ACT 3: Chapter 37 - Small Plan
"Master!! What are we gonna do here? Are we going on a honeymoon? Or something else? But if that's true, I kind of doubt your taste, Master." Two men are sitting on top of the castle tower.
They were Cilia and Kei. And where they feel now, is the Castle in the capital of the Kin kingdom.
"Hufft Cilia's. Don't call me Master! Use my name, because I've told you so many men, our position is the same now!" Kei slightly raised his voice.
"Well, how do you say it? We have important business here. Besides, there's nothing we can do, right?" continue Kei.
"Some, Master! How about signing up to the Adventurer Guild, with a fake identity, and making me the Master slave I used to be? It would definitely fill the day so beautifully!!" cilia shouted with a flushed face and a stout body.
"Do you want me to untie our contract?!" kei said softly while smiling.
"Type!!!!!"
Cilia cried out weakly and immediately prostrated herself apologizing to Kei many times. Because if both of their contracts were terminated, then Cilia would no longer be Kei's partner.
Kei breathed a long breath, feeling tired.
"Does this have anything to do with the boy, Master?" ask Cilia.
It kept quiet between them for a while, and Cilia also did not change her question, which meant that she was right to ask that.
Kei closed his eyes, and stared blankly at the Kin Capital, Ronia.
"You really know what I think, Cilia!"
"Yes. I was really curious about the kid. And also, he was right to remain involved with the Church. I already warned him. I'm really confused, what he's doing." Kei laughed softly in a mocking tone when saying that.
Cilia smiled, starting to look away at the city with the same gaze.
"He may not have a choice, Master. As you know, a bond is our greatest weakness. And it was also experienced by him."
"And I don't think what he did was wrong. Perhaps I will also do that if the Master is in the same position, with the same circumstances. He also doesn't have as much information as we do." continued Cilia while putting a hand on the chest.
The atmosphere again became silent, and there was only the sound of the wind blowing saying something. But obviously, it's not something that can be understood.
"Katan, huh? As I guessed from the one who mastered [Lust]. You really understand something like this." Kei said in the middle of the silence.
Hearing that, Cilia became a little sullen.
"Don't say it like that, Kei. That makes me sound like a pervert, Kei!"
"But if it comes from you, then I'll take it as a compliment!!" now Cilia looks back reddened while hugging herself.
"He is no longer helped." in the voice of "Hahhhhhh!!" the long one, Kei patted his forehead.
Kei took a breath. Now he was facing down, signifying the confusion that was in his heart.
"I wouldn't do that in this close proximity. But, most likely I will seal all of her natural magic power and her [Wrath] ability in case something terrible happens today." Kei finally spoke after a long silence.
"Today?"
"Yes. Let's see, I'm sure today will be a good day. And most likely he'll rampage there."
Kei started to stand up, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
"That's when I'll come and seal his power. After that I'll leave some messages to his traveling companion, so that he doesn't harbor too much anger in him."
"Because if I don't do that, he will obviously destroy the Capital, and he will be a concern of the other members. That's more I don't want." Kei explained.
Cilia nodded slowly, but her face still showed a confused sign.
"Why did the Master do all this for the boy?"
"Don't I ever tell you? I am the owner of [Wrath], so I can feel what is related to his anger."
"That reminds me a little of my anger. He was angry for others, he was angry for his family, and he was angry for this world. He was furious when he saw such thick discrimination in this world. He was also angry when he saw his city being destroyed. He also saw when the person he loved ma-" said the word Kei halted instantly.
Kei's hands were already clenching firmly, his teeth were already gritting furiously. But in the middle of it, there was a woman hugging him from behind, calming him down.
"I knew. I know all that. That's enough, Kei. Had enough. Don't take yourself any further. Everything's fine already. As long as you are, everything is okay. I was right here. Beside you, always." said Cilia as she tightened her embrace.
"Cilia~" Kei loosened his fist, and touched Cilia's hand slowly.
"You're right. Thank ye. I'm fine."
Cilia started to take off her embrace slowly, but still looked at Kei with an anxious face. It was clearly on his face.
"As you know, he went through it all, but it wasn't destroyed. That's really amazing. Coupled with him being a Reinkarnator, I was really looking forward to something interesting from him." Kei explained.
"Humm, understood, Master." Cilia nodded her head many times.
"Yes. And all those festival events are going to happen tonight. So Cilia," Kei faced Cilia, extending his hand with a strange smile.
"Let's celebrate this festival!" kei said half laughing
"Okay, Master!!"
