Chapter III Chapter 83

The man deemon walked slowly, stared blankly at Rose, then he stood before her. He glanced at Echidna and Alice. He was a little surprised until he raised a little bit of his eyebrows when he saw Alice who was still fine. From the beginning of his plan, he had calculated that the dragon race was indeed not that easy to be crippled especially for someone like Echidna. The man thought that he and his men only needed to fight Echidna. Alice's condition that was still fine was a little deviated from her plan.

The man's deemon narrowed his eyes then looked at Alice bored and cynical. He didn't even pay attention to Rose standing beside Alice.

"Sister! Ye...Cecilion Nemea, my brother isn't he?" Rose asked firmly with anxious hope in her mind.

The man glanced at Rose at a glance yet he did not care. His eyes only saw Echidna. He straightened his hand forward and immediately the surrounding deemon troops moved in attack.

Alice felt that Rose was already powerless to fight due to the smoke. He could not be inferior and hide his strength. Alice thought it hard that the goal of the deemons in front of her was her daughter.

Alice pulled out her sword and in an instant made the air around her turn cold. The man snorted and smiled sinisterly at the technique that Alice had unleashed.

"Stop them." his orders made his men more agile and killed them more powerful.

Echidna who had been sitting and observing the atmosphere immediately got up and jumped up standing in front of Alice. "Don't think I'd let you hurt my mom. You're the pests who don't know your position."

"I've guessed this. Do it!" Once again the Cecilion command was resolute and gave rise to three people with powers equivalent to a level 7 mage.

All three appeared suddenly from above and were like a disaster to Echidna. The three powerful deemons were as if carrying magic arrays that curbed his power.

Echidna looked at the three deemons surrounding him in annoyance. "Ugh..!" His body grew heavier and slowly became powerless. "Ma.md.." Her eyes glanced at Alice's face. Slowly his eyes darkened and Echidna fainted.

Alice did not stay silent and immediately wanted to behead one of the deemons to damage their magic array. But the other deemons did not let him. Alice's sword was restrained, she leapt back and was forced away as the deemon holding her blew himself up.

Alice clicked her tongue. Meanwhile, Rose tries to protect the unconscious residents of the deemon from the suicide blast with her power. From her expression, Rose looked even more exhausted. He slowly got up and looked at Cecilion furiously mixed in confusion.

"Sister! What does all this mean? Why are you doing this? Answer sis!"

Cecilion closed his eyes for quite a while then looked at Rose.

" Roselyn Nemea, my sister. You're so naive. All these years I've seen so many things in this world." He walked up to Echidna who had fainted after losing all the energy in her body. "I saw what you never saw. Peace for all the races you fought is nothing but nonsense."

Rose's face became sad, her mouth opened but there was not a single word she could utter. His feelings are still mixed. He could not believe what he had just heard.

"I don't understand what you're saying. Brother, didn't you ever want to make this world more beautiful. What about our promise at that time?"

"rose. All races have forgotten how powerful the real deemon races are. Thousands of years or hundreds of years ago. It was the demon king of the deemon race who subdued them with his terror."

"Not that brother hates him. You said that time that the world would be better if filled with a cheerful smile not with fear." Rose's Tepis soon.

"Dame!" Shouted Alice. But when he shifted his eyes. Again a deemon gets in his way. With seven deemons of power like a level 6 mage. Alice could not move freely, plus she was inside a shop. If she unleashed her power on a large scale, then there would be many casualties while Alice saw Rose protecting them.

Alice had slashed the deemons one by one but with a body structure and mana energy that was much stronger than a human. His attack did not result in any serious injuries to incapacitate them. Alice tried another method of making them stop moving and it worked. After freezing the deemons, Alice immediately approached Cecilion. However, the last deemon who blocked him broke free from his technique and suddenly blew himself up. "By Him the Great!"

Alice was getting upset. He's back on the back foot. "He doesn't even care about his subordinates." Mumbled Alice.

For Cecilion, for the sake of his goal to be achieved. Sacrifice was a worthy thing in his eyes.

"Only a force can conquer them and unite this world. Since that day. I realized how weak I was. Rose, you'll find out what I mean. It's all thanks to that guy who opened my eyes and made it so much stronger.

Rose shook her head quickly. "No. You do not understand brother. And who is that person you mean?!"

Kyrant tore off a piece of paper with a circle pattern in the middle which turned out to be a teleportation magic array. Accompanied by Kyrant, Cecilion also stood in the center of the magic circle while looking at Echidna in Kyrant's arms.

Cecilion raised his hand forward. Alice became panicked when she saw the deemons fighting her suddenly stop moving. Alice felt an irregular surge of energy emerge from within their bodies.

"They wanted to blow themselves up. Rose!" Alice immediately called Rose.

Rose understood Alice's call. He also felt the same way and immediately made a protector for himself and the people inside the store.

When Cecilion's subordinates exploded. Rose was as strong as possible to survive to protect the other deemons.

Alice thrust her sword furiously onto the floor. He saw the last remnant where Cecilion stood before they disappeared.
