ACT 5: Chapter 11 - Talks
Inside a room in the Li Family Home....
"There seems to be a lot of things you want to say, don't you, Yuan Yi?" jian Koo asked with a smile plastered on his face. But even a 5-year-old can tell that he is not smiling from his heart. Precisely to say, his eyes sent a terrifying gaze.
Jian Koo sat down, cross-legged as he looked at Yuan Yi who had just entered, making Yuan Yi again straighten his back.
"I'll explain everything. So please give me a chance!!" Immediately, Yuan Yi jumped up, and lowered her head, #no. Kowtow with solemnity.
"Good! That will speed things up!" jian Koo replied looking pleased.
That way, Yuan Yi told her all, how she searched for materials lacking, and went through a small path, until meeting with bandits and Liu Xiu, which made her usable by Liu Xiu.
All of those stories made Yuan Yi look pitiful, and some additions were made to make Yuan Yi look like a victim.
"Therefore, please don't add to my training menu!!" said Yuan Yi pleading.
Jian Koo slightly analyzed all of Yuan Yi's stories. After all, Yuan Yi was his grandson. He knew Yuan Yi's attitude inside out, so in some parts that Yuan Yi added to, he knew.
"Humm, that's mostly true, isn't it? It was quite convincing, so I will think about it." replied Jian Koo.
It made Yuan Yi lift her face, and breathed a sigh of relief.
"But I can't seem to be a little foolhardy about you telling me a hereditary secret that only our family knows. I might be able to ease your punishment a bit." continued Jian Koo.
A hint of grievance was heard clearly from Yuan Yi's mouth, which was also slightly lashed out slowly.
"No, Grandpa! I am so happy just because Grandfather will reconsider my punishment!!" replied Yuan Yi who again lowered her head.
It made Jian Koo nod slowly, then put his hand back on his chin, thinking.
("But, about his life energy. It was so incredible that it got to a terrible stage. I don't even know what to do with him. If it's sharpened, I don't know what he can do. Perhaps "Shen Long" would be considered a baby by him.") Jian Koo thought.
He thought of several things, and mentioned a new name, which had the nickname "Shen Long".
"So Grandpa, what is Grandpa going to do with her? He asked to become a disciple and learn this martial art. And will grandfather accept her?" ask Yuan Yi.
It slightly broke the silence, and Yuan Yi also intended to distract.
But Yuan Yi also meant to be serious about this question. It made the atmosphere that was there instantly become heavy, with Jian Koo who was seen pondering what Yuan Yi said.
"You're right. Personally, I want to keep an eye on him. But, it's none of my business anymore. I'm just taking care of you now. And for the greater thing, I'm handing it over to your father. He has the right to decide this." replied Jian Koo.
Yuan Yi flinched softly, and turned her attention to the side, slightly clucking.
Jian Koo also did not comment on anything, which deemed Yuan Yi's behavior normal to him.
"That means everything's gonna get more complicated, right?" ask Yuan Yi.
"Yes. It's only known to the successor of this family, but it's a little problematic in your father. Well, let us pray that nothing bad happens." replied Jian Koo
