Before the sun rose, Fang Yin had woken up. He started his activities by cultivating. His mind felt refreshed after resting all night.
That day Fang Yin got excited again and continued studying the Six-star Book of Nine Dragons. There were still two techniques he had to complete: the other dimensional space technique and the illusion of space and time.
These two techniques are interconnected and although there are slight differences. In order to apply the illusion technique, one had to create another dimension in order to master his opponent's subconscious.
Someone who is exposed to this technique will find it difficult to overcome. If he had a fear or phobia towards something, then it would be a loophole for this technique to enter and make it even harder to get out of the illusion.
Fang Yin very seriously memorized the spells for this technique and the Qi flow technique to pierce through his opponent's subconscious. For the illusion technique he could not practice it directly.
"I can't try the illusion technique right now because there's no one I want to fight. I'd better create a dimension in preparation for trapping the prey." Fang Yin performed several Qi control movements.
A bright light appeared on Fang's palm and moved around forming a gaseous wave.
The light of the waves grew bigger and longer and continued to widen along with the spell recited by Fang Yin.
When it reached a diameter of about three cubits, in the middle of the vortex of energy light it appeared a dimensional hole. It could deliver a person to a space and time that was different from the realm he currently lived in.
This dimensional space could trap someone to enter and would have to solve puzzles created by the owner of the dimensional space to be able to get out of it.
"I can't yet cast this spell. This is just a spell with the lowest level of difficulty. There are seven dimensions that I must master."
To master a spell alone Fang Yin needed an entire day. It took about a week to master the entire spell. As for the mantra about illusion in divided into fifteen spells that concern three categories namely, eye illusion, illusion of mind, and turning back memories.
Each category is divided into five levels. In each level having different spells with the overall total of all categories is fifteen spells.
It's afternoon. Fang Yin wanted to go to the city that he could see from where he was standing right now. He wanted to buy a furnace to cultivate pills again to replace his broken limbs.
"It doesn't seem like it would be a problem if I stayed at the inn in that town." Fang Yin jumped onto the leaf artifact, leaving behind a barren rock hill.
The sun is no longer hot, even though the twilight has not yet fallen. After finding a safe place, Fang Yin descended and walked towards this extremely crowded city.
Merchants lined the main streets in the middle of the city. Many immigrants also look to be hawking their merchandise.
It was possible that the merchant group that Fang Yin had saved yesterday were the residents of another city who were selling and then bringing different products to sell again in his city.
He looked towards the shops lined up to look for shops selling medicinal furnaces. After a while of walking, Fang Yin finally found a shop selling equipment made of metal.
"Good afternoon, Miss. What can I help you with?" asked an old woman with a stooped body.
"Good afternoon, Grandma. I'm looking for a medicinal furnace. Does grandma have it?" fang Yin asked while looking at the ancient objects that looked antique.
"Come here!" The old granny asked Fang Yin to follow her.
Fang Yin followed him into a room that was only confined to a bulkhead with the previous room. In the room there are many furnaces with various sizes and thicknesses.
"Well! Complete this furnace. May I choose it, Grandma?" fang Yin asked for permission before touching those furnaces.
The old grandmother nodded.
Gaining approval, Fang Yin immediately checked the quality of the furnace that stole his attention. There were three stoves that he liked. But he couldn't buy it all.
The seller seemed to understand if Fang Yin was difficult to make his choice.
"Of these three stoves, this is the most expensive. The quality of the metal and its strength were above other furnaces. This furnace is also very rare because people who used to make it no longer produce it."
"Alright, Grandma. I picked that one." Fang Yin dropped his choice on the most expensive furnace. He had already glanced at her since. It's just that the other two stoves also look good.
"You don't have to pay with gold coins. I know if you're an alchemist. I need your help to treat my grandson."
Fang Yin was stunned to hear the old grandmother's words. To him this is very surprising. He was worried about accepting or rejecting the old grandmother's request.
It seemed like the old granny did not give Fang Yin the option to refuse. The two walked past a door located in front of the stall. The old grandmother closed her stall and took her around the stall to a cottage behind the stall.
