Chapter III Chapter 104

Marzar jumped with his greatsword ready to split Alice's body in half but Fee immediately blocked the sharp iron blade blankly.

"Let the mother and the child finish their business. How about you play with me first." Fee Say.

Marzar was surprised to see Fee holding his greatsword bare-handed. No matter how tough the skin and flesh of the savage beast race was, it was impossible until they could withstand such a powerful sword attack.

The two then jumped back and took some distance.

"[Dragon's Pride ] [Flame Blade ]" Marzar shouted out his abilities.

Dragon's Pride is a special ability of the dragon race. Not only were their strength and speed increasing but also an aura of dominance capable of suppressing opponents weaker than them. Unfortunately that effect doesn't apply to Fee.

While Flame Blade itself was an advanced version of Sword Aura, where users coated their weapons with Mana and turned that Mana into a basic element within themselves. Now Marzar's sword blade was enveloped in a burning flame.

"Alice, this one just leave it to me." Said Fee.

Marzar ran with his great sword. He swung the sword with one hand so lightly towards Fee's neck. Fee shifted his legs back slightly to avoid the slash.

Marzar then twisted his body to make the next slash become stronger and further.

The strength and speed of his attacks were not playful. In fact, from his swing alone it could be seen that his mediocre-looking sword technique was much better and purposeful than Kyrant.

Fee immediately lowered his head. Waves of strong winds from Marzar's attack made his hair blow.

"You have the same appearance as the red-haired dragon before. Is he...your son?"

Both eyes of Marzar were wide. As usual, Fee tried to mess up the rhythm of his opponent's fight with his provocative attitude.

"The attack is so weak. I even thought that he was the adopted son from whom the dragons grew up. You know, how was his face when I was withstanding all his attacks? He looks ridiculous." Fee continued to ramble while avoiding the hot sword blade that came at him.

His words did not seem to have much effect on Marzar. The old dragon turned out to be more experienced and could manage his feelings in a fight. Marzar continued to attack Fee with a stable tempo.

"Boring." Fee clucking. "Alright, then we fight seriously."

Instantly his attitude that had just dodged changed. Fee now fends off Marzar's sword which leads to his right abdomen. Although the sharp blade was actually hot but Fee's expression looked like he didn't feel it at all. In reality, Fee's skin was stronger than the dragon's scales.

Fee then raised his fist and Marzar immediately parried with his other hand.

Marzar dragged back. Only with one strike was able to push him that a dragon. Marzar flutters his numb hand for resisting Fee's blow.

"You're strong. I thought you were just good at babbling. With an opponent like you. I guess I should start getting serious, too."

Marzar's evolved. His appearance changed, not much different from Kyrant's. Only, he had two pairs of large wings with four horns on his head and his body was slightly larger than Kyrant's.

"I have to admit. This lizard has several abilities. Unfortunately, you're still nothing compared to that human girl." Inner Fee as he looked at the Mana waves emanating from Marzar's body using his Clairvoyance ability.

"really? What about this attack. Fee stomped his feet, quickly he was in front of Marzar. Marzar immediately flicked his arm. Unfortunately what he attacked was just a hollow shadow, Fee had been on the reverse side preparing to kick Marzar's back.

Marzar's reaction was so quick. His instincts helped him to know where the danger was coming, he dispelled Fee's kick with his great sword

The loud thump and air pressure that escaped from the clash of Fee's sword and foot were so loud in the room.

Fee leapt back pushing his body using Marzar's sword as a foothold, he twisted his body in midair. On landing, Fee locks Marzar's legs with his shadow abilities and creates a large black wolf-shaped shadow that appears from below and engulfs Marzar.

Fee paused for a moment when he saw Marzar in his thick black shadow. "Heh, don't pretend, I know you're fine in there." Fee knew that such an attack was not so powerful as to pierce through the scales of a dragon.

A sword of fire slashed the shadow from within. "Wolf boy, your fighting ability is indeed great. Not only your defense but also your attack power and speed are so strong and shrewd. It is only fitting that my son does not dwell before you. But you know, you still have nothing in my eyes. Haha."

Marzar raised his sword as high as he could, then struck the ground with his sword which made the pillars of fire appear one by one towards Fee.

Fee jumped to the side but as he dodged, Marzar had been behind him. Once again Marzar swung his sword from the right side but Fee was so agile that Marzar was caught a second time in Fee's trick. What he slashed this time was just a pitch-black shadow.

"Stop moving around like a monkey. Go ahead and face me!"

Marzar is a little upset. Other than Fee easily dodging his attacks, he did not even know why, his opponent seemed to be able to read his movements.

Fee laughed short, then smiled cynically. He was quite happy to play with his son before and now he is playing with his father. "If only the girl hadn't prevented me from killing you. I've shredded those bones and meat." Fee complained in his mind.

The secret that Marzar does not know why his attack was easily thwarted by Fee is due to Fee's Clairvoyance ability to see the future.

Before Marzar made his move, Fee had seen where the dragon was going to direct its attack.

"Your friend isn't bad."

"really? Should I thank you for the compliment?"

Echidna narrowed her eyes, with a flick of her finger once again fire spears suddenly created just like that in the air.

Alice raised her head to look at the attack. As the spear shot out rapidly, Alice avoided it shrewdly.

Then, Echidna once again made a magic circle before him so easily. A very hot flame was directed straight at Alice. Alice was already quite busy with the spear that fell on her head not having time to dodge the flames. He had to coat his sword with Qi and split the flame.

"Lumayan." Echidna. Then he smiled cynically.

This time he used both hands. Echidna spread both her hands to the side where briefly dozens of magic circles appeared behind her.

"Humans, dance before this Queen."

Fire arrows shot out from the magic circle and rained down on Alice.

Alice avoided as much as possible. With the help of her sword Alice also restrained and cut the fire arrows that came at her. He dodged beautifully and so shrewdly twisted his body in the air while swinging his sword right at the attack that led to him.

Echidna did not expect the movements of the female deemon before her to be so agile. Not a single arrow imprinted on him, not even a piece of cloth that his enemy was wearing, was seen to be torn or burnt.

"It's so stubborn. Hmh!" Echidna frowned.

In just a very short time, Echidna disappeared from her place and stood before Alice. His movements were so fast that they were even faster than Fee and Marzar.

"Stubborn woman, get ruined!" Echidna gathered the Mana in her palm and turned it into a fire element. His hands blazing with burning fire. He then pointed his fist at the ground right in front of Alice.

Shocks and explosions sent the ground crashing into the air into rubble. Luckily, before he was blown into the air, he immediately noticed the energy changes around Echidna. Alice covered her face with her sword blade and Qi energy.

Alice stood on one of the rubble. He saw Echidna from the sky.

Then he kicked the small rocks around him towards Echidna. Alice leaped onto every piece of debris and kicked it towards Echidna.

Echidna easily crushed the rocks. He was infuriated by the feeble attack that kept blocking his sight. Echidna pointed one of her palms at Alice and instantly a large magic circle formed.

Alice realized Echidna's agitation, she would definitely attack him with large-scale magic. "Even when your memory returns, you're still careless."

As Echidna shot out her fire magic, Alice had left behind a shadow of herself using [Mirror Mirror] one of the abilities of her ice Qi, which was to make a figure of herself from the chunks of ice.

Alice was standing next to Echidna. As the corner of her eye saw the object that suddenly appeared beside her, Echidna's Eye was wide-eyed, she immediately canceled her magic but Alice was one second faster than him.

Alice hit the left side of Echidna's rib cage with the base of her sword, then she lowered her head slightly and directed her palm full of Qi energy fitting in the heart of Echidna.

"Even for people who have lived thousands of years, you simply don't have much fighting experience."

The two attacks were already strong enough to fly an adult dragon but Alice knew how powerful her daughter was.
