Sarah's doctor has explained to her that pregnancy hormones will affect Jeslyn's attitude. She will be more sensitive during pregnancy. “I'm tired Dave. You always suspected me.” Jeslyn started sobbing again.

Dave grabbed Jeslyn's body and hugged her. “I'm sorry, I won't discuss it again,” Dave said as he stroked Jeslyn's long hair.

Dave let go of his embrace and wiped Jeslyn's tears. “You ate first huh?” talk to Dave in a low voice.

Jeslyn nodded. Dave sat back in the chair next to Jeslyn's bed. “What do you want to eat?”

Dave starts opening one by one the food Zayn buys. Dave also ordered some other food for himself.

“Risoto,” replied Jelsyn slowly.

“Do you still feel nauseous?”

Dave wanted to make sure first before he fed Jeslyn. He did not want that until the food he had just eaten came out again like this morning.

Jelsyn. “Alright, slow down.” Dave began to feed Jeslyn with caution.

Dave's cell phone rang when he had just spooned food into Jeslyn's mouth. “Wait a minute, I picked up the phone for a minute.”

Dave put the food he was holding on the nightstand, then picked up his phone while walking away from Jeslyn.

Dave looked back at Jeslyn while listening to the voice from his phone. Dave nodded and disconnected his phone. Jeslyn just kept silent while staring at Dave who seemed to be walking towards him.

“You can leave if you have important business Dave. I can eat by myself,” Jeslyn said as Dave sat beside her.

Dave took back the feeding container he had just put down. “I'll take care of it later. I'll feed first.”

Dave returns to feed Jeslyn. “Did you often nausea and vomiting like this before?” Dave is curious about how Jeslyn takes care of himself, when Dave does not yet know that Jeslyn is pregnant.

Jeslyn nodded then tried to recall something. “If new nausea and vomiting this week, but my body started to limp and easily tired already 2 weeks.”

“Then, what are you doing as long as I'm not next to you?”

“I only rest in the room, after vomiting usually I will go straight to sleep to relieve my nausea.”

Dave immediately felt very guilty when he knew Jeslyn had to go through everything alone let alone Jelsyn like that because she was pregnant with her child.

“During pregnancy I feel I do not have appetite, sometimes I only eat fruit.”

“You should have told me earlier Jeslyn.”

If only yesterday he hadn't come to see Jeslyn. Dave may never know that Jeslyn is pregnant until they get divorced. Dave felt grateful that he had followed his instincts to meet Jeslyn back then so that he knew the true state of Jeslyn.

Jeslyn lowered her head while chewing her food. “I just don't want to burden you with the presence of this child. I also don't want to hold you back just because I'm pregnant with your child let alone us in the divorce stage."

“I'll regret my whole life until I don't know about my son's whereabouts. I can't imagine how you lived your life without me while you were pregnant with our child.”

“I'm sorry, Dave. I just don't want to complicate our divorce,” regretted Jeslyn.

“Do you know how hard it is for me to get through my days without you? I tried to let you go so you could be happy, but I couldn't lie to my feelings. I can't see you living happily with others.”

As long as he doesn't meet Jeslyn, Dave does try hard to no longer be involved with Jeslyn's life.

“I even broke my own promise not to see you just because I miss you so much, Jeslyn.”

“I'm sorry, Dave,” Jeslyn said as she lowered her face.

“Never say divorce again, Jeslyn.”

“Maafx Dave.” Jeslyn still feels guilty to Dave for being selfish.

“I'm full, Dave,” reject Jeslyn when Dave wants to bribe her again.

“Good.” Dave takes a drink to Jeslyn. “Minum.”

Jeslyn grabbed the glass filled with water and then gulped it down slowly. “Sleep. I'll leave after you fall asleep.” Dave put down the glass that Jeslyn had drunk.

Jeslyn broke his body. “Are you going to be here again later?” Jeslyn suddenly doesn't want Dave to leave her.

Jeslyn stared to the lower left side. “Gergilahx your business is more important. You don't need to come here anymore.” Jeslyn stretched her back to Dave.

Dave was silent for a moment. He then grabbed his phone and typed something on his phone screen. Dave rolled up his shirt sleeves and unbuttoned his top 2 shirts and climbed onto the bed.

“I'll be back again after my business is done.” Dave hugged Jelsyn's body from behind. “Sleep darling.”

Dave has never been this patient with any woman. Dave's dominant nature makes him never want to give up or obey the words of others.

Jeslyn instantly felt calm as Dave hugged her. Maybe because Jeslyn was lacking in affection, Dave made her always want to be around Dave.

Jeslyn had never been spoiled during her marriage to Dave. “Dave,” call Jeslyn.

“What's dear?” ask Dave gently.

“Go, I'm fine here by myself.” Jelsyn began to feel guilty for being childish.

Dave turned Jelsyn's body around. He looked at Jeslyn's face. “I won't leave before you fall asleep.”

Jeslyn buried her face in Dave's chest. Jeslyn's face flushed. He felt embarrassed when he looked at Dave with love.

“Why do you still feel ashamed?”

“Do not tease me, Dave.”

Dave smiled broadly and hugged Jelsyn while kissing the tip of his head. “All right, sleep baby.” Dave stroked Jelsyn's hair to fall asleep.

Feeling Dave's soft caress on his head. Jelsyn began to close her eyes while tightly hugging her husband.

“I'll ask the nurse to take care of you as long as I go.” Dave doesn't want to leave Jeslyn unattended from him. He wouldn't be calm if he left Jeslyn alone.

“Nurse will help all your needs later. If you need anything, you just call Zayn. He will come directly here.”

Jeslyn did not respond to Dave's words because he was getting sleepy. Since she was pregnant she was tired and easily sleepy.

After Jeslyn fell asleep. Dave let go of his embrace slowly. He put away Jeslyn's hand carefully. He then contacted Adnan to prepare a special nurse to look after and care for Jeslyn.

“Feet my wife well. Serve all her needs as long as I'm not around,” Dave said as the nurse stood beside her.

“Good, Mr.”

“Your current job is just looking after my wife. You don't have to serve other patients. I will give you a salary 2 times your previous salary. Do you understand?”

“Iyaa Sir, I understand,” said the nurse was polite.

Dave stood up and kissed his wife's forehead and lips. “Sweetie I'm going first. I'll be back as soon as.” Dave looked at the nurse. “What's your name?”

“Maya, Mr.”

“Maya, as long as I'm gone, except doctor Sarah, don't let anyone come in here to see my wife.”

Maya nodded. “Good, Mr.”

“Contact Adnan if anyone forces entry here without my permission.”

Dave gave Maya Adan's mobile number. Dave is only afraid that his mother and Felicia know about Jeslyn's whereabouts in the hospital. He was afraid that the two of them would look for trouble again with Jeslyn.
