Cultivation Goddess
Chapter 335. The Return of Da Xia

When Fang Yin and Jian Heng returned last night, his family had rested, only his two grandfathers were still awake. Neither of his grandfathers could see Fang Yin's appearance clearly.

"Yin'er! It seems you are experiencing a physical change. Your pup has a different color. What makes you like this?" ask Concubine Ning.

"I don't know either. Maybe it was because I touched an ice mustika stone or because the energy alone made me like this. I don't know!" Fang Yin shrugged his shoulders as he himself did not know what the cause was either.

"We talked at home again. Let's go home!" Yu Ruo walked first.

The inhabitants of the ice tribe have returned to their homes. Only Shi Jun Hui's family remained there.

They finally walked behind Yu Ruo with quick steps. Today they had to go to the hill where the ice mustika inscription was located so had to settle their needs quickly.

As everyone was walking leisurely, Fang Yin stopped her steps as she felt that someone was peering at her behind. Jian Heng came to a stop and waited for Fang Yin who had already returned to walk.

"What's up, Yin'er?" jian Heng asked curiously.

In view of his facial expressions and gestures, it was very clear that Fang Yin was on high alert. Jian Heng was very memorized by the nature and habits of his lover. They were together long enough so they started to know each other.

"There's nothing." Fang Yin gave such an answer with the aim of outwitting the person who was following him.

His footsteps were made as relaxed as possible and deliberately took some distance from his family. However, his mother turned her head and stood waiting for him in front.

"Mom, you go home first. I want to go to the river with Brother Heng," Fang Yin said without asking Jian Heng's opinion first.

'I guessed. Yin'er must be hiding something. I must be vigilant even though I feel nothing, there must be something that makes him take action like this, Jian Heng murmured inwardly.

Concubine Shi nodded then walked back in with the rest of her family. They thought there might be an important thing that Fang Yin and Jian Heng would talk about so they went away from their families.

Fang Yin and his family parted ways at the intersection as they took different directions. When he was not too far away, the humans who followed him also moved away.

Jian Heng wondered when he saw Fang Yin stop and looked towards his mother's almost invisible entourage.

"Did you see anything strange, Yin'er?" jian Heng asked could no longer hold back his curiosity.

"There's someone following us but I don't feel it now. I thought that the person he was after was one of my family members. How about we teleport between spaces and watch their movements from a hidden place? I'm afraid that person is a dangerous intruder. He has the ability to hide his presence and only the dragon spirit instinct can capture his human air" Fang Yin explained.

"Then what's your plan?" jian Heng asked.

Fang Yin did not want to waste any more time and ignored Jian heng's question. He chose to split his energy for Jian Heng then took him teleporting and approached the stalker from an invisible place.

After walking for a while, Fang Yin saw a person dressed in all-black sneak behind the huge trees. Sometimes he hid behind the walls of the houses and jumped on the roof.

In the morning there were not many people outside the house. They are still busy to do activities in the house so that the intruder can move freely.

The moment Fang Yin's family had approached his courtyard, the intruders who were following them began to show a strange gurgle. His hands were like he was taking out something not so obvious from Fang Yin and Jian Heng's hideout.

"Is that some kind of secret weapon, Yin'er?" jian Heng asked.

"I think so too but I find it very difficult to get into a position and see the thing clearly." Fang Yin spoke as he continued to watch over the stranger.

Fang Yin opened his palm and took out several tens of extremely small needles. He then flowed Qi on his right palm.

"I don't think this needle would have been seen if I had used it against that intruder" Fang Yin said.

The intruder started to take out a small blade and flowed it with Qi. He was seen watching the target he was about to attack and then sat crouching in a place protected by a pile of wood that was only knee-deep by adults.

The intruder arranged three small knives in his hand then in an extremely quick motion threw them towards Consort Ning. The blades shot swiftly towards Consort Ning who was walking at the very back with Consort Shi.

Before the blades reached it, Fang Yin threw the same amount of needles to smash through it. Although the needle was very small but the Qi accompanying it made it have a strong thrust.

The tring! The tring! The tringg!

Fang Yin's needle clashing with the intruder's flying knife made a loud noise.

Concubine Ning and Concubine Shi looked back and saw nothing. They think it's just a hallucination. The two stopped and looked around but there was no one there.

"Be careful, Consort Shi. Only top-tier cultivators could carry out invisible attacks," Consort Ning said reminding Consort Shi of the danger lurking around them.

"of course. Let's wait a while. If there is no movement, then the sound is just our illusion."

Concubine Ning nodded in agreement then re-circulated her gaze. They did not feel the air of another human being there. Feeling that there was nothing to worry about anymore, the two of them stepped back and immediately entered the house.

The intruder was still hiding in a squatting position and observing the needle caught on his knife he had pulled. Without fear, the intruder searched for the person who threw the needle.

Fang Yin smiled cunningly. He let out a breath of presence that was certainly felt by the intruder. That way he can take her away from the village.

What Fang Yin did brought results, the intruder was lured then followed him despite not seeing him.

Jian Heng smiled proudly at Fang Yin now that the two had reached a vast expanse at the foot of the hill that was some distance away from the residential area.

There was no hiding place for the black-clad intruder. Inevitably he must face the worst possible odds when his attacker appears before him.

"Who are you? Show yourself!" exclaim the intruder.

Not wanting to do hide and seek with him, Fang Yin and Jian Heng finally appeared before him.

The man looked surprised by their appearance. At first he thought that he was dealing with demons who usually use this technique. Devils who have evil nature will be easy to work with.

"Why surprised? I smell Emperor Ning on your body and it makes me feel astonished. How could you be interested in harming his nephew?" Fang Yin asked in his relaxed-looking style as he slowly stepped closer to the man.

"It's none of your business! I'm not following Emperor Ning's orders" said the man.

"A stupid man broke into a lion's den just to lay down his life? It's a ridiculous thing I've ever heard." Fang Yin chuckled faintly hearing the rebuttal of the intruder.

The man looked riled up when he heard himself said to be stupid. A aura of his energy appeared and enveloped his body.

"How big is your mouth! Who are you really?" the man was really very angry and prepared to smash Fang Yin.

"To face a hit man like you I have to be ruthless. The sharpness of my mouth is nothing compared to this!" Fang Yin showed his sharp hooves that resembled shimmering clear crystals.

"Should I help you, Yin'er?" jian Heng asked.

"It seems he's not a strong opponent. Let me, Brother Heng."

Jian Heng nodded.

To deal with the man, Fang Yin avoided using her power as the Dragon Goddess in order to keep her identity safe. Given the current him living in the Silver Mountain, then he would use his abilities as an ice tribe descendant.

His right leg raised a little and was kicked to the ground. Her body turned into a white-haired woman with a glittering diamond crown. A bone-piercing chill enveloped around the place.

Jian Heng took a few steps back and used his protective armor. Fang Yin's power could have injured him even though the owner had not intended for it.

"You are a resident of the ice tribe. Why are you protecting Consort Ning? Wasn't he a spy from Emperor Ning?" ask the man.

Fang Yin slightly ate the man's words and lowered his vigilance.

'Was this man the one who thought that Concubine Ning was the enemy in the blanket? But I can't just trust him. Many people used cunning means to win the fight.' Fang Yin monologued in heart.

To find out if the man was a member of the ice tribe or not, then Fang Yin had to attack him and make him show his true identity.

Spiky and sharp ice crystals appeared under Fang Yin's feet. His appearance continued to expand forcing the man to move backwards.

"I tell you, Consort Ning will stab Consort Shi from behind. Believe me!" The man spoke again with half a shout.

"You're talking nonsense. I can't believe what you're saying because you're not one of us. The entire ice tribe's population already knew who Consort Ning was and his purpose was here. No need to worry, keep that concern to yourself. Now I don't want to play anymore. Accept this!" Fang Yin threw an ice crystal at the man with a movement of his hand.

Fang Yin felt a little astonished by this color of Qi. This color is quite rare. He once had it after absorbing the energy essence of a dragon spirit beast for the first time in the Southern Star Forest.

"The "unique energy. This energy pressure was enormous and was one of the essential elements of the black flame constituent," Fang Yin said assessing the Qi released by his opponent.

"Your knowledge is extensive as well. I think the ice tribe is a backward people and does not know the outside world well. In martial arts, you only rely on the Snow Cloud Qi alone," the man said as he smiled a sinister smile.

The energy aura in Fang Yin's body increased with the appearance of black flames amongst the cold aura of the Snow Cloud Qi. He did not accept that the man called the Snow Cloud Qi to be considered a low ability.

"Every Qi has its privileges and depends on who is processing it. As great as any Qi you have will still be of low value if the one who has it is a trash." Fang Yin insulted the man.

The man attacked him again. Fighting is inevitable with the action of attacking each other.

Fang Yin jumped into the air and they fought at high altitude to avoid any damage in the surroundings.

Jian Heng protected the place and muffled the sound of the fight so as not to attract the attention of the residents of Silver Mountain. The protective armor he had was only able to temper the sound of a fight but could not dampen the energy emitted by the foreign man and Fang Yin.

A person with high instinct could sense the existence of the three of them and know that there was a fight in that place.

Several times Fang Yin's attacks successfully hit the foreign man and left him with internal injuries. On some parts of the surface of his body also appeared frozen scratches. Although it was very slow, the energy poison that had touched it would spread and make the clot from the scratch expand.

'Wawat! My body feels so cold. My heart feels like it's freezing. I underestimated this damn woman. I have to take out the Lightning Storm Skylight before my energy runs out.' The man was monologuing in the heart.

His hand began to make Qi gathering movements and radiated it to the sky. The originally clear sky of Silver Mountain was now suddenly enveloped by black clouds that made the region dark.

Flashes of light began to appear as if they wanted to grab onto their bodies. The longer the flash was the bigger it was accompanied by a thunderous sound.

Actually Fang Yin could emit an electrical fire energy that was greater than that but urung two did. He only wanted to use his identity as an ice tribe descendant so he covered up the other abilities.

Both of his hands were raised into the air and gathered the large ice crystals forming a giant umbrella that surrounded the surrounding area. Small flashes appeared accompanying the Snow Cloud Qi even though Fang Yin had been trying to suppress the energy of the others.

He also kept his black flames back and held them back from escaping despite his unstable emotions.

The man again moved his hand to control those extremely sinister clouds and lightning.

At the same time, Fang Yin moved her hand to repel the foreign man's attack.

Loud explosions continued to sound as the two energies collided with each other. The sound of the explosion sounded very deafening beyond the sound of thunder from the man's stance.

Attack after attack was able to be repelled by Fang Yin so easily that the man looked overwhelmed to face him. It could be said if their fight was a series at the moment.

The difference was, the man exerted all of his strength whereas Fang Yin only emitted the Snow Cloud Qi alone.

"It seemed like this fight would end in a draw if Yin'er remained with the Snow Cloud Qi alone. But ...." Jian Heng smiled as he watched the clot on the foreign man's body continue to expand.

The more Qi it released then the clot the faster it spread. If these energy toxins enter the blood vessels and freeze their flow, the victim can die faster.

"Although you only used the Snow Cloud Qi, but you look so great, Yin'er." Jian Heng was so admiring of his lover.

The foreign man's attack is weakening. He felt his hands stiff as his fingers started to freeze.

"I don't want to die. I have to remove the cold from my body." Ice flowers began to appear on the ends of his hair and eyebrows.

The man stopped his attack and let the black agility and lightning that was in the sky slowly disappear. He chose to concentrate on recovering his body and hope that his opponent did not come back to attack him.

Fang Yin stood in the distance and watched what his opponent was doing from his place. He glanced down and saw Jian Heng still faithfully waiting for him.

"Armgh!" shouted the man who felt his body had frozen to over fifty percent.

His unstable condition made him no longer able to survive to stay in the air. The man's body plunged free and slid to the ground.

Fang Yin was unable to see it. It could be ascertained that his body that had become an ice clot would hit the hard ground and then shatter into pieces. He chose to look the other way and put an end to the lightning cloud phenomenon as well as his ice crystal umbrella.

Jian Heng was also unwilling to help the foreign man given his crimes he had committed. If Fang Yin wasn't alert, perhaps Consort Ning had died or at least been exposed to a very severe poison.

A white shadow appeared and quickly moved towards the man just before he touched the ground. It was not immediately clear who rescued the alien man who had infiltrated the center of the ice tribe.

"Don Ran! Huang Ran's! Be aware!" The savior called out to the stranger and patted him on the face.

The man called by the name of Huang Ran opened his eyes even though he felt that his gaze had blurred. He tried to move his hand but was unable to because his muscles felt frozen. Even to say he can't. Only his lips could move but not his tongue.

The helper moved his right hand quickly and attempted to save Huang Ran. Meanwhile, his left hand supported Huang Ran's head inside his lap.

The medicinal Qi he gave was not enough to eliminate that continuously creeping poison. The ice poison that spread in Huang Ran's body was so strong that that Qi could only inhibit him and eliminate him little by little.

'It took a long time to help Huang Ran. I don't know until when he can hold on. If I were Xiao Yin maybe Huang Ran could be saved quickly." The helper muttered inwardly and continued to treat Huang Ran.

The state of nature returned to normal but Fang Yin still remained vigilant. Moreover, he saw someone was on his opponent's side and was treating him.

'The foreigner gets help from someone. I will not kill the weak and helpless because he will die. The ice poison I released was the strongest ice poison that was difficult to remove. If it is too long in a person's body then he will experience paralysis.' Fang Yin spoke to himself while moving down.

Still with his vigilance, Fang Yin walked over and tried to see who the person who had saved his opponent was.

'I feel familiar with this person's energy aura but who?' Fang Yin had not been able to see the person's face clearly as it was covered by the aura of the medicinal energy he was releasing.

The helper shortened when he realized something was approaching. He turned his head towards Fang Yin trying to recognize his face that was covered by a cloth on his face.

'I feel familiar with a woman who looks like this but it is impossible if it is Xiao Yin. His eyes looked different with different auras. I sensed the powerful Snow Cloud Qi and mixed with energy equivalent to demonic energy. It was only fitting that the ice poison in Huang Ran's body was so strong.' The helper looked at Fang Yin and analyzed the energy he had.

Fang Yin's eyes widened as he looked closely at the person who was saving Huang Ran. They have not met for a long time. He could barely recognize the man.

"Sister Da Xia," whispered Fang Yin softly.

Their distance was close enough that Da Xia could still hear Fang Yin's voice. His shock caused his concentration to scatter and the treatment energy in his hands to halt.

The two old friends looked at each other with a foreign atmosphere that was still enveloping. They stood within a different stronghold where Da Xia was saving the person he considered to be a criminal. This situation makes them worried and filled with misunderstandings.

"Xiao Yin, is that you?" da Xia asked after being able to control his feelings.

"How are you, Da Xia? Yin'er salutes." Fang Yin remained well-mannered even though he disliked Da Xia's action of saving his near-death enemy.

"As you can see. I didn't expect you to be such an amazing person now. But you shouldn't have attacked someone innocent, Xiao Yin." Da Xia looked at Huang Ran who looked lost his life spirit.

"Who is he? He attacked my mother and nearly killed her. I'm not gonna let anyone mess with my family." Fang Yin spoke in a firm tone.

Although they were previously on good terms but Fang Yin could not allow evil to happen in the Silver Mountain. No one knew what had happened to Da Xia during his time not being in this place. Even he did not come home when the glacier tribe attacked and clashed with the ice tribe.

Da Xia looked towards Huang Ran. Just a week ago they met and agreed to come to Silver Mountain to join Guan Xing's forces. They parted ways because Da Xia still had some business.

Huang Ran could enter the Silver Mountain using the token given by Da Xia. However, it was unexpected that he would make trouble with Fang Yin before he came.

"I'll explain everything but please save him. My guarantee is that after this he made a mistake then I willingly die before you." Da Xia pleaded with Fang Yin.

Fang Yin did not directly agree. He looks like he's still weighing. The relationship between the two will get worse if it turns out that Huang Ran is an important person for Da Xia.

"I did this for our friendship. But after this he had to explain what the reason was for wanting to kill my mother." Fang Yin applied for the conditions.

Huang Ran nodded.
