Jeslyn's Strange Attitude

"Darling, don't eat too much. You could get a stomachache later."

Dave clears the corner of Jeslyn's lips with his thumb. He stared in wonder at his wife when he saw Jeslyn eating Strawberry fruit and plum with a casual expression. In fact, Dave had tried it because he was curious about the taste that felt very sour.

Jeslyn nonchalantly looked at her husband. "But this is delicious, Dave. My mouth doesn't stop when I eat it."

Both fruits have been cut into small pieces and placed on a white plate. Dave asked the restaurant staff to peel and cut him.

Dave watched his wife's face beside him carefully as he swallowed his saliva. "Darling, have you come to the moon?" ask Dave carefully.

Jeslyn thought for a moment then continued chewing on the fruit that was inside his mouth. "It seems like it's a little while away because it's starting to come out, '" Jeslyn said indifferently.

"Didn't you say that yesterday too? but why haven't you come to the moon yet?" asked Dave while frowning.

"That's Dave's usual. Usually before the moon comes, spots will appear first. The time does not depend on the hormones in the body. Every woman is different. That night Jeslyn and Dave went to see Stella in her room. Besides wanting to see Alea, the two of them also wanted to talk to Stella. The plan is the day after tomorrow,

Dave and Jeslyn fly straight to the European continent for the honeymoon that Dave has designed for them both, so they want to meet Alea and Stella first.

"If you're sure of him, don't delay too long, after all, he can take care of you later from the reckless actions of your ex-husband's family" Dave said with a calm face.

Jelsyn nodded in agreement with her husband's words. "That's what Dave, Stella said. I know Dion very well, you won't regret marrying him. He is a good and responsible man. He can take good care of you and Alea."

"I'm actually just afraid to start a new home life. I'm afraid to disappoint him, too."

"She should be lucky to get you" Dave says, "you are a strong, kind-hearted, independent woman."

Jeslyn immediately glanced sharply at her husband. "I'm just Dave's one-child widow, while she's single and from a distinguished family."

"Status is not so important in my opinion. If he and his family objected to your status, there was no way they would accept you so easily. You don't be so low." Dave's expression seemed calm.

"I think there are a lot of guys out there who want you, even though you already have kids. You even look so young, Stella. You can survive the hardships of life and raise Alea to be a very smart and understanding child. You managed to raise her, even without a husband by your side. You're a great woman, Stella. It's hard to find a woman like you." Dave spoke casually without knowing what his current wife was feeling.

"Yes, Stella's right, maybe if Dave doesn't have a wife yet, he'll come back to you. I shouldn't be in your midst. I can retreat if you want to be together" Jeslyn said with a forced smile.

"It's not too late to cancel our wedding, Dave." Jeslyn immediately cut Dave's speech. "I said really. If you want to be together, I'll go. After all, if you marry Stella, she can give you offspring, unlike me."

Jeslyn tried hard to hold back her tears. Lately he is very easy to shed tears, his emotions are also unstable and very sensitive.

"Darling, you misunderstood. I don't have any feelings for Stella. We're pure friends, just like you and Dion. Don't say the no-no. I don't like."

Somehow hearing Dave praise Stella made her heart hot and upset. All I have in mind is Dave still has feelings for Stella.

Dave took a long breath. "Did you guys fight before?" stella asked after Jeslyn disappeared from behind the door.

"No, we're fine. Only lately has he been very sensitive. His attitude was a little strange, sometimes spoiled, instantly turning angry and sad. The mood changes very quickly. He often suspected me of being close to other women."

Dave was a little overwhelmed at first facing Jeslyn's change of attitude, but for a long time he was getting used to it.

Lately it's more intense," said Dave, imagining his wife's behavior changing 180 degrees than usual.

Actually he feels happy because Jeslyn always wants to be close to him, especially when Jeslyn is spoiled for him, Dave really likes him. It's just that sometimes he has important affairs that he can't leave behind so that makes him have to go to leave Jeslyn at home.

Stella smiled meaningfully. "You better take him to the doctor."

Dave frowned. "For what?"

"You'll understand later. You'd better see an obstetrician and cancel your honeymoon plan."

"You mean?" Dave still can't clearly grasp the meaning of Stella's words.

"It's possible that Jeslyn is pregnant, Dave," Stella softly guessed with a smile.

Stella smiled at his smile. "Dave, not all pregnant women will experience nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Maybe he's not in that phase yet, or he hasn't experienced that. Even though she used to have nausea and vomiting, it's not necessarily the pregnancy she's going to have now," Stella says, "you better take Jeslyn to the doctor the next day" she advises. Dave's face immediately exuded happiness. "I hope what you're saying is true Stella." Imagining his wife being pregnant made him very happy. A wide smile immediately adorned his handsome face.

"You better catch up with him or he'll get mad at you. I'm afraid he's thinking a no-no to us. You need to be more patient with it from now on Dave" Stella advises. "I was too when I was pregnant. I'm worse than him. I cried every day and was indistinctly angry at Daniel while pregnant with Alea."

"All right." Dave stood up. He could not wait to catch up with his wife. "Thank you Stella for telling me."

Dave held Stella's hand after it came out of Stella's room with a happy face and sparkling eyes.

"Dave, if you can never talk to me for a while. I think he's still jealous of me" Stella suggested before Dave walked out of his room.
