When Alice touched the elf woman's hand, a magic circle appeared abruptly. The magic circle extends to cover her.
"What?! Lusty!" Alice was too late to let go of her hand. He and the elf woman disappeared from that place.
Nyx was surprised by what happened. Furious he asked Erebos. "What did you do to him?"
"You don't have to worry, I just moved them to the deepest part of this tree. Well, at least for now." His reply then chuckled withstanding his laughter.
"The deepest part of Yggdrasil?" Nyx frowned.
"It would be easy for me to absorb his energy. He and the elf woman had been caught in an illusion. Once they lose their spirit in life because of the dreams they see, then that's when their soul will be mine." Erebos ended his sentence with a laugh.
Nyx smiled cynically then said. "It's just an illusion? Do you think Alice can't handle it? You'd be surprised to see him break your illusion so easily."
Erebos raised both his eyebrows at Nyx's words. Is that how trusting he is in that human girl? "It's precisely because I'm sure how strong the girl's soul is that I gave her the worst nightmare she's ever had." Erebos propped up his chin with his palm, casually he again said. "My magic just makes them sink into the worst memory they have. I don't know what they're really going through in that illusion."
Nyx wanted to withdraw her words. He looked at the last place Alice stood. "Alicia.I hope you're okay."

When she opened her eyes, Alice only saw endless darkness. His feet looked for a way out. "I don't feel anything around me." He muttered after he released his soul consciousness.
Not knowing where it came from, a luminous circle suddenly appeared before him. Alice approached the circle. "Is it a trap or a way out? Her inner question hesitantly glanced towards the circle that was like a portal.
As he stepped into that portal-like circle. The bright glare made him spontaneously close his eyes. When she opened her eyes again, Alice saw hundreds of thousands of troops in front of her. He was stupefied with confusion. Alice glanced to the left and to the right trying to catch what was going on and where she was right now.
"This familiar sight was when I led my troops to conquer the barbarians of the northern lands."
Alice was more astonished because what she saw was her past. Something that has happened in a previous life.
Let alone making a sound, his body could not even move. It was as if he could only watch the incident for real.
War, fierce fighting, bloodshed. Alice sees the victim and those closest to her dead one by one. That feeling of despair was so real that it pierced his heart. His people who were also victims because of the war that raged for five days really made many casualties.
He could only watch and could do nothing even though he currently knew what was going to happen in the future.
The hurt and heartache he felt really pulled him into despair.
After the war ended, dark past events then came to change. One by one, Alice again watched the people closest to her leave. Forcibly he could neither look back nor close his eyes.
That's hurtful. That's how he should feel. But gradually, he began to understand.
"I know it's just an illusion, but all those memories are real. Regret will not make a change. What happened back then was probably part of the black ink of a destiny."
Alice lowered her head and stood on her cramped knees. He wiped his tears that had been soaked since. Whether it was his sister, his disciples or his brothers in arms. Alice learns to strengthen her heart and let go of the past.
In that endless darkness, he began to come to his senses and slowly tried to get up and release himself from the shackles of the illusion.
"Where there's a meeting there'll be a farewell..."
Those things should not be an obstacle in his life. Not anymore, those memories would hinder his cultivation. The heart demon that once gnawed at her heart and made it difficult for her to break through to the next stage, Alice had come to her senses and accepted everything.
What he had been looking for he had found the answer in his third life.
Beautiful memories of his mother, his father and Iris as well as all the employees of the Strongfrot residence as well as the people he had met made him rise. They seemed to reach out their hands and pull him from the dark abyss.
"Not at this time. I'll do it once this matter is over." Her speech.
Alice patted both of her cheeks hard to sound. He shook his head and walked back.
He knew he was still in Yggdrasil and he still had to fulfill his promise to Helian as well save the elven woman he had just seen.
"Man.come here...follow.I..." A small ball of sparkling golden light suddenly appeared hovering before his eyes.
"This voice.he called me at the time." Unmistakably, that familiar voice was the one he had heard while he was in the Lost Forest. A foreign voice that only he was hearing.
The light moved away, hovering like it was waiting for him. Alice followed the light.
"Follow.me.." The word sound that comes from that light.
Alice continued walking until she saw the figure of the elven woman in the midst of the darkness.
The body of the silver-haired elf woman was encompassing a golden ball of light. It seems he's protecting her.
"What's that..?" Alice slowly approached and a warm feeling of pure energy began to be felt.
"That is the core of the Yggdrasil tree, son of man."
"Come Yggdrasil?"
"really. I am Sylph. A king of the spirits and also the guardian of the Yggdrasil tree. Son of man, can I ask for your help?" Sylph.
"Tell me, I'll listen to you."
"As you can see. Yggdrasil's energy continued to be absorbed out and it was this elf woman who was trying to keep Yggdrasil alive at the expense of his Mana energy. I don't know until when those parasitic monsters will continue to absorb Yggdrasil's energy but, I can sense that the Mana in this woman's body is gradually getting weaker."
"Yes. I can feel it too. Then, what do I have to do to save her?"
"Before you save this tree. I need you to help this woman first. He was currently under the influence of illusion magic. With my current strength, even I can't free him."
It does. Alice also felt that the life force of the elf woman was getting weaker. The illusion magic was definitely one of the magic abilities of Erebos.
But...what did he see until he could not release himself from the illusion magic?
"The cowardly god. He never even showed himself and only used sneaky means." Alice was upset in her heart.
All this time Alice had encountered many people who were drowning in her influence. Even his family was almost injured due to his cunning as well.
"Erebus.....I really want to see you soon!" Speak her mind while clenching her teeth.
"All right." Alice answered Sylph.
"Thank you son of man." Then Sylph's voice just vanished.
"Hmm? Has he left already? He didn't even tell me how to save her."
Alice paused for a moment to think, and then lifted her shoulders. "Then, I'll do it myself." Then he reached out his hand to the elf woman and touched the elf woman's forehead with his index finger.
