Jeslyn decided to close her eyes, drowsiness started attacking her. The warmth of Dave's body made him feel comfortable and at ease. He had hugged his wife for too long.

Dave slowly tried to let go of his embrace. Very carefully he raised Jeslyn's hand. At the same time Jeslyn changed her sleeping position to face Dave and hugged his body.

Dave's body stiffened. He tried to look down to see Jeslyn's face. She was afraid that Jeslyn would get angry with her again if she found out she had trespassed into her room and hugged her secretly.

He saw that Jeslyn was still asleep. He immediately let out a long breath. His heart is beating fast. He was like a thief who was almost caught red-handed.

Dave tried to let go of his wife's embrace. Slowly he raised the hand of Jeslyn coiling on his body. While successfully raising Jeslyn's hand, Dave plans to get out of bed unexpectedly Jeslyn hugs Dave's body again. This time it was precisely Jeslyn burrowing her face into the chest of her field.

Dave decided to let it go. She did not want to disturb Jeslyn's sleep by getting rid of her hands. Dave then wrapped his hand around his wife's body. He looked at Jeslyn's face for a moment then peeked at her forehead and the tip of her head. Dave still misses his wife.

“Jeslyn, can you really forgive me this time? Am I being too selfish for keeping you by my side?” dave muttered in his heart.

Dave looked straight ahead. He was thinking, what steps will be taken before Jeslyn diggat divorce himself. Should he keep Jeslyn at risk of being hated by Jeslyn or choose to let go of Jeslyn so he can live happily.

Dave is at war with his mind and heart. On the one hand he did not want to let go of Jeslyn, but on the other hand he could not see Jeslyn continue to suffer if he continued to persevere with her.

Jelsyn opened her eyes slowly. He was shocked to see Dave in front of him. He immediately let go of his embrace. Dave who felt that there was movement in front of him immediately opened his eyes.

“What are you doing here?” asked Jeslyn coldly. He was angry when he saw Dave enter his room without permission.

Dave woke up from his sleep. “I'm sorry Jeslyn. I just miss you so much,” regretted Dave.

Jeslyn woke up from her sleep, then stood up. “Come out now from my room.” Jelsyn walked into the bathroom without looking at Dave.

“Do you really hate me Jeslyn?” ask Dave with a heavy voice.

Jeslyn stopped and turned to Dave. “Iyaaa. It should be when you decide to marry Felicia that I've been hugging you,” Jeslyn said in a firm voice. “I'm sorry I married you Dave,” Jeslyn said in a trembling voice.

“What is our relationship can not be repaired anymore? I can prove that it's not my son Jeslyn.”

Jeslyn's eyes were already glazed over. The words that came out of his mouth also hurt him.

Jeslyn was silent. He couldn't answer Dave's question. He was worried. He turned to look at Dave who seemed to be sitting staring at him.

"There is not the slightest bit of love left for me Jeslyn?”

Jeslyn squeezed both ends of her clothes. “No.”

Dave's chest tightened when he heard Jeslyn's words. “You are sure of what you said?” Dave wants to make sure that Jeslyn feels right again.

“So you still want to divorce me? Have you thought about it carefully?”

“Yes, I've thought about it”

“Will you live happily if I let you go?”

Jeslyn looked doubtfully perverted. “Iyaaa.”

Dave was silent, staring down for a while then turned to look at Jeslyn. “Alright if that is your decision. I'll let you go.”

Jeslyn's body immediately felt stiff. He did not expect that Dave would easily agree to their divorce. Jeslyn tried hard to hold back the tears that came out of her eyes.

“But I have a condition.”

“What?”

Dave doesn't want it if after divorcing him, Jeslyn has to work hard to survive. Although he knows his salary as a Surgeon is quite large, but Dave will not let Jesyn get nothing after they divorce.

Dave plans to give most of his assets to Jeslyn. If his mother knew Jeslyn was the one who teased him. He will definitely interfere and will try to make Jeslyn get nothing when divorced with him. It's different if he sues Jeslyn. His mother will not be able to interfere anymore.

“I don't need it. I can live with my own hard work.”

“Good. After 2 weeks you should immediately tease me.” Jeslyn has no other choice but to agree to the terms put forward by Dave.

“Alright, but for these 2 weeks, let me always be by your side. Don't refuse anything I do to you.” Dave just wants to spend more time with Jeslyn before their divorce arrives.

“Alright, but I don't want to go back to your house anymore. I'll stay here.”

Jeslyn did not want to meet Felicia. He's convinced Felicia will make fun of him until he meets her at Dave's house.

“Alright, I agree.”

“I'll be waiting for you outside. I've bought you food.” Dave walked up to Jeslyn and kissed her head and walked out of Jeslyn's room.

Jeslyn's tears flowed straight after Dave came out of his room. The household he had been maintaining, this time, was already at the tip of the horn. Count the days before the divorce came.

Jeslyn walked into the bathroom to wash her face, after which she exited the room.

“Sit.” Dave had prepared the food on the dining table.

Jeslyn was silent. He sat down with Dave. “Eat, your face is pale. Supposedly as a Doctor, you can take care of your own body.” Dave put the food in front of Jeslyn.

“You don't have to care about me,” Jeslyn said grimly

Dave put the spoon on his plate. “Don't we agree that you can't refuse anything I do for you?” Dave tried to be patient and tried to understand his wife's cold attitude.

“Eat, after that will go to the office.”

Jeslyn grabbed the spoon and spooned the food into her mouth. He doesn't want to argue with Dave anymore and decides to eat without opening his voice.

“Why eat you so little?” dave asked when he saw that Jeslyn had stopped eating.

“I'm not eating.”

“What food do you want? Let me have Zayn buy it for you?” ask Dave gently.

“I'll buy it myself.”

Dave let out a smooth breath. “For 2 days, you don't have to work first. I've asked Adnan to transfer all your work to another doctor.”

Jeslyn stared intently at Dave. “Never interfere in my work affairs from now on.”

“I just want you to rest first. After all, there was still Felicia in the hospital. I don't want you to meet him.”

“Are you done? If so, go to the office. Your mother will scold me, if she finds out you're here with me during office hours.”

Jeslyn knew very well the character of her mother-in-law, even though she was currently happy. He couldn't possibly let Jeslyn just like that let alone after Felicia slandered him.

“Alright, I go first.” Dave kissed the head of Jeslyn, “keep yourself.” Dave then steps out of Jeslyn's apartment.

He did not go straight to his office, but instead sat in his car while closing his eyes.

“Master, Mrs Jeslyn is in front of the loby of the apartment,” Zayn said when he saw Jeslyn coming out the door.

Dave immediately opened his eyes and immediately saw the figure of Jeslyn had just entered the taxi. “Follow him.”
