A few hours before the destruction....
It was somewhere unknown to his original existence. In fact, Dela herself who came here did not know where that place was.
Clearly, he had only come to a place, where he was transferred by a magic immediately to another place.
"Huff. I've come here many times, and still feel bad at all! Indeed, His Majesty has some desires at different levels." muttered Dela slightly sighing.
He looks around. The interior he saw was no different from the one he had observed last time.
It is still the same, with some statues of several races carrying different weapons, with an unknown gender from their faces. It looks so detailed, even to the point that every single one of their hair looks real.
The expressions on the faces of each statue were different. But there was one thing in common on their faces.
Faces of fear, despair, and anger were all emanating strongly on their faces even though the statue was just an inanimate object. That way, everyone clearly believes if anyone says that they are actually people who are cursed into stone.
"Ahh, indeed seeing this statue really refreshes the heart! Moreover, the face of this man who was so tormented! Ahhh!!! It is truly unbearable!!! But isn't this statue growing?" dela said with pleasure.
His face was now flushed, looking very excited when he saw the statue suffered so much with different poses.
?!!
("You pervert in the hallway! Don't make the hallway of my house your lustful indulgence!! Or I'll be one of those statues!!!")
A sharp voice rang out in Dela's mind, along with the coming of a magic that was fed with strong emotions. Even Dela, the person who could be said to be an expert with magic was startled, almost falling down due to the incoming magic attack.
("The magic and emotion that can thrill the soul, no one is His Majesty's..") Dela thought while trembling in fear.
He again thought of the figure of the person he would meet. Such a perfect figure in Dela's eyes. A true figure was like a God to him. All the obligatory actions he followed, and all his sentences were like words to Dela.
Only that figure, who was able to make Dela, an Elf who was a firm believer in her magic abilities in the past, bend her knees and worship her.
"Your Majesty is the perfect embodiment of fear, despair, and betrayal! He is absolutely dazzling to me for now!!" said Dela while slightly jumping up and down happily.
"It's not sad for me to leave a small matter like this to Your Majesty, but I can't help it."
Tap tap tap... The sound of Dela's footsteps echoed within the empty passageway, there was only the sound of her own muttering bouncing through the walls of the passageway.
"If there was a battle breaking out there, I'm not sure I'd be able to ward off the person who made the barrier there."
"It's a shame for me to bear the name Apostle, but how else..." Dela sighed softly, sounding resigned. Because after all, his pride was very disturbed when he had to return to headquarters and ask for help, especially on this figure he admired.
Dela paused for a moment, looking at her destination. A door with beautiful carvings whose size itself does not play big.
The edge of the door was made of iron, with beautifully carved door leaves of wood, which was clearly not just any wood. The door handle was made of a marble-like stone, but everyone knew, it was not marble stone, but countless magic stones solidified into one.
"Huff....." Dela took a breath, before opening the door.
AHHH!!!
HHRYGGGHAAAAHHHH!!!!!
GRYSHHUAAHHH......
BB-BBUN-NOAH!!! A-AK-KUUU!!!
Various deafening tormented cries sounded as soon as Dela opened the door slightly, to prepare herself. Immediately, his face flushed and his legs trembled.....
("Ash... His Majesty does have a wonderful musical taste..") he thought.
"Until when are you going to stand there?!! Come in and tell me you need to. Or you'll move in there with them if you don't get here!!" a powerful deep tone rang out from inside the room, with magic flowing in every word he said.
Dela gasped, and immediately returned to her consciousness.
Looking around, there was a thick glass separating the main room from the other room. In some rooms separated by glass, there are many large tubes, measuring 3 meters by 1.5 meters, with a considerable amount.
What makes it horrible is, something that's in it.
In the tube there is a creature, no. Some things were originally living things, which could now only move like a terrifying mass of flesh!
And every one of the flesh screamed, asking to die soon and escape the suffering they had received.
Looking at it again, everything seemed like a failed experiment, and the person who made it must have been a mad scientist. That's not the purpose. It was all just entertainment for the person who was in the main room.
The main room has several items and seating, as well as food and drinks for one person.
"Hummmmd. It's good if you know. Now what's up?! Say quick! I really hope that what you're about to say is useful enough for you to bother me when my orchestra just started!" growled with anger.
Great pressure reappeared, unabated to make Dela again vibrate.
"M-I'm sorry my servant has disturbed you! I'd like to report an important matter about a plan in Eldergale. Because-"
PYARR!!!
A tube that was inside another room broke apart, as the flow of magic increased.
"Eldergale again?! DO YOU KNOW WHICH ONE IS IMPORTANT AND NOT?!! LOOKIE! I lost a musical instrument!!" the yelling of the figure began to stand up, and pointed towards the flesh that was already motionless, looking dead.
Immediately, Dela wanted to explain, but a few lightning bolts struck her body, making her spasm!
"Gciii!!! W-I'm sorry h-servant y-knowledgeable little, Your Majesty! However, there was one person who made barrier magic that I could not even break through when using my entire magic..." Dela quickly explained the situation, before things got worse.
??
"Huummm? The barrier that prevented your attack?" ask the figure earlier.
The man who originally brandished a hand, would cast a larger magic lowering his arm, but still pointed his finger towards Dela's head.
"Continue" he said.
"Alright!" sahut Dela immediately.
That way, Dela told him everything that happened when they tried to storm the city of Eldergale, as well as how the barrier was formed, as well as how it all reflected the magic that Dela had released towards herself.
The man who heard that smiled, and nodded in satisfaction..
"YEA HA HA HA HA!! If it's a matter of strength, I acknowledge you a little! And hearing that there are people who can make the barrier resist your attack, I cannot help myself!!" he shouted with a sharp grin.
"A-ah... W-Then, can I conclude that His Majesty will fight him?" ask Dela again, confirming.
"Kh..." The man slightly clicked his tongue, glancing at Dela.
"You're noisy. I'm going! Let this great me fight him! It's been a long time since I fought with something strong!"
"Oahh!! I can't attack a creature as strong as myself, so all this time I've been bored! At least, maybe this could be an exciting entertainment for me!!" said.
"And also, I must gather sadness, anger, pain, betrayal, despair, and all other negative emotions. To do so, I must kill the Hope."
"Hu hu - hu... I was really looking forward to it..."
"Please come here, Your Majesty." said Dela slowly while remaining down. He carried a dignified looking male figure next to him. That figure was a first-rate Apostle, by the nickname of His Majesty.
With some preparation, the two of them entered into the magic circle, and with a blink of an eye, they left that place.
