ACT 3: Chapter 29 - Revenge and Desperation
"Then let's play!" Ren opened his eyes, then grinned happily. The aura he let out now could even kill an ordinary person, no wonder Gordo was now frightened.
"First, let's let you go first" Ren said.
Gordo's face looks bright. He also readied his hand to control Dark Magic when Ren took the knife.
KING!!!
The knife sliced, and Gordo's left arm drooped after being free. But there was not a laugh from Gordo, but a terrible cry from him.
Yep. Ren cut Gordo's left hand up to the elbow.
"Humm, that's for the townspeople. You still have three more for Father, Brother Ruly, and Syila!" said Ren.
The blade he used was now clad in a red aura, which made each attack give a curse like a burning black flame. Even Gordo who actually has a pretty good regeneration, now can not use it.
"Damn you! Do you want to kill me?! Just kill me! And senior will hunt you down! And everything you're in contact with is gonna die!" gordo shouted with the rest of the energy.
Ren recalled Aina, the person who was in Furyuun, and her family. Imagining them all being hunted down, made his mind go awry.
Within a few seconds, both Gordo's legs and the rest of Gordo's hands disappeared, and made him fall helpless!
It was a terrifying sight for ordinary people, and certainly for Ren. But Ren was already blindfolded by his grudge, making him not pity Gordo now.
"Don't joke! Let's start the game now. I will give you my strongest abilities now, and vice versa" Ren said.
"Tu-tu-wait! I can't even stand! Do you call this fair?!" Gordo yelling.
Ren laughed, then raised his hand, pointing it towards Gordo.
"Only a fool waits for his opponent to be ready."
"And also, I don't like playing clean, you know! I'll give you the [Seven Gate of Despair]. Oops! Since I can't use Light Magic anymore, is this the [Six Gate of Despair]? Yahh, whatever. [Lightning Root]!" in lieu of thread, the roots of the electric roots come out of the ground, electrocuting the Gordo.
"[Bladefields of Wind]!" Ren continued his next skill, and made Gordo scream again. He was full of wounds on his body right now.
Gordo had almost lost consciousness. Moreover, he was also actually dead if not held back by Ren's skill.
"Why haven't I died yet?!!" gordo asked half in despair.
"Kill you? No-no. I'll give you what I felt then. I won't kill you so easily." Ren laughed, taking Gordo's chin.
"Oh yeah. The senior? Uhh! Was that woman? What a Humm, I have an interesting idea about it" Ren said face to face with Gordo's face now.
Gordo's countenance changed, as they talked about Dela. It lets Ren know that he's important to Gordo.
"You won't be able to touch seniors! He's so strong! He will not be defeated by you!" shout Gordo. Actually he was a little panicked when he knew his senior would be targeted by Ren.
"Let's see, who's-"

Ren's words were cut off by the sound of a shard, which was a fragment of the barrier that Ren made. It was destroyed due to the continuous attacks from Dela, who attacked the barrier from the outside.
Instantly, Ren jumped up from sensing the active [Critical Preception]. And there was almost no pause, Dela came gouging the ground with the large scythe she was carrying.
Not stopping there, Dela still attacked Ren with a lot of magic, making Ren difficult to maintain his position.
"Aahaha! You lived a long life, senior!" Ren laughed, while sweeping away the dust stuck on his shoulder.
"You too! Why didn't you invite me to your party?!" Dela giggled while licking her lips slightly. Dela glanced towards Gordo, and raised an eyebrow.
"Hoo! You picked the weaker one first? Even so, you won't be able to defeat me. It's ironic, isn't it? What if we get acquainted first?" said Dela in a relaxed tone.
"You know the rules, don't you?" Ren himself had already prepared some magic to keep watch.
"alright. I am Dela. The fifth position of the "Ten Apostle of Demon God". Even so, I am an Elf and I am confident in my magic abilities! You could say, I'm number two among us!" bela shouted while laughing.
Ren smiled, it seemed like there was a lot he was thinking about, like the strength of Dela, and what he was going to do to Gordo next.
"Hehhh! Fifth position then? Alright. Just call me a Shinigami. My race is Human. Even so, I can also control magic!" said Ren while lowering his head.
Instantly, Dela was behind Ren, preparing to swing her huge scythe towards Ren!
Ren was a little surprised, but immediately reacted quickly by activating the barrier on his body, making the Dela scythe hit the barrier for a moment, before it finally broke.
Ren slightly did not believe that his barrier was broken, he jumped while throwing some knives and water and fire magic to create fog, disguising the sight of his enemy.
But Dela did not emerge from the fog, but from above Ren.
Not only did it stop there, Dela continued to bombard Ren for half a minute, making a large crater in the ground. Gordo who saw this while dying could only be amazed.
"In this way"
"End up, huh?!" Ren cut the word said Dela who landed on the edge of the crater.
Ren looked a little battered, but he still stood quietly. Though Ren had already used his strongest skill now.
"You really are strong, Dad? Then, how about we negotiate?" Ren started to stand up, slightly staggered.
Dela looked at Ren suspiciously. But he remains vigilant. Ren brought Gordo closer, flying him with Wind Magic. Gordo was right in a terrible condition, and could not die because of Ren's skill.
"He's dying. I can kill him when I want. But if you let me go, I'll let go too. Honestly, I won't be able to win now." Ren held the shoulder.
Dela laughed out loud when she heard that. He twisted his large scythe, and only held it with his right hand now.
"You made him a shield after being cornered, huh? I began to ask if you were really the one who was siding on a different path with us?" dela.
"Suppit. How's it?" ask Ren. But within his eyes, Ren had his own plan.
"You know? I don't look at him as a partner!" said Dela laughing happily.
"Gacha!" Ren whispered a little.
It made Gordo who was there widen his eyes, surprised. But he still tried not to accept it.
"So, what did Senior say?" ask Gordo slowly.
"Yes stupid! You're just a tool! A tool to get me to the top! Tools so I can fight more! Like this! You're fishing for her! Ha ha! You're a fool to think I'm your partner. Our levels are far different, fool!" bela shouted while laughing.
Dela laughed holding her stomach. Ren smiled slightly, while Gordo looked at him blankly.
"You see, Gordo? He just sees you as a tool. After what you said earlier, after you admired him in such a way, after you had wished him such a way" Ren said sprinkling salt on the wound.
"Shut up!" Gordo shouted, still not receiving.
"Well yeah yeah. It was heartwarming but-" Dela turned her scythe, then instantly appeared at Ren's blind spot, attacking Ren's head.
Ren smiled as he sensed the air of existence behind him, and moved Gordo, directing him to the Dela scythe. Ren really made it as a shield.
People will usually stop, but not with Dela. He continues his attack, penetrating Gordo and scraping Ren's chest.
It surprised Gordo, but not Ren. Ren seemed to have expected this to happen, and placed a thick barrier to hold Dela back.
Ren jumped back, far away to look like he was flying while carrying Gordo. Until he reached the edge of the crater, he lowered Gordo, or rather threw it.
"Look at you, Gordo. It's really sad." Ren walked around Gordo.
"Stop!" Gordo looks frustrated.
"You trust her, but she doesn't consider you a partner or anything. You were only considered a tool by her, to fulfill her selfish desires" Ren said.
"Stop!!" gordo's tears began to flow from his empty eyes.
"And more ironically, you'll end up being killed" Ren added.
"Stop stop! Stopit! Stop that!!" Gordo shouted, his tears flowing more and more.
"Even, help! Please kill me! I beg! End me from this! Help u! I can't!" Gordo begged Ren with empty eyes filled with despair.
Ren slightly smiled, his revenge had already been achieved, so there was no point in continuing it.
He took out his sword, ending Gordo before he threw it towards Dela, who then split him again. What a great end for Gordo.
Ren was done with Gordo, so he killed him quickly.
"I have nothing to do with you anymore, so I'm leaving. I will not trouble you if you do not disturb my calm. You are the wrong organization in the world." Ren said loudly to Dela who was still at the bottom.
"And I want to live quietly in this world with my family, so I'm going to get rid of something that's going to disrupt my life." Ren continued.
"So prepare! I'll come back if I think you need to be destroyed" Ren said as he flew, starting to leave.
Dela simply looked at Ren with strong hostile eyes, with corpses all around her.
"Shinigami? He's a terrible person!" whispered Dela slowly.
