ACT 3: Chapter 39 - Meeting
"[Ice Projectile]! And [Laser]!" the sound of Edna's cry could be heard on the battlefield. Simultaneously, the monsters that came also started to fall.
"Feel this!!!" Ren attacked the monster that had started to weaken with the Azantium sword he had taken from his Inventory. It penetrated and subverted some of those monsters quickly.
But while cutting them down, Ren felt something strange. Like a guilty feeling or a thank you voice from that monster.
In fact, the monster's corpse didn't just disappear. This made Ren even more curious.
"Sir Edna! We're not done!!" ren shouted after returning to focus on the battlefield.
"I know!! [Walls]!!" answer Edna.
A second later, a huge ice wall appeared that blocked the path of the monster. It was a nice diversion, making the monster glance towards Edna.
That was when, Ren used his maximum speed to split the black monster apart.
"Lu-exceptional!" Edna was amazed to see the figure of Ren who could eradicate the monster monster easily. Though they also saw other warriors, consisting of Beasts, having trouble finishing off one of them.
Ren looked up at Edna, and threw his Azantine sword at Edna!
It all happened very quickly, even Edna herself did not have time to react.
GRAAHHH??!!!
The sound of screams from the monster behind Edna, making Edna slowly look and realize how close she is to death.
The sword throw just now had indeed shocked Edna, but she was grateful for that.
"Sir Edna! Are you okay?!" Ren immediately jumped up and came to Edna. Edna sat down for a moment with a stinging breath. His heart rate was irregular, given the incident just now.
"I think I'm okay." replied Edna.
"Don't push yourself, brother Edna. I've also thought of a new plan" Ren said as he clenched his hands, helping Edna stand up.
"Sir Edna please help me from a distance. Please stand on the fence that Edna made. I will jump straight into battle." Ren said with a smile.
Edna slightly objected to hearing that, but seeing Ren's serious expression, she nodded.
"Alright, Ren. I'll support you."
"Good!" Ren immediately cradled and jumped onto the Ice fence that Edna had made. Soon, he will jump again, but is held back by Edna.
"Rin! If it's dangerous, back off!" edna said with a worried face.
"I" Ren was about to joke around a bit, but seeing Edna's seriousness, made him undo his intentions. He simply nodded and held Edna's hand while smiling confidently.
That way, Ren shouts and jumps in against dozens of monsters, who scramble to chase him.
"[Buff up]!!" Edna supported Ren from afar.
Ren's body shone slightly, but his smile grew wider. The ring that accelerated his Agility he wore, and all the gear he now used. This was the best equipment he had!
Ren immediately drew on the bodies of the approaching monsters with his sword, chopping them up.
Many monsters were humanoid, there were also dozens of animal-shaped ones. It came swarming around Ren like there was no end.
But Ren's swordplay was much faster than it all was. Ren only laughed at how sluggish they were when compared to the "King of Hell Bee" he had once fought.
Meanwhile, Kei who was looking from a distance smiled.
"He can be that strong even without magic. He had also not taken out the weapon he had made himself. It's amazing." muttered Kei from above.
"Humm? He hasn't cast his magic yet? And his own weapon? What does Master mean?" ask Cilia curiously.
Kei laughed, then turned his head while raising an eyebrow.
"You might not know, but that kid has 10 times more magic capacity than his Elf partner. He also has a weapon that can reverse the reality of magic in this world."
"Can't be?!!" Cila looked surprised to hear that.
"Yes. He is still not serious about this fight. The fight that risked a kingdom, he has not been serious at all." Kei replied lightly.
When seen, indeed Ren only laughed while dodging and continued to attack using the sword and knife in both hands. His face also did not look like this was a meaningful difficulty.

"DANISH!!!" edna's shout rang out, as the biggest monster that paved the way for the other monsters appeared from deep in the ground, behind Ren. Edna's screams tried to remind Ren, but it was too late.
The monster's huge claw had already floated flying, and Ren had also prepared to hold the blunt part of his sword with his left hand, trying to fend off.
"[Covers]!"
"[Mega Ice]!!"
"[Critical Slash]!!"
"[Rain Arrows]!!"
"[Lightning Spear]!"
"[Thousands Blade]!!"
"And me, [Punishment]!!"
Ren was surprised to hear the name of the skill being shouted from afar, but he was more surprised when he saw a large transparent shield suddenly appear before his eyes, intending to protect him from the monster's huge claws.
But it was instantly destroyed, and Ren still had to receive the claw with the sword in both hands. Ren tilted his sword, for the claws to fall down on the ground.
Just then, a second attack appeared.
An Ice with a diameter of 5 meters flew up, and struck the monster's head. Plus its shining edge, the ice inflicted great damage to the monster.
But soon, Ren sensed danger. He immediately jumped back from the area.
And sure enough, a split second later, a rain of arrows and a rain of swords came welcoming the monster like a torrential rain.
Not until there, a spear-shaped lightning also came and attacked the monster, and ended with a light that descended like the light of judgment.
It produced a huge explosion that actually made a crater around the place.
"That's a crazy destructive force. It almost matched even my [Firebolt Storm]!" Ren was half surprised to mutter softly, sitting watching it all.
"Rin!!! Renn!! Are you okay! Uhhh! I told you to be careful, why don't you do it?!!" Edna immediately came over and tried to pat Ren on the cheek.
He was a little angry that Ren was careless in the battle earlier, making him not detect the danger that was eyeing his life.
"Yes. I'm somehow okay. Thank you for worrying about me." Ren replied with a smile.
Instantly, Edna took a breath of relief. He also gave a slight hug, but when he heard footsteps, Edna let go of his embrace.
Ren and Edna become more alert, we know how many people surround them.
"What do you want? And who are you guys?!" ren asked as he prepared the Azantine sword and the knife in his left hand. Edna also prepared some magic in order to be used directly if needed.
"Well, don't be so tense. We just saved you!!" someone came forward while opening his hand.
"Saving? You mean throwing arrows, swords, lightning, and other magic at me? Huh! Maybe not!" ren said a little mockingly. Everyone there was in pairs, and looked towards the monster again.
The monster was still moving, but it still damaged some other buildings, so they let the monster just like that.
"Well, sorry about that. At the very least, we are comrades fighting against the same enemy. What if we take that?" asked the person, starting out from the shadows and showing his face.
With white hair and a huge sword behind him, the Knight reached out.
"White hair?!" Ren was a little surprised by that.
"Before that, can you introduce your names? I find it hard to trust a person who doesn't mention his name. Ahh, of course I'll mention my name afterwards" Ren said as he continued to strengthen his hand.
"alright then. I'm Alford. The leader of the Seven Knights of Kin kingdom." replied the white-armored Knight named Alford.
"Seven Knights?!" Ren was a little surprised.
