"If I attack originally, it will definitely not hit the real one. With their appearance exactly the same as this, I guess even the arrow controller's auto-target system won't be able to figure out which Rudolf is the real one," Yamamura's inner self. "So, the only way is ... jump!!"
With a swift movement, all the surrounding Rudolfs charged towards Yamamura. However, they immediately stopped once Yamamura jumped up to dodge.
"Why did they stop? Oh, aye. If they continued to advance and collide with each other, it would inflict damage so that all the fake Rudolf disappeared and it would be immediately discovered which one was the real one."
Suddenly, all of Rudolf raised his head and shot out a red laser from their eyes.
"O-Oi!! If it's in the air, right, so it can't move freely!!!" There was panic on Yamamura's face.
"Where, huh?! I don't have a shield or anything that can be used as a reflector. My sword was thrown off as well. The only way was to mess up the direction of the laser attack by injuring one of them!! But, the time is not enough to put an arrow in the bow, take into account the accuracy, and shoot it!!"
"Ah, you fool, I did!! Throw it directly with your hands, like a javelin throwing sport!!"
The boy raised an arrow in his palm and grasped it, then threw it as fast as lightning toward the eye of one of Rudolf's shadows obliquely so as not to be obstructed by the laser, while hoping the gust of storm wind did not cause the arrow to miss. The monster deer whose eyes were pierced by arrows roared and the laser direction missed. He injured his friend, then his body vanished without a trace. His friend did the same. The backlash continued until all of Rudolf's shadows disappeared.
"Hooo's. So his invisible body armor couldn't stand the attacks of his fellow monster deer, huh ...." Yamamura sat down once again. "That was the weakness of his shadow illusion technique. That move could be the master's eating weapon if it's not well controlled."
"Eh?!"
"Aargh!!!"
Yamamura groaned in pain. A stray laser has injured the back of his right shoulder. Fortunately, the laser was just grazing.
"Urghs!! Shit!!" his gerrick. "I thought this was not a good strategy. But, at least in this way it can be found out which one is real."
He landed on the snowy ground while holding onto his injured shoulder and looked at Rudolf who had already lost half of his horn due to the stray laser attack from his shadow. An elongated sablet wound appeared on his back.
"It looks like you're hurt" Yamamura said with a smile.
"Don't express yourself as if you've won, you fool" Rudolf said. "You're hurt too, aren't you?"
"Indeed, but .. I still have a strategy."
"What other strategy can you do, suck?! Just accept your death!!!" exclaimed Rudolf as he charged towards Yamamura.
"She prefers to ram rather than shoot a laser, meaning that Red Gleam's stance takes time to cooldown. Then, this second strategy can be implemented!! Good job!!"
Quickly, Yamamura rolled away to dodge. This time at a speed twice as fast as the previous rolls.
"That boy .... Is he planning something?"
"Hey, wait!!! You want to run away, huh?!"
Rudolf tried to chase after him, but the snowstorm instead became increasingly severe, causing his vision to be filled with white.
"Where is the boy?"
"Here."
The deer looked back. At that very instant, the storm subsided so that he could see Yamamura standing while holding a bow.
"Dare to show myself before me so ...." Rudolf prepared to butcher in a bull-like style. "You're challenging me, aren't you?!"
Yamamura dodged Rudolf's ram, then fired the arrow controller. Quickly, the deer avoid the arrow repeatedly and stick it on the ground by jumping into the air.
"Same strategy ... You can't use it anymore, you idiot!!!" rudolf exclaimed as he smashed the arrow using a red laser from his eyes.
"Skill controller arrow must take some time to cooldown. The time was not enough for him to put up the arrows and shoot them before I landed on the ground. It seemed that he had no other weapons besides the bow and arrows. So ... this fight .. I'm the one who will win it!!" said the monster deer in his heart while grinning savagely.
"So he was indeed lucky because the arrow that he threw originally could hit the eye of one of my shadows in a landslide, but ... luck will not be repeated for a second time!! Just repeat the same strategy and I'll be able to finish him off."
A triumphant smile was suddenly engraved on Yamamura's face. He took out a sword from the inventory and threw it quickly towards Rudolf's eyes.
"WHAT?!" Rudolf. "Must be .... That sword, right, that was thrown when I brushed off his attack ...."
"When ... did he take it?"
Rudolf's eyes were round. "Don't, that time ...."
"So that time he .. instead of running away ...."
"Navig .... I can't use Red Gleam many times in a short time. Even if I use the shadow illusion technique, I won't be able to switch places with my shadow so that the boy will instantly know which one is real ...."
"It's impossible .... I ... lost to an adventurer with a low rank like him?"
"I, nicknamed the Nightmare Deer and the Illusory Witch .. lost to a child?"
(Yamamura: Don't call me little boy, Uncle.

The sword stuck in Rudolf's right eye, making him roar with a heavy, echoing voice, then collapse into the snowy ground.
"You ... a genius and great child ...," he said with an irregular breath. His death is near. Fresh blood flowed out from his pierced eyes.
"I told you, right? I also have something to protect, and even more than yours" Yamamura said. "I have friends, family, and many other precious things. I could not abandon them and betray their expectations of me. That's why I keep fighting and fighting."
"Oh, yeah ...." Rudolf laughed bitterly. "Because they are .. You can win .... They've also given you courage, so you can escape the illusory world of my nightmares."
"You ... are different from me ...."
"What do you mean?"
