Chapter 33: Accepting the wishes of the husband

Laura did not expect that she would have to give her husband what he wanted. He had thought that if the mission he had obtained this time was very easy, unfortunately the current mission was very tiring for his heart.

Arsenio's forehead shriveled, he felt strange with his wife. In his heart he said,

After that he took his wife's body lying down and slept in his arms. Now he can sleep well. His wife had forgiven him and he was able to calm down now.

After a while, she came out of the bathroom and woke her husband up. Feeling that her husband had been successfully woken up, Laura left him to make their breakfast.

"We see, are there any ingredients to make breakfast this morning?" laura said as she opened the fridge.

"As I suspected. All the ingredients are not left. Even the vegetables for making sandwiches are not there" Laura said with a grin.

Laura looked around the kitchen. There was only bread left. He took the loaf of bread and led it to the dinner table, saying,

"Luckily, there is still this bread. It's better to eat just this than nothing."

Arsenio came out from inside her room. She smiled at Laura who was applying peanut butter and chocolate to the bread in her hand.

"Morning" said Arsenio as she sat in the chair in front of Laura.

Laura glanced at her husband. Then he continued his activities to smear his bread with jam while smiling and saying,

"For Mas. I'll wear the car later. I'll take you to work this morning."

Arsenio looked in wonder at his wife. He received a plate of bread given by his wife, saying,

"Tumbens? Wanna go where? Aren't you working?"

"I have resigned. I don't want to be enslaved by anyone" Laura replied in between her feeding munchies.

"good. I also do not accept if they enslave you not according to the rules" said Arsenio after swallowing her food.

But without you realizing it, it was you who enslaved me Mas, Laura said in her heart and smiled bitterly at her husband who was enjoying his food.

After their breakfast was over, Laura actually drove her husband to work. She dropped off her husband right in front of her office, as Arsenio usually delivers.

The car left Arsenio's office after Laura saw her husband enter her office.

"Let's Laura, do your extra mission well so that this mission is quickly completed and you get the reward immediately" said Laura while driving her car.

Now Laura's car drove casually splitting the streets that were slightly jammed due to working hours. He drove his car to the largest shopping mall in the city.

Just like Laura thought. The time spent at the time of traffic jam and the distance that is not close to the Mall make Laura come on time. He arrived at the Mall when it was just opened.

With his heavy steps, he headed for a counter that sold game consoles. There sold all types of game consoles, so that Laura could easily get the items her husband wanted.

Laura sighed as she held the game console that was being played at the store.

"Why should I buy this thing? Though this thing made the deepest wound for me," Laura muttered with a sigh.

How Laura wouldn't hate that thing if it reminded her of her mother's death. Moreover, she recalled how annoying her husband was at that time, so she would decide to divorce.

However, now she has to buy it as a birthday gift for her husband to carry out the task of his mission. 

"Have it, just think of it as my karma when it damaged hers back then," murmured Laura back who sounded very resigned at this moment.

Laura sighed again when she handed her debit card to pay for it at the cashier.

Laura now brought the box after paying for it. He stared at the box that said 'PS5. He sighed again before walking away from the shop that became the paradise of the gamers.

At each step, Laura felt annoyed at the wishes of her husband she whispered last night.
