The owner of the clothes nodded with a smile. There were some other clothes he had kept. He took it all out so that Fang Yin had plenty of options.
Fang Yin did not have any special taste in choosing clothes. He took four pieces for himself and his family.
The clothes seller felt very happy that Fang Yin did not bid for it. He instantly paid the amount of money demanded by the seller even though the price he offered was very high.
Everyone who saw him dumbfoundedly stared at Fang Yin. There are many merchants from outside the area who shop for clothes to sell again. They were astonished and considered Fang Yin to be too generous.
"Miss, come over here. Buy my trade." The other sellers were envious to see the money the seller had earned that Fang Yin had bought.
Fang Yin stood up while thinking. 'Human nature is not far from envy and greed.'
"I'm sorry I got the shirt I wanted." Fang Yin immediately left from there and ignored the discordant voices of those envious merchants.
The small village was a silk cloth artisan village. On the edge of the village there are many lodges used to maintain silkworms. They can only harvest it at certain times making their production uncertain.
There are so many obstacles that they often face as a silkworm farmer. Their income is only enough to meet basic needs. Bad traders from other regions sometimes buy their clothes at very cheap prices. However, they sold it at a very expensive price in other areas.
They are so greedy with money and sometimes conspire with each other to drop prices. Fang Yin also felt their hateful gazes when he bought the clothes at an extremely expensive price.
The crying voice of a little child made Fang Yin stop his steps. The little girl was about less than five years old. He cried in fear when a merchant snapped at his mother while transacting.
The merchant forced to take the clothes he wanted and pay him as he wished. The mother and son looked resigned and only received money that was far from worth it.
Fang Yin approached them after hearing a little about what they were arguing about. His heart was hard to accept the injustice before his eyes. Inevitably he had to meddle in their matters and become an arbiter.
"Stop!" fang Yin shouted at the merchant who packed the woman's belongings.
The man threw down the clothes he still held roughly and looked at Fang Yin angrily.
"You have no right to interfere in our affairs, Miss. We have agreed and this sale is legal!" exclaim that merchant.
Fang Yin advanced forward and stood right before the man. Although his body did not give off an aura of energy but the look in his eyes looked extremely frightening. He raised his hand in front of the mother and son standing beside him.
"Give me the money this merchant gave me!" the Pinta Fang Yin.
The woman looked doubtful but she complied with Fang Yin's request and gave all of her money.
There were more than ten pairs of clothes taken by the man, while the money given to the woman was only one gold coin and ten silver coins.
One gold coin was worth fifteen silver coins and one silver coin was worth fifteen bronze coins. That meant that the entire suit was only valued at twenty-five silver coins. Fang Yin had previously paid for four shirts at the price of four gold coins. At least the merchant paid for one shirt and a half of the value of one shirt paid for by him.
Their quarrels attracted the attention of those around him. They kept coming and watching the commotion.
"In the city people buy silk clothes at a very expensive price. At least one shirt is worth one gold coin. You are too cruel, sir. You took a huge advantage. This much clothes only you appreciate one gold coin and ten silver coins, which is true!" Fang Yin's emotions erupted, his anger bursting when he learned of the amount of money paid by the merchant. The owner should cry. That guy is totally outrageous.
"You have no right to interfere in this matter, Strange Girl! Your face must have been so bad that you covered it with a black cloth. If there's no need here to let you go. Give the money back to the owner!" shouted the merchant.
"You're the owner. Don't touch these clothes and let him find the merchant who gives the best price."
Fang Yin's remark offended the merchant. He was seen coding his friends to get close. There were some merchants with burly bodies coming up to him and standing beside him.
"It seems that you are tired of living, Ugly Girl!" the trader looks very emotional.
"I'm not looking for enmity with you, gentlemen. I just don't like the way you guys trade in a fraudulent way. You buy at a low price with coercion. This is not true." Fang Yin spoke without fear.
The craftsmen agreed with what Fang Yin said. They always charge low prices and are often pushy. In fact many other traders came to buy their merchandise, but often they drove it away and asked him to take the goods elsewhere. This group of traders has monopolized trading in this place since the past few years.
The merchants looked even angrier when they heard the craftsmen chirping their cunning at Fang Yin. But they feel winning with their large numbers and boast of the martial ability they have. They don't know who they're dealing with. In their view, Fang Yin was just an ordinary girl who did not possess any abilities.
"I'm giving you two choices, Strange Girl. You go and don't interfere in our affairs or stay here and prepare to die." The merchant who had dealt with Fang Yin since earlier looked so emotional.
Fang Yin stared intently at the man. It seemed that those merchants indeed could not be warned with words. The palm of his right hand opened and a sword appeared.
"I don't like pleasantries. Your attitude makes me sick. Perhaps the world of commerce will be at peace with your deaths!" Fang Yin was really furious.
Instead of admitting their mistakes, the merchants are becoming more and more. They were acting wary when they saw Fang Yin coming with his sword.
The fight is no longer inevitable. They attacked Fang Yin with the swords and weapons they had. The sound of swords clashing made the citizens around the place scream in fear. They moved away and looked at the fight from a safe distance. Their faces looked worried looking at Fang Yin who was fighting ten merchants alone. The villagers were indeed not good at fighting, which was why they were so easily oppressed.
The sword technique that Fang Yin possessed was already near perfect. Without using any other ability he had already made ten merchants with earth-level cultivation realms desperate.
Fang Yin's cruel soul roared back. He made those merchants lose parts of his body before he actually killed him. What they had done to the villagers was more painful than the injuries they were currently experiencing.
Fang Yin did not kill all those merchants. He left one of them as a warning to their group. After this, if anyone dared to disturb the craftsmen then it would come face to face with him.
The surviving merchant immediately left the village without bringing anything. His life is more important. As Fang Yin forgave him, he immediately left the place with injuries scraping all over his body.
The entire village approached Fang Yin and thanked him. It was late in the afternoon, he asked the residents to immediately clean up the corpses of the merchants and the chaos he had made.
"Thank you, Miss." The salesman whom Fang Yin helped forward came before him and gave him some respect.
"Hm." Fang Yin nodded. His body was still sweating and panting after the battle without any companion energy. In his fight this time around he had only relied on his movement speed and sword techniques.
"If you'd like to, stop by our cottage." The woman looks sincere.
Fang Yin was still silently thinking until a small hand pulled the end of his sleeve.
"Sister, my mother is good at cooking. The soup is delicious." The little girl tried to seduce Fang Yin.
His clear eyes hypnotized him. Fang Yin bowed until they faced the face parallel.
"really?"
"Really, Brother. Stay at our house." That little girl looks so sweet.
Fang Yin followed him walking towards his house, but only a few steps did they walk heard a very loud explosive sound at the end of the road.
The dimly lit afternoon atmosphere made a huge flame visible very clearly in the distance. People ran in fear while screaming for help.
Fang Yin stopped his steps and turned his head towards the source of the explosion.
