Ch. 186 - Emperor's Call

"Foolish Disciples!"

That one remark made Emperor Qin and Xin Fai stare at each other in confusion.

"You I told you to learn to control the Fire of Eternity and become a windbender. The punishment for you must be increased!"

"Until you burn the trees here, what's on your face? Land hit too? In which hemisphere did I get such a stupid student like you? You'd better apologize to the palace people after this ..."

Those silver eyes flashed with rage, he turned to Xin Fai and Emperor Qin. Stupefied.

"But why here if you want to practice? At home can." Xin Fai was still so sure of what she saw earlier. Something is wrong.

Xin Chen collapsed. The Lightning Fox turned its body. Exhaling an annoyance. The young man began to lose consciousness again, but unlike before, this time he did not go berserk.

His breath sounded trembling.

Xin Chen stared at the floor below, clenching his hands. How could the fox have agreed. He closed his eyes, hearing the Lightning Fox recite again.

"Except by bringing neutralizer to your folly."

Xin Chen received a new black robe that Emperor Qin had given him. With the stitching of her official Shadow Pillar emblem. He put it on, pulling the hood of the robe up to the top of the head to hide the face. Went to the Emperor's palace before his family awoke from sleep.

Morning blind when night is gone. The moon dimmed, on the eastern horizon met with reddish morning signs soon before. As the moon sinks, the sky is increasingly brightly shaded red tinge of morning light. Peace in the backyard of the palace coupled with the cool breeze coming down from the crack of the hill. Xin Chen had just arrived, seeing that Emperor Qin had been waiting near a pond that was only a few meters away from the back door of the palace. There was a gazebo where the man was sitting.

Two cups of warm tea had been placed on a small table before the Emperor. Emperor Qin smiled as his eyes discovered the presence he had been waiting for.

"Finally you came too, young man."

Xin Chen nodded, sitting cross-legged before Emperor Qin.

"What's calling me, Your Majesty?"

"Ahahaha calm down is not to discuss anything serious. Just a casual chat. You know, your dad and I are very close." Emperor Qin stopped his remark, studying Xin Chen's face.

"Is there something bothering you? Like the threat from the other clan party, maybe about Jiang Cho or Hong Tian?"

Xin Chen came to a realization with what he had just said.

It took a while until Emperor Qin decided to speak.

Xin Chen's eyes were so certain, making Emperor Qin even more wary. Indeed Xin Chen served as a spy outside the Empire. And the young man had a lot of information he did not know.
