Chapter III Chapter 80

The man exerted all his strength to escape the pressure of Alice's aura. The man then raised his fist which he had covered with mana. Alice dodged, the man's fist missed and released his mana energy in the air. When his attack failed, the man then shouted loudly like the roar of a ferocious animal.

[ Wars! Crying! ][ Rampage! ]

His body was suddenly enveloped by a burning mana energy. Her veins became tense all over her body but that was not what caught Alice's attention. Alice narrowed her eyes and saw the enormous mana turmoil emanating from the man before her.

"False woman! Do you know what mistake you made, huh?!" He said firmly and in a bluffing tone.

Alice did not budge at all even her facial expression remained the same. Because of the pressure of the aura that had just exploded, Echidna who was far away from them felt it, then she quickly stood up and ran towards the place.

Meanwhile, after the man escaped from Alice's pressure and was able to move freely. He launched punches and kicks repeatedly on Alice. Unfortunately, none of his attacks managed to touch Alice. Even so Alice did not underestimate the man who was fighting her. A single attack resulting from that man could destroy such a sturdy dungeon wall. Although the movement that the man had was simple and predictable, but Alice had to be careful with the explosive force of which lump was on her fist.

The man's attack was the same as the sword aura possessed by a Sword Master capable of using mana to coat his sword and slash it from a distance.

The more the man attacked the more annoyed he was made by Alice. The woman he thought was weak continued to dodge as if she knew where she was going to attack next.

"Stop dodging and accept this attack of mine!" Shouts growled.

Alice grunted in wonder. "Has her case, she lost her mind? Which person would stay silent if he knew he was going to get hit?." His mind mocked the man.

"Mama!" The voice of Echidna was heard quite close from that place.

Upon arriving at the place where the powerful energy wave was coming from, Echidna found a man facing his mother. In his eyes, the man was enveloped in a dense energy and he felt hatred and killing intent from the man aimed at his mother.

The man turned around and looked at Echidna. He was flushing his tongue out. "Damn!" The man then took out something from his pocket which was a teleportation magic scroll.

Seeing a small portal gate emerge from behind the man, Alice's premonition was uneasy. He quickly moved to hold the man back but unfortunately, the small portal was so quick to pull the man away and he simply vanished.

Alice paused for a moment and looked at her empty hand. He opened his palm twice, then clenched it and squeezed it tightly. Someone's after his daughter. Her thought. His anger was nurturing bit by bit.

When the day has become so dark that people are asleep in their sleep. Alice leaned her head against the window while looking at Echidna who was sleeping so soundly. He was still awake, besides thinking about his way home, Alice also had to find out about the person watching him.

"He must be very tired after training." He muttered as he smiled faintly looking at Echidna.

Alice stood up while folding both her hands in front of her chest and lowered her head. He breathed his long breath.

"You Nian! You Nian!"

Alice raised her head in surprise when she heard someone calling her. He had just daydreamed for a while and came to a realization when the voice called out to him from inside his head.

"Yes. I've been calling you since, but you didn't answer. What are you thinking?"

Alice answered Nyx's voice inwardly. "I'm just thinking of someone who's after my daughter."

Above the lake is so clear with a cool atmosphere that calms the heart. Nyx was sitting in a small gazebo while enjoying the view of the blue ocean in front of her.

"P-daughter?!" She was surprised to hear Alice to the point that she had to stand up from her chair. "The feeling that she was still a young girl, how could she already have a daughter? How many years have I been willing to restore myself." Nyx was astonished and wondered at herself.

"Whatever you have in mind. That's not all right." Alice's timpal because of Nyx who was suddenly silent. Alice knew for sure a Nyx was thinking a no-no about her. He always concluded something so far away.

"Oh yeah, forget about that. I'll ask for your explanation later. Right now there's something I want to tell you and it's very important."

Alice narrowed her eyes. What information is that? Nyx who is a Dark Goddess certainly does not bring a useless information. Especially when he said it was important.

Alice closed her eyes and went into the sea of consciousness. He's meeting Nyx soon.

"Sit down." Nyx said, and Alice sat in front of her.

The two of them are facing each other and look serious. Nyx folded both her wrists on the table. He started to make a sound. "I feel an energy that is not foreign."

"When?" Alice answered spontaneously very briefly.

"About two days ago and today."

Alice's eyes moved to her left and forehead while thinking. He tried to draw so many events in his memory to draw a conclusion.

"At first I thought that maybe it was just my feeling because the strength was recovering which made me more sensitive to what was around me, I mean. But, when that feeling of energy came up again earlier, I was sure that there was someone out there who was related to that person."

"That guy..? Whatchu mean...Erebus?"

Nyx nodded which meant Alice's guess was correct. However, just as Nyx told her back then. Erebos was an Evil God and, of course, an Evil God had a stronger energy than any other ordinary creature. How could he not realize it? Does Echidna have anything to do with Erebus?

Alice looked at Nyx seriously. "How powerful would an actual God be if they brought their maximum power into this world?" His mind.

A hint of disappointment surfaced in his heart. He compares himself to Nyx. Although not in his original body but the strength of the current Nyx is so far from him. What if one day he really faced the Evil God when his strength was not much.

Alice thought that she should quickly increase her cultivation back to what she was in her prime.
