Dion Family

Dion had just entered a boutique not far from the location of his hospital. The shop belonged to Stella. "Are you busy?" Dion approached Stella who was in her room.

Stella looked surprised when she saw that Dion was already in front of her. "No, what's up?" stella asked with a surprised face.

"Then be prepared. I'm waiting outside."

"Where are you going?" stella asked with a frown.

"Follow me home. We're going to see my parents" Dion replied quickly.

Today, she accidentally takes time off to bring Stella to see her parents. She wants to introduce Stella to her parents. Before taking Stella to meet her parents, Dion first contacted her mother to inform her that she was going to visit her parents' house during lunchtime.

Dion and his parents did not live together. Since college, Dion has lived alone in her apartment. He rarely went home because of his work as a doctor.

Stella's eyes were instantly rounded. Dion's words succeeded in making him surprised. "Why should I come with you?" Stella still does not know, the intention of Dion to take her to his parents' house.

"Don't I ever say. I'll take you to meet my parents to ask them for their blessing."

"Resident?"

"Yes. We'll get engaged right away after getting my parents' blessing" Dion explained with a calm face. He has not discussed with Stella about the continuation of their relationship, so that makes Stella surprised.

Stella seems to be hesitant about Dion's plans. "I don't think it's too fast. We just started our relationship, Dion."       

"I started this relationship not to mess with Stella" Dion said with a serious face and sharp eyes. "Didn't you agree to have a serious relationship with me?"

"Yes, I know. I'm just not ready to meet your old man, Dion. I'm afraid I'll be disappointed later. I'm not sure if they can accept me." Stella's face turned sad. He did not really expect, if the relationship with Dion will run smoothly. 

"Don't think too much about Stella. Just follow my words." Dion actually understood what Stella was worried about. Only, they should at least try first. Dion was convinced that his parents would understand and accept his chosen woman.

"What if they don't like me and are against our relationship?" stella asked with a worried face.

Dion finally approached Stella. "We'll see how my parents reacted. I'm sure they'll accept whoever will be my next step, no matter what the background is."

"I just..."

"Prepare. I'm waiting in the car." Dion doesn't want to buy any more time. He walked out before Stella opened her mouth again.

Stella sighed after Dion's departure. He finally walked out of his room after finishing his work.

Before Dion's parents' house. The two of them picked up Alea first. Of course, Dion would introduce Alea to his parents as well. He did not want to hide anything from his parents.

Stella was a little surprised when they had just arrived at Dion's parents' house. The size of the Dion family home made Stella a little stunned. He did not expect that Dion came from a distinguished family and from the upper class. At first he thought Dion was a talented doctor with a good career.

"What's wrong? Why are you daydreaming?" dion asked when he saw Stella seemed to be silent with a straight forward look.

Stella suddenly regained consciousness after hearing Dion's voice. He then turned to look at Dion who was in the steering chair.

"Sorry Dion, I'm just nervous."

"You take it easy, I'm here. You don't have to be afraid" said Dion calmly. He gripped Stella's hand to calm her down.

"Yes" said Stella, nodding.

"Then we go down" Dion asked as he opened the steering door.

Dion rushes out of the car, then walks to the back, opening the door for Alea. His relationship with Alea is getting close, though not as close as Dave's, as Alea still regards Dave as her father.

Dion also did not mind that, only that he asked Stella to give more to him spending time with Alea, for Alea to get used to his presence.

Luckily, Dion is someone who loves children. It wasn't difficult for him to take Alea's heart. Although she will not be her birth, she tries to accept Alea's presence as a complement to her family later, if she marries Stella.

Dion walked in with Alea, while Stella walked to Dion's left. They headed straight for the dining room after entering the door of Dion's old man's residence.

"Good night Ma, Pa," Dion said as they arrived in the dining room.

"Who's the woman next to you, Dion?" asked Dion's mother with a curious face. Stella looked nervous, as Dion's parents continued to stare at her

"Secondly, this is Dion's future wife. Her name is Stella" said Dion, pulling Stella's waist closer to her. "Good night Om, Auntie," said Stella politely as she smiled and bowed slightly.

"Wife candidate?" Dion's mother seemed very surprised to hear his son's words.

"Yeah Ma. Dion plans to marry Stella after getting the blessing of Mama and Papa" Dion said. He then poked Alea. "And, these are the grandchildren of Mama and Papa. Her name is Alea."

"Ap..Whatchu mean? Granddaughter you said?" ask Dion's mother stammering. He was trying to swallow the information that his son had just delivered.

Dion's mother stood up and went straight to her son. "Dasaaar brat. How dare you come back here with your son" Dion's mother said, hitting Dion many times.

Dion quickly avoided his mother. He's circling Stella's body. "Ma Sakiiit." Alea seemed to be amazed at Dion's childlike behavior that was being scolded by his mother.

"So this, the reason you never came home is because you've impregnated people's children." Dion's mother is seen still trying to catch up to Dion, who keeps trying to avoid her mother's tantrums.

Stella was immediately shocked when she saw that Mother Dion seemed to misunderstand the two of them. "Ma, listen to me first. It's not what Mama thinks." Dion takes refuge behind Stella, to avoid her mother's blow. Collapsed was Dion's authority that he had shown Stella all along.

"Let's get you a brat. How dare you tarnish the good name of our family" said Dion's mother with an angry face.

Stella seemed to be silent. He did not dare to make a sound at all. "Maa..I never broke people's children. Mama misunderstood me," Dion explained. He's still hiding behind Stella.

"If you don't ruin people's children. How can you have a child this big? or maybe you're married secretly?"

"Not Ma. I'm not married yet" elak Dion.

"Maa.relax. Listen to our son's explanation first" said Dion's father mediated.

"alright. I'm going to throw him out until he's proven to be ruining people's children and tarnishing our family's good name." Dion's mother finally sat back in her place.

"You also sit down" said Dion's father.

"Let's sit down, baby" Dion asked Stella and Alea.

"Now explain to my mom. What do you mean," Dion's mother commanded.

"Alea, not my son Ma. Alea is Stella's son from her first marriage. Her husband died a long time ago" Dion said.

Stella continued squeezing both of Stella's palms which started to get wet from sweat. He felt very nervous, especially after seeing Dion's mother's response earlier.

"Don't you dare lie to mom, Dion," his mom snubbed with a sharp look.

He still does not believe his son's words. "I'm telling you the truth Ma" Dion said with a frustrated face.     

Dion's mother then bearlih looked at Stella. "Is it true what Dion said?"

Stella swallowed her saliva with great difficulty. She was nervous when asked by Dion's mother. "real aunt. Alea is the son of my first marriage aunt," jawan Stella stiffly.

Dion's mother seemed to be thinking while observing Stella's face. "It seems your face is not foreign. Have we met?"

"Never aunty."

"How long has your relationship been?" the question was actually directed at his son.

"We haven't been in a relationship for a long time, but I've known her for a long time. I hope you bless us because I love Stella so much" she said confidently.

"What if we don't approve of your relationship?" ask Dion's mother with a serious face.
