued to think.
"Ohh yeah, that's Glen. I just remembered. Right, I did help Glen once," Jeslyn said with a smile. A second later Jeslyn stared in surprise at Dave, "but how did you know about Glen?"
Seeing Jeslyn smile when talking about Glen, made Dave's mood worse. "He's my friend" Dave replied briefly with a flat face.
"really?" ask Jeslyn to make sure.
"Yes, and he's looking for you right now." Dave started to show a flat face.
"I? Why is he looking for me?" asked Jeslyn in surprise. He felt he had nothing to do with Glen.
"Because you made her fall in love with you. He's been looking for you for a long time, but he never managed to find you. She's even single until now because she intends to marry you" Dave said with a calm face. Dave tried hard to suppress the emotional turmoil and jealousy that was on his chest.
"Haaa?" Jeslyn's eyes were instantly rounded. "We've only ever chatted once, Dave. We're not close. How could he have such intentions?"
Jeslyn still did not understand how her brief encounter with Glen made Glen fall for her, let alone still looking for her to date to marry him.
"She likes you because of the kindness of your heart Jes. You saved her life and even took care of her until she realized. It made her fall for you."
According to Jeslyn helping people is his duty. It was a common thing that he had done so often. After all, nothing special happened to him and Glen back then.
"So, you're acting weird and avoiding me today because of Glen's problem?" jeslyn asked with a probing look.
"I just want to calm myself down" replied Dave quietly. "I'm afraid I'll hear things I don't want from your mouth" Dave said honestly.
Jeslyn sighed. "When did you find out about this?"
"It's just today." Dave looked into his wife's eyes. "Jes, answer me honestly? Have you ever liked it?"
Jeslyn frowned instantly for a moment. "Of course not. Didn't I ever tell you I only loved you, Dave," Jeslyn said.
"Are you sure you don't have any feelings for her?" Dave just wants to make sure Jeslyn's feelings are real.
"If for example I had loved Glen? What are you gonna do?" Actually, Jeslyn just wanted to know, what was on her husband's mind right now.
Dave seemed silent for a moment after hearing his wife's question. "I don't know. I can't think right now" Dave replied in a soft voice.
"I've helped a lot of Dave's people, including handsome guys like Glen. I've met a lot of guys during my time as a doctor. I don't fall for someone easily. Helping people is my job and my duty, Dave," Jeslyn said.
Dave began to digest Jeslyn's words. The answer from his wife slightly relieved his heart. At least Jeslyn didn't have any feelings for her best friend. Just how, he told Glen later.
Dave just doesn't want the friendships he forged from those little ones to be ruined over fighting over women. Especially when seeing how determined Glen was to find his wife.
"Didn't you trust me?" asked Jeslyn again when he saw Dave was silent.
Dave smiled forcefully as he stroked his wife's head. "Sleep. We'll talk again tomorrow."
Jeslyn stretched out both of her hands. Dave then approached Jeslyn and hugged her. "I never loved him, Dave. I just love you."
Jeslyn let go of his embrace and looked at Dave. "You should always remember. If I only loved you, Dave. Forever you're in my heart."
Jeslyn then grabbed Dave's face and grabbed him by the lip. Dave seemed silent for a moment then slowly replied to his wife's message. That night, Jeslyn took the initiative more than usual.
Dave only accepts Jeslyn's treatment because his heart is still overwhelmed by anxiety and Jeslyn is just trying to prove her love for her husband and eliminate her husband's anxiety.

Jeslyn felt his body ache. Of course because last night she started their romance first. He tried to be more active than usual, although in the end Dave who again dominated and mastered it.
Jeslyn deliberately let her husband do for a long time until finally Dave fell over his body when the morning was approaching.
They just finished at 4 a.m. Dave's uneasy feelings slowly dissipated after they were done with their activities. Dave fell asleep tightly hugging Jeslyn's body as if afraid of being abandoned.
This morning, Jeslyn woke up first and saw her husband still asleep. Jeslyn looked down and kissed her husband's cheeks and lips. After that he went to the bathroom to wash his body.
Jeslyn was planning to cook something for her husband's breakfast. After finishing the bath, Jeslyn rushed towards the kitchen. Time has shown at 7 am.
Actually Dave will be late, if he doesn't wake her up at the moment, but seeing Dave who seems still sound asleep, makes him not have the heart to wake her up, he said, so she decided to wake her husband up after he finished making breakfast.
"There is no Bi. I just want to cook for Dave. Aunty just continue with the other Aunt's work" Jeslyn replied with a smile.
"Okay, Madam." Bi Sarti also started with cleaning activities.
Jeslyn started to open the refrigerator and took out the groceries she was going to process. Deftly Jeslyn began to wash, cut and concoct seasonings. She plans to make Singapore fried rice and chicken porridge for her husband's breakfast.
Dave was not used to eating breakfast with heavy meals. Jeslyn thought last night Dave must have not had dinner, so he wanted to cook 2 types of food.
Dave used to have only breakfast bread and a cup of coffee, but behind this Jeslyn started replacing coffee with a glass of warm milk. Jeslyn forbade Dave from drinking coffee too often.
"Tin... Kegs." The bell of his house rang. Bi Sarti who was cleaning up immediately rushed forward to open the door.
Not long after that someone walked towards the kitchen. "Jes, what are you doing, baby?" ask her mother-in-law gently.
Jeslyn immediately turned his head when he heard her mother-in-law's voice. "By cooking, Ma," Jeslyn replied gently with a smile.
Jeslyn washed her hands and walked over to her mother-in-law. "This is Mama's bringing you something." Dave's mother thrusts a shopping bag at her son-in-law.
Jeslyn accepted. "Is this Ma?" asked Jeslyn while looking into the contents of the shopping bag.
"That's a herbal medicine for you to increase fertility and for you to get pregnant quickly" replied Dave's mother.
"Thank you, Ma."
Jeslyn placed the shopping bag on the table. Jeslyn was pleased with her mother-in-law's attention. Actually, he had also taken vitamins for himself, but seeing the sincerity of his mother-in-law made Jeslyn feel happy.
"Mama has breakfast?"
"Already at home. Just continue with your work. Mama wait here." Dave's mother then sat down at the elongated table that was in the kitchen.
Jeslyn took a cup and made a warm tea for her mother-in-law. "Drink, Ma."
"Thank you dear" said Mother Dave, drinking tea made by her son-in-law.
"Wait for Ma, Jeslyn's cooking will be finished soon" Jeslyn said softly. Jeslyn continued her delayed cooking.
"Yes, just relax," replied Dave's mother as she circulated her gaze. "Did Dave go to work?"
Jeslyn looked over for a moment. "Yet Ma. Dave's still sleeping."
Dave's mother seemed to be frowning. "Still asleep?"
"Yes, Ma. Jesyn couldn't bear to wake him up because Dave looked so tired. Dave is also sleep deprived, Ma," explains Jeslyn again.
"Have you guys stayed up late to make me a grandchild?"
As soon as Jeslyn's face blushed red, she heard her mother-in-law's frontal question. Jeslyn looked puzzled as to how to answer it.
"Jes, you don't have to be ashamed. Mama was also young, so she felt like you, once" Dave's mother continued when she saw the embarrassed face of her daughter-in-law.
Jeslyn pretended to be busy stirring her cooking even though she was trying to poke her blushing face. "Is Dave always that tired?"
"I mean Mama?" jeslyn asked without looking at her mother-in-law. Her mother-in-law's words were ambiguous to her.
"Mama mean, does she have this bad stamina back?" ask Dave's mom to be curious.
"Not really, Ma. Maybe because Dave's job is a lot of Ma, so make him tired," explained Jeslyn slowly.
"It seems like mom should buy him vitamins and herbs so he doesn't get tired easily. How can you quickly have a grandson, if Dave is easily tired. That's disappointing," Dave's mom's monologue.
"Jes, you just calm down. Mama will give a powerful herbal medicine to Dave so that he is durable and has good stamina. I hope you're not disappointed in him."
Jeslyn's face immediately met in red hearing her mother-in-law's words. He just did not expect that his mother-in-law would discuss about the husband and wife relationship with him without the slightest awkwardness.
"No need, Ma. Let me just give Dave some vitamins," Jeslyn refused gently.
"All right," said Dave's mother.
Dave's mother was afraid that her son-in-law would be disappointed in her son for being tired easily. He thought that his son could not survive long in a husband and wife relationship, because it would affect the harmony of his child's household. Without his mother-in-law knew, if in fact his son who often can not control himself so that makes Jeslyn often exhausted.
"No, Ma."
In his heart he murmured that he would be uprooted and exhausted if his mother-in-law properly gave the herbs to Dave.
He did not mugkin reveal the fact that his son actually has a very good stamina to sometimes not get tired.
"Ma, how about we chat in the living room," Jeslyn asked as she prepared some snacks for her mother-in-law.
"All right."
