"What the hell is this light?!" ketus Ryugai when the dazzling sunlight hit his eyes that were still closed. The strange sensations felt in his body were gone. "It's still in the capsule, isn't it? Don't you think those cops are doing something to this capsule?!"
Irritated, Ryugai opened his eyes. What he found next was shock because his body was lying on the green grass, surrounded by leaves from lush trees that protected him from the scorching of the Sun.
"What is this?!" Ryugai was aghast and immediately got up towards the sitting position. All around him, all that seemed was a forest and grass. "Don't joke!! That cop gave me an online banishment to the virtual forest?! Or maybe it could be worse. Shit, I hope there won't be a meteor apocalypse coming after this. Actually, what are the police planning?! DAMN IT!!" snarl. "When I return to the real world, I will kill them!!!"
"Notice: You're in the world of Purity Online. Your maximum time in this world is 9 weeks in the world of Purity Online, which is 9 hours in the real world." The voice like a telephone answering machine was again heard in Ryugai's ears, making the young man cluck with annoyance.
"What is 'Purity Online?!' I was told to play a game like a kid?!" the scrambled blue-haired young man. "And again, who are you? If we were to meet physically now, I would have stabbed your body from earlier!! And, maximum time, huh?! I hope that after that time I can return to Earth. I want to quickly get out of this world!!"
In the midst of his frustration, Ryugai's eyes caught the figure of a rabbit who was caught off guard and was quite far from him. Quickly, he circulated his gaze looking for a weapon. His sight caught a large rock. Both of his eyes were shining with murder. He licked his lips. Carefully and silently, the young man picked up the boulder and used it to aim at the poor rabbit.
"Moons have indeed passed since the last time I killed ...," he said with a sharp and ruthless look. His killer instinct has risen.
"Yet ...."
"I'm ... still a murderer!"
Quickly, Ryugai threw the stone towards the rabbit earlier, and managed to hit it by a landslide!! Seeing that, Ryugai smiled in satisfaction.
"Great. It turns out that my killer instinct is still there" he said proudly. "Now it's just to make a campfire."
"A-Anu .., sorry ...." An old voice was caught by Ryugai's ears.
"May I ask for your food? I came to the interior of this forest to research a rare plant that he said was somewhere in the middle of this forest, but I forgot to bring supplies. My stomach is hungry. I could no longer walk back home to pick up supplies. "May ..., am I hitching a meal here ..., with you? Please, young man," he said, stroking his stomach. The sound of rumbling rang out loud from the inside of his stomach. It was really loud, until it was able to be heard by Ryugai.
"Maybe I should kill him. But ..., how, yeah .... One whole grilled rabbit I can't eat alone. After all, maybe he knows where the village or town around here is. There's also a good thing I didn't kill him, if I let him live now, I'll be able to find a town or village and plunder it and kill its entire population." Ryugai struggled inside. A few seconds later, he finally decided.
"Come, Old Man. But instead, you have to tell me the town or village around here" Ryugai said.
"Oh. You need a place to stay? Then you can stay in my village. I have one empty room in the house. Thank you very much, young man," said the old man with a happy smile. "By the way, don't call me Old Man. Not polite, you know ...."
"Then what do you want to call?" ryugai said indifferently.
"Of course with my name" said the man as he extended his wrinkled hand. "My name is Yurato. Just call me Grandpa Rato. Your name?"
Ryugai received the helping hand. "Ryugai," he said still with a flat face and a cold tone.
