The Demon Swordsman 3

The Demon Swordsman 3
Ch. 168 - Getting Worse

Horrible Eve has been for years down at Laboratory A-3, the remnants of bloodshed and wrecks of calamity lurking with the infected inside. There was one room that was the starting point of the outbreak, the place where Xin Chen and Lang were stuck with no way out.

Xin Chen began to devise a plan, "That one emergency exit may be our only hope of survival. I've seen this whole place ... Maybe the Donkey's Deer is extinct."

"That means we're here for nothing?"

"Otherwise? I haven't seen him since we got in there until we got stuck in here. The longer we're here, the less likely we'll survive."

"You're right" Lang said. This time he agreed with Xin Chen, as the demon Lang could smell the animals around him. But there's no clue in him other than useless infected people.

Xin Chen took out a fire arrow, the moment that the dangerous infected had realized the existence of the two and started to run rapidly towards them. Xin Chen killed the one who ran the fastest first. While retreating to a quieter place.

Five arrows in one shot began to target the heads of the infected on the bench. Their overwhelming numbers looked like real waves, moving towards one place with grips. Storming and chaos was inevitable, Xin Chen suddenly had Lang smash one large iron tube at the end of the arena.

Lang used his feet, in four attacks the giant tube was destroyed. Instantly spilled a clear blue liquid that they did not know about. Lang looked for a high place to avoid getting hit, Xin Chen had run to the other side.

"Hurry here, we don't have time!"

Lang chased after him by jumping tubes and confinement, he jumped high and arrived beside Xin Chen.

"I'm probably gonna blow this place up."

"What?!" Lang was surprised. "how do we get out of here if you want to blow it up? You want to kill yourself?"

"This place can't be left dirty for much longer, and I suspect that maybe in this place there are also still successful experimental results such as in Laboratory B-1. I have to destroy it before they take it. Safe or unsuitable matters whether or not you can follow properly."

"So what's your plan?"

Lang was already flabbergasted, Xin Chen as if underestimating the speed of his feet which could even rival the speed of running the Demon Sword.

"The plan ..."

Xin Chen turned around, seeing the infected nearly eighty percent had descended into the flooded field.

Streams of lightning power surged fiercely, Lang was stunned and joined in looking back where chains of lightning ruled the entire giant room. Especially in the middle part that is filled with water, the infected there are electrocuted. Even those in the middle got double the damage.

Lang started to prepare, Xin Chen was serious about blowing up Laboratory A-3. Thinking Xin Chen was going to say his next plan, he was made to be shocked at the next exclamation from the young man.

"Just run as fast as you can!!"

Xin Chen had drifted away so quickly, Lang who was left behind reflexively chased after the fist. Infected from the left and right began to chase towards them.

In an indescribable panic, a violent explosion occurred behind them. Instantly the place turned red within a few seconds, several items were thrown along with scattered bodies.

The liquid he had just spilled might have triggered an increasingly large explosion. Lang suspected Xin Chen of giving up his fire power to the point that the explosion was able to reach their already considerable distance. One explosion made another tube filled with blue liquid leak.

The second explosion followed more powerfully, the walls of Laboratory A-3 vibrated as if it wanted to collapse. Xin Chen in front of Lang took out a blue sword surrounded by lightning in both hands. Sweeping the streets while decapitating and blowing up the infected.

They were hunted from all sides. Xin Chen thought as fast as he could, finding a way out while being chased by death.

The explosions behind them scoured the entire A-3 Laboratory.

Xin Chen knew in just thirty seconds more, the flames in that basement would reach one of the largest tubes. That could destroy not just the A-3 Laboratory, but up to a distance of tens of meters around it.

The path they took was not easy, Xin Chen used his strength beyond limits constantly. Not caring anymore about his sanity after forcing his body.

Xin Chen's eyes were blurry, the door was already in sight and only a few meters away they would have survived from there. Lang smashed through the door, running in front of Xin Chen until the most devastating explosion blew the entire A-3 Laboratory and the fire came out several tens of meters from there.

On the verge of his consciousness, Xin Chen looked back. The red glow from the explosive flames was so dazzling to his eyes. Thick smoke came out and the sound of cracks followed simultaneously.

**

The sound of rain buzzing in the ears, the temperature felt very cold in a room whose windows were left open so that water spots from outside entered wet the floor.

The young healers walked on the small bridge with white stones, chatting occasionally whispering in disbelief over the news given by their Great Master.

"After years of hopelessness ...?"

The tallest among them shook their heads while continuing to chat. His other friend pulled the edge of his shirt, glancing at a Demon who was drinking water in the pond.

"Had been there two days, it seemed to be sad ..."

"Hais, I offered him food yesterday and was scolded for no reason. She's a she-wolf?"

"Look at the color of his fur, he's a man."

"But the mouth is like a female."

Lang threw a horrifying look, which instantly made them shut up.

In the room where the window was not closed a young man was still lying unconscious.

The wind blew fiercely, making the speck of water drip down his face. His eyelids moved, until the blue pupils began to open. Blank.

Xin Chen woke up, not fully aware he was immediately startled by one terrible thing.

Her hand. Blue and red veins were printed clearly there and even increased with black veins. Xin Chen checked his chest, the source of it all came from there. Right in his heart.

It's getting worse.

Xin Chen was speechless, trying to accept his state. When closing the eyes of the shadow of a deer with a glowing body is again present.

It was his last memory before he fainted. And now perhaps Lang had brought him back to the Rain Temple. More than that, Xin Chen knew nothing.

Footsteps were heard in the hallway of the small house, in droves and they were heard discussing seriously.

"If it wasn't for that we wouldn't have invented this drug, so it wouldn't hurt me to spend more money to treat it."

"And you still have to create a cure for Red Crystals. You know very well the costs required will cost the temple as much as twenty percent. It's already huge."

"No cost is incurred to help people. Moreover, that person also helped you."

Before entering the newly opened door, the man held the shoulder of his interlocutor.

"Oh, are you conscious?"

Luo Mei just remembered she forgot to close the bedroom window.

"What happened to my body?" Xin Chen probably already knew a little of the answer, but his heart was unsettled.

How could he go home like he is now?

Ren Yuan would definitely cry. His father will be depressed. And Xin Zhan, slapped him the most.

"I feel like my situation is getting worse."
