ACT 4: Chapter 16 - Stories of the Past Connected to the Future

"Good! Where do we start then?" Albert smiling.

"I was an ordinary young man from a country called England in my old world. You may not believe it, but I really am from another world." Albert started the story.

In essence, he was brought from earth while sleeping, and he was summoned to this world as a hero.

Not only Albert, there were many people who were called the same as him, but they did not know each other, and were not even from the same country. But the strange thing is that they can communicate as easily as other people say their language.

Albert also said that they were all from big country countries, but Albert did not explain it further because he assumed Liu Xiu would not understand.

And when it was said that they had to fight the Demon King, everyone looked scared and refused to. Fortunately the King seemed to be understanding and gave them some time to calm down.

There he made many friends, especially since he was the only one without talent there.

But the next day at the meeting, it was announced that otherworldly people possessed a special skill that was acquired when they moved around the world. Plus, the only way for them to return was to get the heart of the Demon King, for the main ingredient to use return magic.

And the special skill that Albert got was the Light Hero skill.

It was a skill that every hero had that would fight the Demon King.

To be honest it made everyone surprised, where the most incompetent look was precisely the one who had to advance against the Demon King.

It is seen that others are against it, but it cannot be denied that it should be done. Because they would need the heart of a Demon King to return to their world.

And at that time, despite being met with rejection, Albert accepted to be the main hero in fighting the Demon King

In addition, there are Dwarves who make the best weapon weapons, and Elves who are good mage attackers as well.

The five of them traveled the world in order to become stronger and suppress the Demon King's army, and free the place they once held.

There are some conflicts that occur within the group, but thanks to some it is easily resolved.

They also met a white dragon while attacking one of the Demon King Generals. The dragon attacked the enemy because he dared to step on the dragon territory. Of course, that was also the case for Albert and his friend.

He managed to defeat that Demon King and Dragon General, but the dragon swore loyalty to him.

Until he finally defeated the Demon King without the least bit, and managed to bring something like the heart of a Demon King back to the kingdom.

"Wait on! According to your story, were all races united? And also, what is the name of the kingdom?" liu Xiu asked after the story ended.

Liu Xiu slightly stood up while pounding the table with this.

"Sure! All races live in harmony and peace. They need each other, especially humans. They have brains that can be very intelligent, and many of them are kings in some countries" Albert explained.

Hearing that, Liu Xiu was shocked. He sat down, and his face looked tough. Seeing that, Albert was slightly agitated by Liu Xiu's state.

"Why? Is there something strange in my words?" ask Albert.

("No no. That's not possible. Is Albert from a different world? It doesn't rule out the possibility that there is another world, does it?!! ") Liu Xiu said trying to strengthen his mind.

"Hey, Albert. Let me assure you, you're sure this is really the world you're calling in, aren't you?" ask Liu Xiu.

Hearing that, Albert's forehead shriveled furiously.

"of course! I still remember how the world was shaped, and I'm sure I didn't feel like I was moving. Besides that..." Albert stopped his word.

"In addition I don't feel any different magic here. I feel the same magic energy as the world I was summoned to. How to explain it, each world has different characteristics of magic." Albert replied with a slight bow, grimacing.

"Hey did you know that there used to be interracial wars? And finally there has been interracial peace since then?" ask Liu Xiu. He tried to match his history with Albert's explanation.

"No. That doesn't exist. I told you, they've all gotten along since the beginning." replied Albert, apparently tired.

That way, Liu Xiu decided that there was a historical difference going on here. But he's more inclined to trust Albert, because he's even experienced all those events.

"That could be. Because the current world-scale magic in my time, which I will call ancient times, is commonplace. Oh yea! You remind me!!" Albert smiling.

But behind that is the real problem. Due to the Albert incident being transferred to another world, he has a moment where he has no idea what happened to the world.

And when Albert said he came on time when time was running out, it was too late.

Because when the world had begun to improve, and the Demon King had been defeated, there were already people who took positions within the kingdom. And most likely it was the witch who performed the reverie magic.

And when the magic is activated, it doesn't send Albert home, but it sends him to dreamland.

It makes Albert see a dream where he meets his friend, where he feels normal life on earth. But when his original body died, he was completely dead, and finally revived into an undead until now.

And what happened to the world? According to Liu Xiu, the world is bewitched using universe-level magic, which makes all the records and memories in the world erased and replaced with new ones.

That's why no one knows who Albert is, and why there's no record with him.

It also explains Albert's sudden death and why he returned to this world after death. And hearing that, Albert just gritted his teeth furiously. Her tears also dripped slightly hearing that, describing her aching heart.

"That's hard to accept, but it's the closest possibility. Somehow it made me feel like I found the answer to everything" Albert said.

"You have to remember that's just my hypothesis. Not necessarily all of that is true" Liu Xiu said.

"Ha ha ha! You're a little smart at entertaining people. But with all your stories just now, I feel better than ever. Thank you." said Albert as he patted Liu Xiu on the shoulder.

Liu Xiu only smiled mockingly while raising an eyebrow.

And suddenly, Albert's body shone. It seemed like he knew what was happening to his own body, and not only that, Liu Xiu also laughed looking at him.

"It seems that it really calms my soul."

"Yahh, go. I'm gonna be really busy right now. So, what can you give me as a thank you?" liu Xiu asked jokingly as he raised his hand.

Seeing that, Albert laughed.

"You're really shameless!" Albert slightly hit Liu Xiu on the shoulder.

"Hummmmmd... Know it? I feel nostalgic talking to you. But whatever it is. Maybe I'm being nostalgic about how to talk to people after all this time" Albert said.

"So, thank you Liu Xiu!" albert said while giving his fist to Liu Xiu.

Liu Xiu looked at it smilingly, and extended his hand.

"Yes. Thank you for the information you gave me, and goodbye. Hope you meet your partner there! And don't get stuck with Reincarnation, yeah!!" said Liu Xiu replying to Albert's fist.

Albert who heard that was surprised, then laughed. But his body had already started to turn into particles of light.

The particles as usual danced for a moment in the air, before finally entering into Liu Xiu's body, and flew into the air and disappeared.

Liu Xiu felt his body feel strange after being possessed by some part of the light just now, and suddenly his head felt pain.

"Arghh!! What did he give me?!!" yelled Liu Xiu while holding his head.

But it didn't last long, and after the headache started to go away, and some strange things started to get into his head one by one. It scrambled inside Liu Xiu's head like ants fighting over sugar.

"It's right?!" said Liu Xiu half-shouting when he understood all the information that went into his head.

However it did not last long, as his gaze began to spin and grew darker, until it was finally completely dark and Liu Xiu finally closed his eyes.
