Become A Human In Another World

Become A Human In Another World
ACT 2: Chapter 24 - Arriving in the City of Cerida

"Good bye!" I waved at the group that was taking me away. The horse-drawn carriage moved away, leaving the town of Eldergale.

This is the day of my departure to the city of Furyuun. Of course, I already have some specific plans.

We set off in a horse-drawn carriage, with a speed of approximately 20 km/h. Speed is slow to me, but fast enough in this world.

What we mean, is me and the coachman. This driver also knew that I was human, and he still acted as usual with me. Actually, we got each of our family fi servants. But I refused it.

And the officer I met the most was Uncle Kurls. Wellh, you could say he was familiar with me because I sometimes stopped by the stables to unwind after experimenting.

"Uncle! We stopped for a while in Cerida! As usual." I opened a wooden window that separated me from the coachman's part.

"All right, young master. But, don't take the position of coachman again, young master! I feel bad." He scratched the back of his head while recalling.

Ahh, looks like there was that incident, huh? But to be honest, it was a lot of fun to sit in front and control the horse.

"Rejected. I told you not to call me "young master" didn't I? Just call me Ren as usual. I don't like formalities." I answered while pulling my head out the window.

"Uh, if you insist. I won't use much formality with you, Ren." The answer.

"Yes. But, still your initial proposal was rejected, Kurls." I chuckled to see him shake his head.

"That's you once, young master." He said insinuate me. I only responded by punching his shoulder slowly.

Kurs, a very good waiter. He was about 30 years old, with hair combed back and a fairly long mustache. She was wearing formal clothes, arguably she looked like a cafe bartender, but from another world.

Even so, he is a strong man. And since the job was originally a warior, even this trip did not require a guard.

Ahh no! I have my own job!

I refocused myself on my research. I took Zadkiel on my right waist.

"[Buckling]!" I raised my hand up, then on my back appeared an intrinsic circle that had several small circles surrounding it again.

It was quite large, perhaps 50 cm in diameter with a circle of small eye-like circles totaling seven eyes.

It's blackish red, which makes it really cool!

"First!" The circle moved clockwise, and then stopped when one of the small circles aligned with the Zadkiel I was lifting.

With a click, the bullet in Zadkiel changed. I then checked it, and right, the bullet turned into an explosive. I smiled happily.

"Uhhh, it's really amazing! I never thought I'd do it in the real world."

"Now am I going to use an eye patch? Or maybe, I'll make cloning myself into a lot? Ugh, it's gonna be a little awful. But I enjoyed it." I smiled happily as I turned back Zadkiel.

I modified the bullet to Zadkiel, which when I took out the [Zadkiel] skill, I could change the bullet up to 7 times.

What I like the most is the last one, the 7th mode. It was the same as before, with me brandishing the weapon upwards, then mentioning the 7th mode, I could make the space magic from the void space connect here.

And the weapons I put in there, will come out as I wish, all the places I want too.

This could be combined with the bullets from the other 6 bullets, so this was truly incredible.

So, Zadkiel is my greatest invention to date.

***

"Son Ren, we've arrived, lo!" Someone called me when I fell asleep because I was quite tired of everything that was yesterday

Like I said, I need to sleep.

I will not forget that this kingdom discriminates against people.

"Sir Kurs, please take care of the horse for a while. I want a little rest." I said pat her shoulder. He just nodded in agreement.

Alright. I'm here, let's do this quickly.

There's a reason why I wanted to stop in Cerida for a while. This was because Cerida was the trading city of the Kin Kingdom.

And of course, the city is very crowded.

The kingdom has several large cities. The capital, Dowtie, then to the south is Cerida, while to the east from here is the city of Furyuun.

The city of Eldergale is located quite far in the Northwest part of the city of Cerida, and is actually closer to the city of Siene, the border city.

So, when Suzu said she was going to Furyuun, she was going to cross over from the city of Eldergale, which was very far away. It would be very troublesome if I were to circumnavigate this world with a horse carriage later, I should be able to immediately use teleportation magic.

Even though I said that, I have started to be able to use flying magic. It was a modification of the Wind magic.

"alright. As usual, let's go to the Dungeon!" Yep! This is my purpose for coming to Cerida.

Since this was a trading city, monster material materials sold better here. So, I can be adventurous and make money here.

I walked slowly towards my destination. I remember doing this 2 years ago, ever since I was 8.

When I wanted to enter the Dungeon out of curiosity, I had to become an adventurer first. Wellh, I do need money, so it wouldn't hurt to sign up to be an adventurer.

I dreamed of making a company, because the most important thing is information. I want to make a company, but there are moving parts in the shadows.

I need people who work for me to gather information or do certain things.

"Well, thanks to that now I'm a B rank huh? That's easy." I always cleaned the Dungeon up to the middle floor, and brought it over some parts that could be sold.

The monsters here are very weak. They usually come out with just one strike. So, I really like to fight the floor boss.

There were some monsters with parts that could be sold for a great price. I could've hunted him, but the monster respawn mechanism here was pretty slow.

"Maybe today I will increase my ranking, because the reward obtained from the A rank adventurer is greater. Maybe it's time to go down and hunt the minotaur?" I asked myself a question while looking at the guild card.

I watched the tightly guarded entrance of the Dungeon at its door. Because only adventurers can enter.

"Please, please." I gave the adventurer sign card after queuing up, and I kept my hood.

There was a person in an ordinary black suit, added a black mask that covered all parts of his body, from mouth to bottom.

There was a crossed knife behind the black clothes covered with hood, with a long suit and gloves covering the entire body.

This is me. Just a simple disguise technique. A little change in my clothes, and my status. The solo adventurer who uses after black, it is very ordinary and easy to find anywhere.

Now I am a Beast race, with a job as an Assassin. Sure, my level is equivalent to some high-class adventurer, 48.

I set it up so, because Beasts are the closest race to humans. They are very similar, and quite difficult to distinguish except for the fangs in the mouth. That's why I wear a mask to cover my mouth.

But there were some Beast races that were shaped like Half. I honestly want to see it someday.

"A solo adventure, huh? Whoa! Soon you'll be up in the rankings, huh? Congratulations!" The guard patted my back friendly.

"Yahh, that's. Thank you." Thank you." I stepped into the Dungeon alone.

That way. I, Nier a B-class adventurer entered that Dungeon.
