[Season 2] Chapter 51: Increased Status
"Where is this?"
Yamamura spread his gaze around. Only darkness greeted his eyes. With a look of a face that implied confusion, she began to step on her two small legs. The boy did not know the direction, so he just walked in any direction regardless of the possibility of being lost forever in the silent black room. All that was inside his brain right now was the desire to rush out of this place.
"O-Oi, seriously?" Yamamura began to grumble because he never found a way out even though he had walked long enough. "Actually where is this, anyway?"
Suddenly a hooded silhouette appeared not far from his current position, making him jolt in shock. The golden-haired boy could feel an extremely fierce aura emanating from the figure.
"Hurry back, My Lord ...," said the figure in a voice that echoed and sounded like a woman's voice.
Yamamura was surprised for the second time. That voice sounded familiar to him.
"You .. the woman who set me up in this world, right?!" He took a step back carefully. "What do you want?!"
The mysterious woman did not answer. He just floated away and slowly his figure disappeared.
"Hey, wait!!" yamamura exclaimed as he ran after the silhouette of the woman who was getting more and more faint.

Yamamura stroked his bruised buttocks and back. He had just fallen from the tree branch he had used as a bed.
"It turned out to be just a dream" he said with a lazy eye.
The boy stood up, then patted the back of his clothes to expel the dry leaves, soil, and dust that stuck there. Actually he was a bit sorry to choose a tree branch that was located high enough as a bed, but that was the only way to prevent attacks by wild animals when he slept.
"Really, deh. Two days ago I had a nightmare about Rudolf and last night I had a nightmare about that mysterious woman. Can't they let me sleep in peace?"
He directed his gaze to the sky to find the location of the sun because the features of the clock in the system embedded in his body had been removed and he did not bring a clock.
"His sun was slightly off from the top of the sky. Yesterday the sun set in that direction, meaning west there. The sun is slightly tilted towards the west, meaning it is now about one o'clock in the afternoon. A rowdy?! I sleep until one?!"
"Well .., what can I do. Last night I just went to bed when it was late at night" Yamamura said, scratching the back of his head.
"By the way, why am I in this forest?" The young adventurer tried to remember the events of the previous night.

The sight of the monster deer grew dark. The red-colored light in his eyes pierced by the sword had now disappeared and his impaled eyes had been closed. Yamamura pulled his sword out of Rudolf's eyes, dug up the snow and earth, placed the body in his dugout, and hoarded it after paying his last respects. Moments later, a notification window appeared right in front of the boy.

"Something makes me curious, by the way." Yamamura's eyes squinted, focusing his gaze on one of the words in the notification panel in front of him.
"I've never realized this before, but .. Why is it written here awoken and not acquired? Usually in other games it is written acquired. Awakened means awakening or rising. To get up, we have to fall asleep first, right?" He rubbed his chin while thinking hard.
"What does this mean I've had this skill before? But, what makes this skill fall asleep? Or is the word awakened here referring to the potential within me?"
The golden-haired boy's mind drifted towards his dream last night.
"The mysterious woman called me My Lord. Whatdoes thatmean? Since when have I been his boss? If I was his boss and he wanted me to go somewhere, why would he even tell Rudolf to stop and finish me off? Ugghh, I don't understand!!" at all!!!" he said as he ruffled his golden hair in frustration.
"Well, he'll explain everything when I meet him. Now, I have to finish this quest series first."
Yamamura touched the 'OK' in the notification window, then the panel was replaced by a panel containing information about the next quest.
"Yosh, time to go on!!"
