Sharing Love: True Love

Sharing Love: True Love
Which Actually..

Glen then turned to Dave. "Whatchu mean? Why do I need your permission to see him?" glen asked with a frowned and eyebrows fused together.

Dave lowered his head for a moment, then looked at Glen with a serious face. "Because the woman you've been looking for is my wife" Dave said with a serious face.

Glen turned to face Dave. "Wife??" Glen stared in surprise at Dave. "Damn..You're this. I almost got fooled by your joke." Glen shook his head as he sat back down.

Honestly, Dave's words had made him shocked. "Don't joke with me Dave. I'm being serious right now." Glen stared lazily at Dave.

"I'm not kidding, Glen. I'm serious about what I said." There was no smile on Dave's face. "Jeslyn Hartanto, the girl you've been looking for is my rightful wife. He works as a Surgeon at my hospital" Dave said.

Instantly the smile on Glen's face instantly faded replaced with a dumbfounded face. "You said she was your wife? Aren't you getting married in a few days? Then how can you claim the woman I've been looking for as your wife?" glen asked with a astonished face.

Glen was still trying to digest slowly the information he got from Dave. He had not been able to accept the reality that had left him shocked.

Dave grabs his phone in his pants pocket, looking he's looking for something on his phone screen. "Isn't this the woman you've been looking for all this time?" Dave put his phone on the table and clearly visible photos of Jeslyn that are clearly displayed on the screen of his phone is smiling towards the camera.

Glen immediately grabbed Dave's phone and stared fixedly at his best friend's phone screen. Glen's body immediately limped when he saw the photo of the woman he had been looking for.

"How could?? How can the woman I've been looking for be your wife Dave?" glen asked, putting Dave's phone on the table.

Glen looked very surprised to find the bitter reality he had just known. "You must have played me, right? Right, Dave?"

Glen still hopes that what Dave says is a lie. He still can't accept the reality.

"I'm telling you the truth, Glen," Dave replied, "we've been married for almost 2 years. You have to accept the truth. I hope you'll let my wife go because I can't take it off for you" Dave said with a serious face.

"You stabbed me in the back of Dave? You can betray me? Your own best friend?" glen asked with a disappointed face. "Don't you know that I've been looking for Dave for a long time?"

"I also just found out yesterday that the woman you're looking for is my wife, Glen. I also couldn't believe that Jeslyn was the woman you meant."

"If you really married her? Why don't I know anything about your marriage? Then what is the meaning of the marriage you're going to have in a few days?" glen asked with a surprised look.

Dave breathed a long breath. "I'll tell you from the beginning how I met him and until I finally got married to him and the reason why we're only now having a wedding reception."

Glen leaned his back against the sofa then looked at his best friend with a flat face. "I hope you have a good reason Dave, otherwise, I think we'll end up being enemies and I don't want that to happen" Glen said.

Dave then told Glen everything from start to finish. Glen looked carefully at what Dave said.

"That's exactly what happened" Dave said when he just told his best friend.

"You've hurt him Dave. I should have been able to find her earlier and take her away with me so she wouldn't have anything painful in her life." Glen seemed angry at Dave after hearing all the stories of his best friend.

"That's been a shame, Glen. Right now, I love him so much" Dave said.

"How can I believe what you said after you hurt her and made her suffer during your marriage."

"I'm not asking you to trust me. I just want you to know the truth" Dave said.

"What if I have no intention of retreating?" ask Glen quickly.

"I don't want to compete with you, Glen. He's already mine. You can't take it away from me because I'll never let it go" Dave said with a hardened face.

"Sorry Glen, the woman I love so much right now is Jeslyn, my wife," he admitted.

Glen closed his eyes for a moment after that rubbed his face rough, then lowered his head while looking down. "Why should Elin be your wife Dave?" glen asked in a low voice.

"I'll give you a chance to talk to my wife, but next time, you'll have to stay away from her" Dave said.

Glen then raised his head. "What if I don't want to stay away from him? What are you gonna do?"

Dave did not answer Glen's question directly. He thought for a moment as he looked towards Glen with his flat face. "Do I really want to ruin our friendship that we've had since childhood?"

"Dave, I think you know how hard it is to forget the woman you love so much, don't you?" glen asked with a cynical smile. "but you definitely don't know, how it felt to look for someone all those years ago after successfully finding him, but, you have to accept the fact that the person you've been looking for is the wife of your best friend" Glen said with a sad and disappointed face.

"I haven't even had a chance to express my feelings to her, but I have to stay away from her. Wouldn't it be sad if you were me?"

Dave sighed. "Glen, please understand. I can't let go of my wife. I love him so much" Dave said.

Instantly silent, not long after that a noise was heard from outside.

"So get in, I want in." There was a woman's voice outside the door.

Dave and Glen looked to turn towards the door after hearing the sound of the door opening loudly.

"Getting out the door I wanted to pass by" Jeslyn said with an angry look as Diana blocked her way into her husband's room.

Jeslyn was upset with Diana and Zayn for not being allowed into her husband's room. Seeing the strange attitude of the two of them holding her at Dave's doorstep, makes Jeslyn think badly of her husband. She suspected that her husband was making out with a woman in his room.

Being already emotional, he finally forced his way in by pushing the door firmly. Diana turned to Dave when the door was wide open. "I'm sorry sir" Diana regretted with a guilty face for not being able to hold Jeslyn back from entering her room.

Dave had indeed sent a message to them to temporarily hold his wife so as not to enter his room first when the mash had his best friend.

Glen who sat back to the door could not clearly see the woman who was in front of Diana. "It's okay, let him in, Di," said Dave, "you can go to your place."

"Alright, sir," Diana replied as she nodded.

Glen looked stunned to see the woman he had been looking for was walking towards the two of them.

"Dave, what are you hiding from me? Why did you let me in here?" jeslyn asked with an angry face. He did not even realize that someone else was staring at him.

"Sit down" said Dave softly as he patted the seat beside him.

Jeslyn exhaled a rough breath and then turned his head. "Hi Lyn, long time no see." Glen looked at Jeslyn with a wide smile as the direction of Jeslyn's gaze fell on him.

"Glen??" jeslyn said with a surprised face.

Glen smiled widely. "I thought you blew me Lyn" said Glen in a soft tone.
