Chapter 47: The Hotel

"Arsenio, wait for me!" kessy said as she walked quickly to chase after Arsenio who had walked in front of her with her wide steps.

Suddenly Arsenio's steps came to a halt so Kessy managed to stand beside her. Kessy followed Arsenio's line of sight. She smiled looking at Laura who was walking out of the elevator together with a man who looked neat and looked very classy.

Immediately Kessy wrapped her hands around Arsenio's arms and wrestled spoiled to her.

Arsenio was only stunned to see his wife walking towards him along with the man he believed to be the CEO of RAZ company, Ryan Arion Syahreza.

And so did Laura. She stopped right in front of Arsenio and was stunned to see her husband standing with Kessy struggling spoiled at him.

Ryan looked at Laura and Arsenio who were staring at each other as if asking each other with their eyes. After that, Ryan's eyes were fixed on Arsenio's hand, which was spoiled by Kessy.

That's where Ryan understands their current situation. Ryan grabbed onto Laura's shoulder as he said,

"Let's get Laura back soon."

He invites Laura to walk away from Arsenio who is still standing in her place while looking at his wife who is walking leaving him with Ryan out of the hotel.

"Isn't she your wife? Why is he with a guy at this hotel? And they just got out of the elevator?" asked Kessy while looking at Arsenio who was still looking at his wife as if she was not willing to leave him with other men.

Kessy smirked at Arsenio who looked angry at his wife. In his heart he said,

It's a good time to get Arsenio back to me.

"It looks like the man is not a random person. Look at its very neat and classy appearance. And this hotel, I think the right choice for a classy person like him," continued Kessy back to heat up Arsenio so that the relationship Arsenio and his wife is troubled.

Arsenio walked over and looked at his wife who had left the hotel. With his broad footsteps, Arsenio made Kessy walk again with half a run to be able to walk together at his side.

Suddenly Arsenio's steps again stopped when he saw his wife getting into a luxury car and sitting in the back together with Ryan.

"Look at them. I think their relationship is unusual" Kessy said with a grin looking at Arsenio who was still looking at his wife.

Arsenio turned to Kessy when the car that Laura and Ryan were riding in had gone from the front of the hotel. Then he said,

"My wife isn't what you're talking about. He's not like you who likes to hook up with any guy in the hotel."

Kessy chuckled at Arsenio's words. He took one step forward in front of Arsenio and faced towards her while folding both his hands in front of her chest. He also said,

"What are they doing at this hotel?"

"He's at work" said Arsenio sternly and stared intently at Kessy.

Kessy laughed again. And he said, too,

"worked? Working with a moneyed man in a luxury hotel like this? And they brought nothing. Don't-don't he…."

"Stop that rant. He worked with that man. So watch what you say!" sahut Arsenio with an annoyed look at Kessy.

"Oh so she was working with that guy at the hotel and you just kept quiet? Is it because you need a lot of money, so you just keep quiet knowing your wife works at the hotel with the money guy?" kessy in between her laughter.

Hearing Kessy's words makes Arsenio remember her request to his wife to approach Ryan in order to convince him to work with her company.

Arsenio smiled. He was a little relieved to know his wife was working hard to help him. He immediately walked back to his car park without taking Kessy to walk with him.

"Darling, wait!" exclaim Kessy while walking quickly after Arsenio.

"Arsenio! Wait!" exclaimed Kessy back who ran small chasing after him.

Arsenio still did not want to wait for him. He got into his car first and waited for Kessy in his car.

Kessy grumbled in annoyance as she sat in Arsenio's car while massaging her legs.

"You're so mean. I know I wear high heels, you still live. You should've waited for me, held me down, let me not fall."

"Nobody told you to wear high heels that high. After all, it seems like you never fall when using high heels that high," said Arsenio with her flat face while driving her car.

Kessy stopped the massage on her leg. He faced towards Arsenio who was beside him while smiling and saying,

"It turns out you're still very attentive to me."

"I never paid attention to you. It's just that I thought if you ever fall using high heels, surely you will not wear back high heels that high," said Arsenio without turning to Kessy.

Kessy's smile faded. He sat back in front and said,

"About..what did your wife do with the man at the hotel? Didn't they get out of the elevator? Must be them from the hotel room. We should have come early to know what they're doing."

Arsenio stopped her car suddenly. He looked annoyed at Kessy who was now shocked because the car stopped suddenly. He also said,

"Don't talk about it again. I don't like you vilifying my wife. What else is in front of me. Because she's not a girl like you."

After that Arsenio drove back her car without asking the state of Kessy who was surprised by it. Because of his frustration, Arsenio drove his car at high speed to his office.

"Arsenio, are you crazy?! Don't speed like this, we can be fucked!" kessy sounded scared.

Arsenio ignored all of Kessy's words. He didn't even hear anything in his ears.

His heart ached to recall his wife coming out of the hotel elevator with Ryan. Moreover, Ryan's hand that was embracing Laura's shoulder made her extremely hurt and angry. Now he could only vent his heart's irritation on the streets he was on. 

Arsenio's mind could not calm down. Even he could not focus on work because it was still imagined when he met his wife at the hotel earlier.

"Damn! What the hell is going on? I can't focus on my work. I'd better go home and ask Laura" said Arsenio, who is frustrated with her current situation.

Arriving at home, he saw a white luxury car that he had never seen at all.

Entering his house, he was greeted by his wife who was arranging food at the dining table. Unlike usual who approached him and brought his briefcase and suit.

"Have you gone home yet?" laura asked while arranging the food on the dining table.

"Hmmm," replied Arsenio as she walked into the house.

"Whose car is that?" arsenio asked his wife.

"Car Mr. Ryan. I was told to bring her along" Laura replied without looking at her husband.

At once Arsenio was surprised to widen her eyes and said,

"W-what? That fancy car for you?"
