ACT 4: Chapter 7 - Adventurer Guild and Instructor
"Well, it has nothing to do with me, anyway!!" liu Xiu said, then he headed back to the receptionist, lined up to give the form and headed to the next step.
It was a tedious process according to Liu Xiu, and a bit convoluted.

"alright. After this, we will test your skills first. There will be tests in direct combat and some other tests. Please wait with some other participants" said the receptionist.
Liu Xiu nodded hearing that, and inched his way to the waiting room.
But then~
"Follow me!!" an Elf girl pulled Liu Xiu, and dragged him to a place. Liu Xiu was a little surprised, but so he did not feel any hostility from the Elf girl.
In addition, the Elf girl was also wearing a green uniform, a uniform worn by the Adventurer Guild.
Liu Xiu complied, and let his hand be pulled by the woman. They walked towards a fairly quiet alley. But there, there's a tea shop and a bar. They went in there.
The Elf girl signaled to the maid, and the maid immediately understood and nodded. He also brought Liu Xiu to sit down, with a table and a pair of chairs.
Liu Xiu was still a little smitten with it all, but he was hard-prepared for anything.
"So, what do you want?" liu Xiu asked as he looked around. He was a little suspicious of this secluded cafe.
"Yes yes! Wait for the tea to come, and we'll have a discussion. Besides, I won't do anything bad, so don't worry. You can lower your guard!" said the Elf while blinking one of her eyes.
Right after that what the Elves were ordering arrived.
Liu Xiu was really confused when he saw that there was a tea set with some sweet food presented before him. The elf picked it up, and began to eat the cake by cutting it.
"So, introduce. I'm Yulia. I wasn't born in this Kingdom, but I now work in the Adventurer Guild." The elf started to tell stories.
"It's been a year that I've been working, but I've always been ranked the lowest." he said that with annoyance.
Liu Xiu did not know what he meant, and just silently listened.
"There is a teaching system for the beginners in the Guild. It makes us, those Guild people can guide the newbies to be able to get better. And depending on the achievements of the mentored Adventurer, the guidance rank will be higher."
"But I'm"
"In other words, you now have no one to guide, and your work is threatened. You want me to be in your tutelage, don't you?" said Liu Xiu interrupting Yulia's explanation.
Yulia was surprised to hear that, and she ate her cake.

"Huum. Then, can I ask if you want to become an Adventurer under my guidance? I know you're a great Adventurer candidate!" yulia said persuading Liu Xiu.
Liu Xiu thought for a moment. From the beginning, he really did not know Yulia, so accepting this was a bad thing.
"I rejected it" Liu Xiu said quickly.

"Try you think. If you're the lowest, you're the worst. And I don't know what happens when I become the representative of the worst guide. Everyone must know that." Liu Xiu replied.
"No no no no! Waitaminute! I can explain that! So please be my guiding student!" yulia shouted while holding Liu Xiu's hand.
"alright. Explain the profit I got." Liu Xiu got straight to the point.
Yulia was silent for a moment, then smiled.
"You know, I don't have guidance. Then you're the only one. If you become a better Adventurer, I can be promoted. And if I get a higher position, I can make a lot of money! Ha ha!!" his yell.
"...." - ".Liu Xiu could not say a word.
"Eh! I mean, when I get a high position, I can also get better information! You know, the Adventure Guild is an organization sent all over the world!!" Yulia quickly confirmed.
Liu Xiu slightly looked at Yulia in disbelief, but with such an advantage, he couldn't help but be interested.
They argued for a while, before Liu Xiu finally gave up and would be in Yulia's tutelage when she became the Adventurer later on.
It was formed with some agreement, like Yulia who should always be on Liu Xiu's side.
So after registering later, Yulia would do something for Liu Xiu.
"Huff. Why do strange things always happen to me?" liu Xiu asked softly as he was walking back to the Adventurer Guild, to continue carrying out the test.
Liu Xiu arrived at the Guild with a tired face, but he ended up taking the test with the rest of the people.
He managed to pass all the tests well, even he was almost promoted straight to Rank-E.
But, there's something different.
"This is not using magic measurements? Why?" liu Xiu asked after getting her Adventurer license.
"Some people in the South African kingdom think that magic capacity is something of privacy. Therefore, there is no such examination in this Kingdom." replied the receptionist briefly.
Liu Xiu nodded, looking again at his license.
"Oh yeah! To my mentor, I want Yulia as my guide" Liu Xiu said again.
Instantly, the receptionist stopped writing, then looked at Liu Xiu with a puzzled face. His eyes said "are you sure?" while looking a little reproachful.
"Don't worry. I know what I'm doing." Liu Xiu gave a thumbs up, laughing.
The receptionist simply closed her eyes and nodded, then wrote a few extra things. After which, he showed her a rather quiet counter, whose receptionist Liu Xiu was already familiar with.
That is where Yulia is.
Liu Xiu inevitably walked slowly there, wanting to know the Quest that was quick to make money.
"If you want to earn a lot of money, you can take the Quest on that board. Quests there usually have a lot of rewards, but because less information makes people reluctant to take the Quest. And again, it's not based on Rank, so a low Rank like you can also take it." explains Yulia.
Liu Xiu understood, and glanced at the Quest board. When he saw that kind of Yulia, he thought that she was like an ordinary guide.
"But, Yulia. Are you suggesting the same to everyone you're mentoring?" ask Liu Xiu.
Yulia was a little confused, then replied.
"of course. They ask how to make money fast. So it doesn't hurt to tell them, does it? I am a good guide!!" rich while bragging.
Liu Xiu sighed. He shook his head a little.
"Don't do it, you idiot! Don't ask people to accept dangerous Quests. If the Quest is uninformed, and looks unbelievable, don't accept it!!" shouted Liu Xiu.
"If you want the Adventurers you're mentoring to last longer, you should also take care of them. Why don't you understand something so small?" asked Liu Xiu while leaving him.
He went to the board that Yulia showed. Although he knew the risks, Liu Xiu was quite confident in his abilities.
Meanwhile, Yulia was seen thinking about what Liu Xiu said. It stuck quite deeply in his heart, when he heard that he had to take care of the Adventurers he guided.
Liu Xiu did not yet know, that the words earlier would turn someone so big.
"Humm?? It's kan..." Liu Xiu found a strange quest that used seedy paper covered by other Quests.
He read it at a glance, then smiled and picked up the paper, bringing it towards Yulia.
"Yulia. I took this Quest." Liu Xiu said as he thrust out the paper. Yulia was still pensive, thinking about the words Liu Xiu said earlier. He was completely daydreaming, unaware of Liu Xiu's arrival.
"Hey! Yulia!" Liu Xiu slightly kicked the table.
Yulia was startled by the buzz of the table, she looked at Liu Xiu with a puzzled look. But he soon realized when he saw the paper that was on his desk.
"Ohh. Quest yes. What quest did you take? Ehh!! I can't read it!!! What the hell is this?!!" yulia shouted when she saw that.
"Indeed. It's an ancient letter. You can't read it." Liu Xiu replied easily.
"T-t-wait! You're a human being, aren't you? How do you know the Ancient letters? I'm the Elf alone don't even know about it!!" yulia asked a little.
"I've studied before." Liu Xiu replied easily.
Yulia simply shook her head, and slightly questioned who Liu Xiu really was.
("I'm kind of grateful I used to be a study maniac. I've studied many languages and writings!!") Liu Xiu smiled happily in his heart.
After a few questions from Yulia, Liu Xiu finally got the approval to run the Quest.
