Dave slowly opened the rear car door, after which he grabbed onto Alea's body which seemed to have fallen asleep in Jeslyn's lap. "Be careful Dave" said Jeslyn, holding Alea's head from being bumped.

"Yeah dear." Jeslyn closes the car door that Dave opened and gets out of the car.

"Let's go, baby" asked Dave when he managed to justify the position of Alea who was in his arms.

Jeslyn nods and grabs Dave's steps from behind entering their house. They took the elevator to the second floor. As she exits the elevator, Jeslyn walks ahead of Dave to open the door to their room.

"Thank you, dear" said Dave as his wife opened the door wide.

"Just put it here" pointed to Jeslyn.

Dave placed Alea's body carefully so she wouldn't wake up. Jeslyn grabbed the bolster and placed it on the edge of the bed as a barrier so that Alea would not fall from the tidut spot. Why did Jeslyn ask Dave to put Alea on the sidelines instead of the middle. It was because it had become a habit of Jeslyn during pregnancy when sleeping had to hug her husband.

"Darling, I'll take a shower first" Dave said before he walked into the bathroom.

"Yeah." Yeah." Jeslyn enters the walk in closet to prepare clothes for her husband and herself.

While waiting for her husband to finish taking a bath, Jeslyn sat on the edge of the bed to check the contents of her phone. Jeslyn turned to Dave's phone when she heard his phone ringing.

Jeslyn walks near the bathroom when Dave's phone non-stop goes off. She was afraid that Alea would wake up because her husband's cell phone kept ringing. Jeslyn knocked on the bathroom door quietly.

"Dave somebody called you, it might be important." There is no answer from within. "Dave called someone." Jeslyn raised her voice slightly so that Dave could hear her.

"Just say, honey." Sounds from inside the bathroom.

"All right."

Jeslyn grabs Dave's phone on the nightstand that Dave had placed after laying Alea's body on the bed. Before picking up the phone, Jeslyn first saw the name on her husband's phone screen. He hesitated when he picked up the phone.

"Hello" replied Jeslyn.

A conversation ensues between Jeslyn and the caller. Jeslyn ended quickly for fear of disturbing Alea's sleep.

"Darling, please get me a towel and clothes" cried Dave from the bathroom.

He forgot to bring a towel because he went straight into the bathroom.

"Wait a minute." Jeslyn puts down Dave's phone and grabs a clean towel and clothes for her husband.

"Dave, here's the towel and the clothes" Jeslyn said, knocking on the bathroom door.

Jeslyn stuck out her right hand that was already holding her husband's towel and clothes when the bathroom door opened. "Here, Dave."

Jeslyn is shocked when her hand is pulled by Dave so that her body also goes into the bathroom. The door was closed tightly again. Jeslyn is stuck inside and it looks like she'll be out with Dave later.

Silently, only the sound of water gurgling could be heard from within. Slow sea slurping-inspired sound in the bathroom. A voice that makes anyone who hears it will know what they are doing inside.

An hour later, the new bathroom door opened. Dave was already dressed in full clothes while holding Jeslyn who had been wrapped in a towel towards the bed. Dave dropped Jeslyn down carefully.

"Wait here. I'll get you a shirt." After saying that, Dave immediately took the clothes that Jeslyn had prepared earlier, "this is dear." Dave put his shirt in front of his wife.

"Back of Dave's body, I want to get changed" Jeslyn said.

Dave smiled meaningfully. "Why are you still ashamed, baby? When you were inside, you didn't seem to feel ashamed at all" Dave said with a mischievous smile. "After all, what do you want to hide from me? I've memorized every inch of your body, honey."

Jeslyn glared at her husband "Dave, hurry," cried Jeslyn with a reddened face.

Dave chuckled at the pouting face of his wife. "Yes, honey." Dave finally flipped his body.

"Is it done?" Just now that Jeslyn was wearing her arms, Dave had asked Jeslyn so much that it made Jeslyn upset.

"Davee, don't turn your back before I tell you to" Jeslyn said.

Dave simply responded to his wife's words with a nod. "It's over." Jeslyn walks past Dave to put his wet towel inside the bathroom.

"Who's calling, honey?" ask Dave when he's lying in bed. He was lazy to check his phone so chose to ask his wife.

Jeslyn got into bed and laid her body in the middle between Dave and Alea. "Glen called."

Heard the name Glen called. Dave tilted his body to Jeslyn. "What is he talking about? What are you guys obrolling? Is he teasing you? How long have you been talking?" cecar Dave with an emotional face.

"When?"

"Two more days," replied Jeslyn quickly

"Didn't he say he wanted to go home the day after tomorrow?" ask Dave with a surprised face. Actually Glen invited them to meet tomorrow, but it didn't.

"He didn't come home, he said he would wait for Stella's wedding to be over" Jeslyn said.

Because Dave, Stella and Glen know each other, of course, Stella also invited Glen to her wedding.

"That's just the reason to meet you" Dave said with a suspicious face.

Jeslyn chuckles. "You're still jealous of Glen? Not with Dion anymore?" tease Jeslyn with a stifled smile.

Dave squeezed his wife's nose. "Not just with them, now one more person is Ricky," said Dave with a face of dislike. "Why didn't you ever tell me about Ricky?"

Jeslyn sighed before answering her husband's question. Jeslyn immediately cursed Dion in his heart, because Diob who revealed the problem of Ricky's proposal, Dave became more vigilant against him.

"It's been a long time since Dave. I don't want to talk about a long-standing problem."

"But at least you told me baby so I know."

So you're gonna watch out for him, right? Dion, who is just my friend, can always be the subject of our quarrels, especially those who have clearly proposed to me. I think maybe we'll really get divorced by then if you find out about Ricky.

"Dave, what happened when Ricky proposed to me was when our relationship wasn't good. You didn't seem to care about me at the time either. I don't want to add to the problem if you find out. When he proposed to me, I refused and said I was married. I thought the matter would be resolved if I had already rejected her proposal," Jeslyn explained at length.

"Does he still call or see you after you rejected his proposal?" Dave looked very serious when he asked Jeslyn.

"Yes first. He couldn't believe I was married. He used to come to the hospital to see me. Even Dion and Ricky had a fight. Dion was always watching me when Ricky came to see me."

"After our relationship has improved, have you ever met her?"

Jeslyn was hesitant to answer her husband's questions. "Tell me the truth, honey. I don't like you lying."

"Yes, ever. He came to me and asked if it was true that I married you."

At that time, Jeslyn was surprised from where Ricky knew that he was married to Dave, whereas, he never told Ricky what his husband's name was.

"So he's investigating you?" guess Dave.

Jeslyn nodded. "Yes, he wants to make sure I'm right or not."

Dave turned the corner of his lips upwards. "It's only fitting that every time I see him, he doesn't seem to like me."

Dave realized that now. Dave used to feel something strange from Ricky's gaze on him. Although they do not know each other but they often meet at every major event and gathering of entrepreneurs.

"When did he propose to you?" ask Dave curious.

"Five months before you married Felicia" replied Jeslyn.

"So after he proposed to you, he still kept coming at you?"

"Yeah" Jeslyn answered briefly.

Dave seemed to be thinking. "Is that why you suddenly wanted to divorce me first? Is Ricky the person you mean who can love you sincerely?" guess Dave with a serious face.

Dave recalled the moment Jeslyn asked him for a divorce. Jeslyn, who had always refused to divorce him, suddenly wanted to divorce him, of course, making Dave surprised, especially when he heard Jeslyn saying that he wanted to live with a man who loved him too. Of course it makes Dave inflamed and angry.

Jeslyn bit her lower lip. "No, at that time I thought our relationship could not be maintained anymore. You never loved me one bit. I can no longer expect love from you. I was thinking about letting you go and choosing to start a new life, but Ricky's not the reason I asked for a divorce from you. It was just the time that coincided when he proposed to me" Jeslyn explained.

"So in other words, if I hadn't held you back and refused to divorce you, maybe you'd have married Ricky by now and lived happily with him? As Dion said, maybe you're Ricky's mistress by now" Dave said with emphasis.

Jeslyn immediately hugged her husband because she knew that Dave's mood was bad at the moment. "Dave, if I loved her, I would have accepted her proposal right then and there, but not because I just love you" Jeslyn said.

"Then why did you ask Dion to keep it a secret from me?"
