ACT 3: Chapter 28 - Meeting
"He?!" i feel!
Remembering me the existence of the ruined Eldergale, the deaths of Brother Ruly, Father, and Syila. Instantly it all flashed when I sensed this Dark Magic.
Ahh, I'm shaking.
"Khu Khu!!" i laugh. I could feel my eyes begin to darken.
Yep. I'm upset. I was angry to remember all that. Because I promised myself I'd kill this guy no matter what. I have never met him, nor felt his strength firsthand.
But this is my promise, my anger.
"Ups! I'm almost out of control!" I shook my head quickly as my body began to lift and in my hands began to form a strange mask.
I should try to control my emotions now, since it's a little wrong, I can use the power of that curse.
"alright. Time to hunt seriously!" I changed to Shinigami mode, smiling happily.

"Uhh, I was saved by senior again. But it looks like I have to prove myself to stay here. At least, I should repay the senior's services!" said a young man in a robe from Dark Magic.
He is Gordo, who is now traveling with Dela in search of "Shinigami". The two of them set off, and now camped in the forest on the road between Ronia and Furyuun.
"Hey hey hey. Don't do it, Gordo! You should learn to suppress your Dark Magic so as not to leak!" a female voice came closer.
"If you are not good at suppressing your Dark Magic, you can be detected easily. It might be nice to call small fries, but if it's a bigger thing, it'll be dangerous." Dela came while carrying some wood and animals with wind magic.
"really? Maybe I'll be careful next time." replied Gordo as he started preparing some leaves.

They all fell silent, when they sensed a different kind of magic. Gordo was sweating, not daring to move. But he glanced towards Dela, seeing her reaction.
"What a terrible anger. What do you think, senior?"
Dela smiled happily, licking her own lips as if she had already found a prey.
"Arabelle! This is so tempting! Just feeling it makes me excited! This is not anger, but hatred and the desire for revenge."
"I'll check it out for a second, you wait here. I'll give you an aba if I find something, so will you." Dela immediately put on her coat, then left as fast as the wind. He seemed to be overjoyed, but he didn't know there were any other problems.

Ren activated [Serenity] instantly after he found Gordo. He tracked. The skill made Ren's Fehl flow blur, and spread it in all directions.
It made Dela who was tracking Ren back, lose track and chase in the wrong direction.
"Humm, is he with someone else? And he looks very skilled with magic judging from where it's as good as he's at eliminating Fehl who's on him."
"And he seemed to feel me earlier, but because I used the skill he ran the other way." Ren muttered happily.
Ren is not a defender of justice. He doesn't care to be called a coward if he attacks from behind, or whatever it is. To him, if his grudge had been avenged, he was fine.
Therefore, Ren immediately walked through the forest without a sound, while continuing to follow his instincts.
He used wind magic to guide him towards where he wanted to be. Until the wind gives a sign, with the smell of fire and the blood of animals.
Ren gave a sharp grin, and accelerated his pace. He found an open place where there was some smoke gathering.
"Wah wow. Let's see who's here." Ren clapped his hands happily, while stepping into the middle of the field. He appears as a human form of Ren, not a Shinigami or anything like that.
Gordo was automatically startled, and took a stance ready for battle, and put up a magic barrier.
"What's? Only human? Hmh!" Gordo clicked, then threw the knife he was holding towards Ren's head. He also lowered his magic barrier.
If even ordinary humans or ordinary adventurers, it would definitely die with a broken head if thrown with a knife that fast, but it was different from Ren who had the skill [Sharp Eyesight]. It made him know the direction of the blade, and could catch it. Even the attack just now had not activated his [Critical Preception] yet.
But Ren had already thought it would happen, and continued his attack.
Ren pulled the thread he had prepared beforehand, which immediately ensnared Gordo. Gordo had no time to dodge, and was hit by the trap. Both hands were pulled, and so were his feet.
"Khu ha ha ha!" Rem laughed happily while taking the knife from behind his back.
"I don't want anyone to bother me" Ren said as he muttered a magic. Ren knew, Dela was quickly heading this way. He made a pretty strong barrier magic, but not a big one. He focused in terms of defense, so the space there was only 30×30 meters.
"Who? Who're you?!" Gordo shouted, still trying to hold on. He also tried to control Dark Magic, but in vain.
Ren just laughed, then used the [I am the Sadistic] skill on Gordo. His body was covered in a terrifying red aura, even his face had already started to be coated in a demonic mask.
"Do you remember Eldergale?!" asked Ren while walking around. The mask on his face continued to form, now it had already covered one of his eyes.
"I don't know what you mean!" Gordo was still trying to escape with a stupefied breath.
Ren's body trembled, showing him anger. It thickened the red aura surrounding his body. And his face was covered in that mask now. Not only that, but now it's reaching into his body.
"You don't know? Don't know what you said?!! Shit!" Ren slashed at Gordo's back, making him scream in pain.
"After you killed the whole town?! Kill my family?! And also, Syila!!" Ren now moved forward, slashing Gordo's neck and stomach, causing him to bleed. Ren was completely overwhelmed by his anger now.
And the weapon he held, produced a curse on Gordo's body because he had already used the [Duality] skill by accident.
Ren smacked his stomach, then showered his face with a raw bogem. Making Gordo squish, spitting out quite a lot of blood from his mouth. Gordo also did not run out of energy.
"Why?! Why doesn't my Dark Magic work?!" Gordo started screaming in frustration.
He certainly did not give up so easily, but he kept trying to use Dark Magic which was his specialty.
"You fool! Dark magic is a special kind of magic. Which can be absorbed by people who can use it as well."
"Didn't you see that your Dark Magic was absorbed by that thread?" Ren laughed as he turned around.
"And I never thought you were human! It's nice to see a strong human besides me! But baby, I don't like you, I say I hate you. So we can't work together." Now the mask on Ren's face starts to disappear, but it turns into a cloak.
"Damn you! If you dare, let me go!" Gordo started provoking Ren.
He aims for Ren to lose control and release her, then he will take back some of his magic.
"Yes right! I killed them! I enjoyed the moment they tried to stay alive, but ended up dying! You right! Therefore, let go of me and get your revenge!" Gordo continued to provoke Ren.
Obviously, the provocation worked. It made Ren speechless, closing his eyes.
ZINGH!!!!
...Upgrade! [Duality], now merged into [Armor the God of Darkness]. Become [The Dark Lord's Wrath]!...

The sound of the announcement continued to be heard in Ren's head, where it was a notification. Meanwhile, Ren was still silent, but the clothes he was wearing now changed. Moreover, many Dark magic revolved around him, adding to the horror.
The mask she usually wears now hangs on her right shoulder, and her hair is also growing black.
His hands hidden under the robe clenched, and his mouth clenched while slightly shaking. But strangely, it was precisely the smile on Ren's face.
