It was still clear how the monsters were wiped out in his mind. The scene was so terrifying when a dragon burned down the monsters that came attacking the city. The incident was not even worth mentioning as a battle but it was more suitable to say it was a massacre.

The monsters were extremely small in comparison to a dragon that suddenly appeared from the sky before them. His strength made their mentality chaotic and they lost their combat spirit due to fear. Their resistance faltered, and in the end, when their leader died at the dragon's hands, they ran away.

As much as possible they moved away from the reach of the dragon, but he did not let them leave just like that. A full burst from him and he wiped out all the monsters before him.

Kyrant turned around, walking closer to the fortress. When he saw the figure of a human girl with a faintly familiar smell on her nose. He asked the girl. "Human. As expected, you have the same smell as that woman. What is your name and what is your relationship with him?"

Marianne clenched her sword grip. In case the dragon was actually his enemy, he would at least fight it even if he knew that he had no chance of defeating it. He only needed to buy some time so that the others could save themselves if that was the case.

Kyrant looked at Marianne's face without a single comment. The surrounding people were a little panicked especially Liliana who was standing next to him. Their breath stopped instantly because of Marianne's bravery.

How could the Princess do that all of a sudden? What if the dragon gets angry and kills us all?

The dragon race was already known for their arrogant personalities due to their strength that far surpassed other races. Even the elves had never thought of entering their territory.

People did not think that Princess Marianne was so brave to pull her clothes.

Kyrant then glanced down where Marianne's hand pulled her shirt.
