Chapter IV Chapter 162

For the second time Alice again plumbed into the sea of soul consciousness belonging to Elysia and deeper.

The same view, unchanged. A dark place full of gloom.

Alice glanced in all directions and saw the figure of Elysia who was asleep while bending her back and covering her knees with both arms.

In that transparent sphere he seemed to close himself away from anything that could hurt him. He must have been asleep for a long time in here. That's how Alice thought.

Alice's hair suddenly stood up as she wanted to touch the ball that locked Elysia away.

"I didn't think you could even get in here." A mysterious black shadow figure stood behind him.

"Hoooh... Is that your true form?" Alice asked coldly without looking at it.

Alice just wanted to look at the face of the elf girl for a bit longer. If Erebos wanted to make small talk, he did not have time to serve him.

"No. You mortal beings do not deserve to see my true form which is a God." Reply Erebos with a haughty tone.

His arrogant attitude and tone of speech, Alice smiled thinly because she already knew that the figure behind her was Erebos who she had been looking for all this time.

"Humans... What makes you so arrogant before this God? Just because you have a little ability, do you think that you deserve to stand on equal footing with this God?"

Alice rolled her eyeballs lazily accompanied by an ******breath. That sentence is a cliche. Alice had, even she had heard the immortals in her previous life say that.

"Even if they are to bow down under my knees."

"This god can give you two choices. Be wise to think, there is no loss that this God has to offer you." Erebos paused for a moment. He was slightly upset that Alice looked indifferent to him which was the highest entity in the world. Though she had already taken out her God Aura to suppress the girl's soul, Alice looked fine.

"First, go. Leave this place and leave this elf girl to me. Second, come with me. This god offers a place for you as a concubine. You can gain strength, power and glory. Easy right? Standing above thousands of people but bowing to only one person. You just have to smile spoiled and warm ran-"

The haughty smile and his sentence were interrupted as Alice incised a wound on her cheek with sword Qi.

Alice turned. He glared at Erebos and said. "Stop talking, you disgust me. As long as I've lived, I've met people like you, but only this time I've seen someone as humiliating as you. Did you go up into the sky, you leave your veins of shame?"

The harsh innuendo was very obvious in his ears. Alice actually stepped on Erebos' self-esteem.

Erebos' body trembled with anger. His brows frowned loudly and his eyes seemed to be reddened by the flames of mounting anger.

In the presence of a human whom he considered insignificant, for the umpteenth time the young girl trampled on him.

Erebos clenched his teeth. With a stiff mouth he said while nodding. "Good! If that's what you want!"

Erebos released his soul energy to suppress Alice. This time the pressure he exuded was much stronger than before. But who would have thought, Alice smiled sinisterly and relaxed in the face of those powerful energy waves.

Erebos clucked in annoyance.

"I don't know what kind of trick you're using. But it's useless that you try. I instilled a stigma on him. The symbol of this God has been attached to it. In other words, he was a messenger from the Evil God."

"Stigma?" Alice turned to look at Elysia's body carefully.

True Erebos said, a prism symbol and a circle as well as some strange writing on the back of Elysia's hand.

"I can feel a strong evil energy emanating from that symbol. But if it's just like that, I think I can purify it. My present strength is not enough to eliminate it." Mumbled mind.

Alice turned back to Erebos and said. "You're right. But what a pity, with such a weak symbol I can handle it."

Erebos covered his face with his palm while laughing out loud. "Discern. A weak human like you wants to remove the stigma from this God? You know, there's a limit to being arrogant. You better realize yourself first."

Alice lifted both shoulders. "Heh, believe it or not it's up to you. For now, I just need to get you out of here."

Alice pointed one of her palms at Erebos

[The Soul Extinction]

A stream of Qi energy that fused with his soul force smashed into Erebos' body.

"Kuh! Ugh!" Erebos strengthened his legs and held back the energy waves that hit him with both arms. The wave dragged him back. "He really wanted to throw me out of this elf girl's body. Damnit damnit! Can't! I am a God. My power is greater than her."

Erebos also maximized his soul energy so that he did not fall out of the sea of Elysia's soul. That energy he got from his main body that was currently somewhere hidden. "Man! Nay! Play around! with this God!" Erebos managed to break the energy wave that hit him.

He chuckled and put on a mocking smile.

Alice predicted that.

He was someone who had once been called immortal. He had thousands of techniques in his head and of course that was included with hundreds of soul techniques.

Alice clasped her index and middle fingers.

[Soul Array Formation]

A circle of luminous formation arrays suddenly appeared under Erebos' feet.

Erebos did not know what kind of magic the human girl was doing. Yet he felt a sense of danger coming from the strange circles under his feet.

Soon he wanted to escape. But when Alice unleashed the next technique, Erebos' body was fixated right in the center of the circle

[Soul Restraint Blade]

A radiant sword appeared and each was stuck on the eight sides of the circle. Erebos thrashed to free himself but he was completely unable to move.

"What kind of "magic is this? I'm the one who's a God can't even let go." His mind. "What are you doing man?" Ask Erebos firmly.

"I told you before, I'm gonna get you out of this place. Before I just wanted to kick you out but since you're stubborn enough, then I decided to just eliminate you."

Alice pushed both fingers forward. In a short time. The circle docked, turning into a chain that wrapped around Erebos' body completely.

There were eight swords left that were still stuck in the previous place.

Erebos clenched his teeth. "Take me off right now before you regret it. You won't be able to bear the anger of this God!"

Leisurely and as if indifferently Alice replied "Really? Then I'll wait for you another day."

Alice's two fingers got closer and closer as well as the chain that wrapped around Erebos.

"Ugh! Ahhhhh!"

Just this time a God seemed to be screaming in pain because of humans. Erebos had misjudged Alice. From the beginning he had mistakenly thought and all his plans were really mere expectations.

"Immortal or God though, I don't care. As long as you hurt the people I love, then no matter how strong you are. My sword won't blunt until I kill you."

Alice then pulled her two fingers in front of her chest quickly and that was how the eight swords flew into Erebos' body.

"Man!" The black shadow figure slowly eroded bit by bit. "Just wait...." The fragment of Erebos' soul disappeared.

"Well, it's finally done. Unfortunately I couldn't extract a single piece of information from him. As I sealed it with the Soul Array Formation, I secretly searched for a memory in his soul. Even if it's just a little, I wish I could find something in his memory. But I didn't get anything at all. His soul just now was just an empty shard. Is it possible that he realized my actions and immediately protected his memory? Hm..."

Alice then looked at Elysia. Then he touched the transparent sphere with his palm and channeled his pure energy.

When the ball disappeared, Alice immediately grabbed Elysia. "Mom finally found you." Alice smiled with relief. The anxiety and uneasiness that had previously lingered and enveloped his heart was now gone.

By finding the core of Elysia's soul and body, the world of memory will soon find its end.

"This stigma yes.., I will purify it for you." He said softly and then he grabbed Elysia's hand.

Alice closed her eyes, she channeled her soul energy into Elysia. Little by little the symbol began to fade and the air from the black energy emanating from it had also disappeared.

"This is all I can do for you. Now I'll be waiting for you out there. Elysia, wake up and open your eyes." Alice gently rubbed Elysia's cheek. He brushed the hair on Elysia's forehead to the side and gently kissed her forehead.
