Cultivation Goddess

Cultivation Goddess
Chapter 183

Fang Yin read sheet after sheet of the Five-star Nine Dragons Book. Everything felt so light because the content of this book was a refinement of the previous book.

'I must gather all the books, apparently between one and the other books are related. As far as I know the five books I studied are related to each other.'

Fang Yin was curious about the next page. He concentrated again on continuing to study the book.

The essence of this book is the Dragon Breath Force that has achieved refinement. There are techniques that can be done by the owner of this style to allow him to absorb the cultivation of opponents.

Just reading the start alone Fang Yin already looked so excited. He felt this was a book that would make him capable of breaking through to the next level.

Lately the cultivation he had been doing only made his strength increase. Almost a year passed, Fang Yin was still in the middle star divine realm. Fang Yin hoped that after studying this book he would be able to break through at least in the upper star divine realm.

Time keeps going. Just a few pieces of Fang Yin had read and comprehended the Five-star Book of the Nine Dragons, it was already afternoon. His concentration begins to be disturbed by misgivings where Yonjie can come at any time to look for him.

Fang Yin chose to end his activities and continue at night. Night is an effective time where everyone is resting and it is impossible to come to disturb.

'Most importantly I already know how to unseal this book.' Fang Yin pulled the book with his energy then stored it.

His right hand extended back forward then moved his wrist twisting to unlock the protection spell he had planted.

During his stay in the camp, Fang Yin had never enjoyed the surrounding scenery. After the rebellion ended it seemed like he had enough time to do so now. I don't know when Commander Jing will be back there and Fang Yin wants to make the most of the time she has to practice and enjoy the beauty of nature around her.

The soldiers bowed respectfully and gave their greetings when they crossed paths with Fang Yin. Actually Fang Yin did not expect any of that. However they regarded Fang Yin as a hero and had a higher standing than them.

Fang Yin exited the camp and walked towards the direction of the river behind the camp. The energy essence there felt stronger compared to inside the camp. Despite this, right now Fang Yin did not want to cultivate.

Beside the river that was across from where he was standing right now, Fang Yin noticed something interesting. With the technique of lightening the body he walked on the water to go there.

Behind the large rock standing firmly before him was a stone slab that was very comfortable to sit on.

'It looks like I would be more comfortable studying the book here. It was quite far from the river and the camp. That big rock can also protect me from sight. I'm sure I can focus more if I'm here.'

Not wanting to invite the suspicions of the soldiers still remaining in the camp, Fang Yin chose to return to the camp to join them.

While walking on the clear river he saw a lot of fish swimming there. The fish were quite large and made him tempted to hunt him down. His hunting soul encouraged Fang Yin to make the fish his dinner. Without a second thought, he immediately caught the fish quickly.

"Soldiers will be happy to see these fish. At least this would be a good nutritional intake for them." Fang Yin carried the fishes by piercing the gills with the weeds.

The fish had already been cleaned by Fang Yin so just burn it.

"Master Xu! Did you catch the fish yourself?" asked one of the soldiers who saw Fang Yin's arrival. Fang Yin's body was not wet with water. The warrior grew even more admiring Fang Yin's prowess after noticing it.

"really so. Hope you guys like it. Eating fish will make the wounds on your body heal quickly." Fang Yin gave the fish to the soldier who greeted him.

They made fireplaces and burned them together. Fang Yin also joined together in the midst of only a handful of soldiers. They were soldiers who were wounded in the fight.

"Sir, where have you been? I've been looking for you since." asked Yonjie who came over to Fang Yin and sat next to him.

"I went out for a while," Fang Yin said glancing at Yonjie for a moment then shifted her body so that Yonjie could sit nearby.

"Yonjie! All of these fish Mr. Xu caught" said one of the soldiers.

"really?" Yonjie looked at Fang Yin with a look of disbelief. He did not expect that Fang Yin would bother to catch fish for all of them.

Fang Yin smiled happily at the excited faces of the soldiers even though no one could see that smile of his.

That night they were partying. Some bought wine and food from a village not far from their camp. Everyone consumed the alcoholic beverage except for Fang Yin. Other than for the sake of his health, it would be very dangerous if he got drunk and exposed his secret.

The effort he put into his disguise would be futile if his identity were to be revealed.

Yonjie and the other soldiers slept outside the tent because they were drunk. They choose to sleep there rather than having to walk in an uncertain direction because of their loss of consciousness.

When everyone had fallen asleep, Fang Yin went to the place he found this afternoon. He had to immediately absorb the entire contents of the Five-star Nine Dragons Book. There is still a lot to do after this. He has to find out where the next book is.

The night was very quiet, only the sound of the river water rustling in the distance and the occasional night beast making a sound. The surrounding energy essence made Fang Yin feel pleased. He could do two jobs at once that night.

In order to unseal the spell in the Five-star Book of Nine Dragons, Fang Yin took out the Dragon Breath Force then stabbed her fingertips with a needle. That drop of blood caused thousands of letters to float up from the open page.

'I must absorb at least half of this book tonight as well. I don't care even though I don't have time to sleep tonight.' Fang Yin began to concentrate and absorb what he read into the core of his mind.

Unlike the afternoon, this time the absorption took place very quickly. It was also supported by the secret pill that Fang Yin swallowed before studying the book. Simultaneously, Fang Yin also cultivated and absorbed the natural energy around him.

At the sacred realm, a cultivator was able to cultivate in a conscious state. It didn't take any special circumstances for them like Fang Yin did before this.

The light of the sky began to change color indicating that the night would soon pass. Fang Yin's body felt full of energy. With a light step he returned into the camp. He saw the soldiers still asleep and left.

'I want to rest for a while. An hour or two, enough to sleep.' Fang Yin planted a protective seal around him as he did not want anyone to enter there while he was asleep.

Either because it absorbed too much of the contents of the Nine Dragons Book or what, suddenly Fang Yin seemed to be drawn into his subconscious. He felt like he was in the middle of a dream and real.

A bright white light shone down bringing him into an extremely bright space. A strange room where he could not see the floor, roof or walls that bound him.
