Fang Yin who was still in control of the black dragon spirit went up to the top of the tree and slept leaning there.
The next day when he woke up, Fang Yin almost fell because he did not realize that he was on a tree.
"I almost fell down! What's been going on all night?" Fang Yin hit his head slowly as it felt heavy.
He tries to remember what happened, but doesn't remember anything. A moment before the black dragon spirit had mastered it, he had lost his consciousness.
Feeling that there was no point in remembering something insignificant, Fang Yin finally jumped down and looked for something to eat. His stomach ached, Fang Yin did not feel the slightest suspicion towards the black dragon spirit that had swallowed the spirit core crystal again.
Fang Yin thought that right now he was just hungry. His eyes rolled around looking at every corner of the forest. In front of his eyes was a fairly large fire scar.
"So last night the damn dragon used my body to fight." Fang Yin only realized that some parts of his clothes were torn.
There should have been a wound there, but it was already invisible. He knew for sure the black dragon had removed the injuries on his body before he realized it.
Fang Yin walked back to look for something to eat but there was not a single beast he could hunt there. The gurgling sound of water invited him to approach, hoping for a fish he could catch.
In the small river, there was not even a fish. Fang Yin chose to go in there to refresh his body. The place was so quiet that he could bathe freely.
To relieve the pain in his stomach, Fang Yin again ate a golden deer ginseng he was carrying. It seemed like he had to delay his hunger for not finding anything to eat there.
"I'd better find a village around here to find some food." Fang Yin jumped up the tree and left on a land path.
He did not want to use his leaf artifact as it did not want to provoke people's attention. If viewed from the map given by Liu Xiangqi, not far from there was a trading village. However Fang Yin was very careful this time around, he did not want to fall victim to the illusion for the second time.
Before the sun rose, Fang Yin sped up her movements to find a village she could stop by. From where he was, he saw some people walking in the forest. It was as if they were looking for something.
Fang Yin paused for a moment to see what they were doing. Apparently they were looking for mushrooms that stuck to the big trees.
Fang Yin's curiosity pushed him down and took a close look at what they were doing. Fang Yin did not immediately reveal himself before them and chose to hide behind a large tree.
"Sister! The doctor said the mushroom was brownish-black. Why are we taking all the mushrooms we meet here? It seems like all these mushrooms are not what the healer wants" said one of them.
"You better shut up. You don't know that in the forest there is a very evil fox demon. Whoever goes in there can't come back alive."
Hearing his brother's explanation, the man fell silent. They sat under a tree to rest because they were tired of walking.
'They're looking for a medicinal plant. Apparently that ugly black fox was quite famous as well, huh. Unfortunately I don't know what happened last night so can't explain to them.' Fang Yin thought of approaching the two men.
Fang Yin walked over while carrying a small basket and pretended not to see the two people. He picked up some medicinal herbs that he could utilize someday.
Fang Yin still pretended not to know the whereabouts of the two of them. Until the two were right behind Fang Yin.
They were shocked as Fang Yin twisted his body and stood facing towards them.
"Sorry, Miss. We don't want to bother you. I mean to bother you. Uh, no, it's not. I just want to bother you." The man finally shut his mouth because he could not speak properly.
Looking at Fang Yin who was looking at him confusedly, the younger brother of the man walked forward as he had since refrained from speaking.
"I'm sorry, Miss. The point of his words may be that he wants to ask about something that might interfere with your time a little, Miss."
The older brother of the man directly patted the man on the back after he finished speaking to Fang Yin. He smiled and felt proud of his sister who always understood him.
"My name is Qing and this is my brother Zhao. It seems that you are an expert in recognizing medicinal plants. Do you know about the god's tread mushroom?" After not feeling nervous, Qing could speak very fluently.
"I have some. If you can tell, why are you looking for it? The fungus does not grow in this forest and only grows in forests that are in high places." Fang Yin obtained the mushroom in the Southern Star Forest.
The two men felt fooled by his uncle. They guessed that his uncle had deliberately sent them here to eliminate them both. But they do not have enough evidence to make the allegations.
"My father is very sick. The doctor said his heart was swollen." Qing looked very sad as he told her about the bad state of his father.
"I understand a little about the science of medicine. Maybe I can see your father's condition," Fang Yin volunteered to help treat Qing and Zhao's father.
They felt very happy because they had been looking for a healer everywhere but had not yet brought changes to his father's health.
Fang Yin followed the two men home on foot. The distance they traveled was quite far and had to pass through a fairly difficult terrain.
The village where they live is behind a steep cliff and requires caution to get there. After passing through the cliff, they also had to walk through the path and cross the river.
The two men helped Fang Yin through the difficult road because they did not know if Fang Yin was a cultivator. They did not think how Fang Yin got there and where he came from.
The village where they live is already visible. A trading village that is very crowded and a lot of visited by residents from other villages who gather to trade there.
Every villager they met, bowed and saluted the two. It seemed like the two youths were open to ordinary citizens.
