ACT 3: Chapter 41 - Signs of Something Bad
"HAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!" the sound of a loud scream, which shrieked high.
It was Edna's voice crying furiously in Ren's arms, but still continuing to hit the ground he was on.
Edna recalled the day that the three of them were walking around the Capital, and bought the Pendant as a gift from Ren. Edna recalled it all, and seeing the Pendant plugged into the monster's chest left her devastated.
Ren was silent, staring at the sky blankly. He had expected this, but he ignored it.
"Church? This means the Church did all this, didn't it?!" Edna shouted, trying to get up. But Ren still held her in his arms, preventing Edna from doing anything reckless.
"Take me off, Ren!" edna shouted furiously.
It all sounded to the ears of the Seven Knights, making them gather for a moment.
"What are they doing?" ask Rian, the Assassin.
"Either? But, look at that! The monster is really weakening!! Let's just kill him! We can get an award with that!!" the woman in the robes.
The others also had faces that expected a lot, and were staring at Alford.
("Yes! This is a good opportunity.I can also get rid of him, right? Let's just say he's been contaminated by the monster's evil power. I'll get an extra for that too!") Alford got an idea.
"Everything!! I know now the origin of his power!" alford shouted echoing. It was also heard by Edna and also Ren there.
"He's been possessed by that monster! Therefore he could become that strong! Moreover, he had from the very beginning kept his distance with all of us! That means he is afraid of our strength!!"
Alford's powerful shout echoed. It raised the spirits of his friends, but it raised Edna's anger.

The special ability that Elves possessed was to eliminate the activation pause time and speed up the magic that was issued. It can only be activated when an Elf feels emotions to a high degree.
And now, Edna has fulfilled all those conditions.
His magic ability increased greatly with his Race special skill. With that, Edna no longer launched an attack of ice and light.
"[Wind Cutter], [Water sword], and [Punishment]!!!"
"Without a rapport?!! Besides, what's that amount?!!" the female mage shouted at the Seven Knights' team.
Meanwhile, a sharp wind flew towards the seven of them at high speed, making their tank immediately put its shield in front, and shout all of its skills.
"Tino! Fight on!!" the spear holder energizes the tank, Tino.
However, Edna's attack was not just from the front. They forgot about Edna's other attacks. From the side, dozens of water swords immediately came to charge at them mercilessly.
"[Covers]!!" tino shouted still trying to defend against forming several transparent shields all around.
But not only that, Edna had already prepared dozens that were formed into several concave and convex mirrors. On it was a light that he had made.
It was Edna's ability that Ren had taught him back then, [Punishment]. It was similar to Alford's, but with greater firepower and range.
If likened to it, it was a small version of Ren's [Punishment].
"HRAHAGHHHHH!!!" Edna was still shouting furiously when it showered almost all of her MP for the few attacks earlier.
Edna's attack continued, until the place changed and was covered with thick dust.
"Looky! Really awesome! I never expected that those Elves could slaughter them alone!" Kei shouted while patting his feet while watching the fight.
Cilia was just dumbfounded, not expecting that it would actually happen.
"How is it possible, Master?" Cikia couldn't help but ask.
"Well, he's talented. But after this, the Seven Knights would show their true faces. And that's when, you'll know why I say Ren's power is far beyond the comprehension of this world." Kei mysteriously replied.
Cilia clapped back, looking at Ren who started to stand up, and walked towards Edna.

Edna was surprised because the hand holding her was so cold. It's even colder than ice. Just being held by him, was enough to make the hand become sore.
"I'm sorry." looks like Ren understood when he saw Edna's hand that started to take out ice flowers.

Dozens of giant fireballs, and thousands of arrows, swords, and lightning began to emerge from behind the smoke.
Behind that, there were 7 people floating quietly with a magic plate under them. And the one controlling the magic plate was Alford.
"HA HA HA!! This is our difference! We always kept our true strength, you know!!" the mage woman shouted as she floated with her hands above, controlling dozens of those fireballs.
Edna was obviously surprised to see that. But what surprised him was not all that magic and ability.
Even Cilia who was at the top was also surprised by it all.
"Me-they?!!" Edna took a step back, feeling scared.
"They are monsters?!!" Cilia was the one who continued to shout Edna.
"You're right. The current Seven Knights were a successful experiment from the Church, and their memories were manipulated in such a way. Be them as they are now. For his failed product, it was the black monster that was now." Kei explained as he started to stand up.
"Alright, Cilia. Looks like our turn will come." Kei raised his right hand, and suddenly a green spear appeared from there.
But it's true.
The appearance of the Seven Knights right now was not something grand, but rather something terrifying.
Their skin was removed, replaced with a black object similar to the mosnter. And also, in the various parts of each of their bodies, there was something shining brightly.
All of their status increased, even far surpassing Edna who had just suppressed them.
"What a terrible thing!" Edna began to sit down to watch this scene.
"HAHAHHA!! You scared?!! This is just the beginning!! As a permit, we will cast some magic for the greeting." now Alford with the face being remade with the black object spoke.
"Whispering." Ren muttered softly.
It was true that such a terrifying sight was at once disgusting to behold.

WHOSSHHHH!!!!
Dozens of giant fireballs started flying towards Ren and Edna. Naturally, the black monster that was the incarnation of Ren's mother as well.
"Cry!! But we won't stop with that alone, lohh!!" yell Alford again.
Ren clenched his teeth hearing that, but from the tone of his teeth he sounded annoyed.
GRROOOA!!!!!
There appeared an ice dragon with the shape of a giant snake that danced like a dancer moving through space. He swerved and ate the ball of fire, and easily ate it.
After all the fireballs were gone, it returned to the ground and disappeared into snow.
"What-what?!!" the voice was almost spoken by everyone who saw it. Even Kei was also to the point of being unable to say a word, and was just speechless gawking at that.
The air began to change around Ren, as a cold wind began to blow, and snow began to surround Ren for a few seconds.
With just those few short seconds, Ren had already changed with a small mask on his right head. This was different from his [Wrath] curse. But it looks much more dangerous than before.
"How is it possible?!!!" Celia half screamed watching that.
As for Kei, he laughed out loud, but still it did not hide his surprised face now.
"White devil, huh? I didn't expect to see it with my own eyes! This is a really interesting miracle!!" kei said gladly.
